Great shop with decent people who care about you and your bike.My story: I needed a part for my bike which was losing charge. Carter not only had the part I was looking for, but helped me install it, test it, and determine it wasnt the part I needed after all. After saving me a good $100 and a lot of wrenching, he wouldnt take any money for his help! Now I know what I need to repair my bike, but more importantly I found a local shop with a large inventory and chill people you can trust.

My father and I got stuck with a flat tire on a cross country trip. We needed it fixed ASAP. They were able to get us in that morning when every other shop I called said no. They did a great job and had us back on the road by the afternoon.

Ive never heard of a negative comment about moto cycle, these dudes seriously know their stuff with all makes of motorcycles, they sell anything from entire complete bikes, or they buy and strip parts bikes and sell parts invidiously. my opinion the best part of moto cycle besides all the knowledge, is how personable these men are, they take the time to talk and get down to the point with the issues and even talk racing. I 100% recommend you start with them to fill any orders, and guarantee you will leave the shop with a smile and the parts needed. pillars of the motorcycle community, 10/5 stars. and no this is not no bs or some type of favor or paid review its the honest truth.

MotoCycle in Vancouver, WA helped me find a certain connector from a Honda Goldwing. They were very helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Did great job on my tires saved me $120 and fixes a motor case leak just to be nice. Also took the time to answer questions about my bike and stayed open a little late for me.

We took my husbands BMW bike to the dealer to fix the mirror which popped off during our move from Texas to Vancouver, WA and wanted to charge us $900 to replace the mirror. Meant to review these guys sooner, but back in February I bought a used engine from them for my ninja 250 racebike. They Gave me a great price, a great guarantee on the motor, allowed me to compression test it and examine it, and talked bikes and racing for a bit. Good guys who sell quality used parts!

I was so happy when I found this place. These guys are very smart and very knowledgeable in everything theyre talking about with motorcycles. Prices arent too high and theres no hidden secrets. Id give them ten stars out of five if I could. This is the only place I go to for my bike to have anything done with it now. Not to mention they have a lot of parts on eBay.

These guys mounted balanced and pulled a tire off of a parts bike that they really wanted to sell whole and not part out anymore...then that rim didnt fit my warrior so I had my girlfriend go back and they traded it in for another rim with a newer tire for free that fits my bike great!!! It handles better now too. Thanks!

They have parts for exactly one kind of Kawasaki. A Z6R. No Vulcans, no Ninjas, no KLRs. Nothing. Seriously, whats the point of even being open at that point?Edit for Owner response: Not according to your inventory. I went thru there looking for Vulcan parts and found only a few parts for ZR6. If you have more than that, it might be a good idea to update your inventory on the website.

I had recently bought a 2005 Kawasaki Ninja ZX6 636 and was having some issues with it. Called around and got basic info and advice from all the local motorcycle shops. Went to MotoCycle and was having issues while riding there and ended up getting there after they had closed. They not only stayed late just for me but came in the dark cold rain and looked at my bike. Told me what I needed, had it in stock, helped me put it on and made sure it was safe and ran well. Then looked over other areas of the bike and found a few things that needed attention. Not only did they fix the problems for free, didn’t charge me for the little extras I needed to be sure I was safe and the bike was running safely and efficiently. Would not except a tip for the staying late(open) just for me, we had never even met before. Gave me their card and asked me to please come by or call anytime with any questions or concerns. I was blown away at my experience there and would/will/am recommending them to anyone with any questions, concerns, or needs for their motorcycle. I have definitely found my new shop and will no longer be going anywhere else for my motorcycle needs. I highly recommend going there and experiencing MotoCycle for yourself!!!! Overall a great positive experience from this outfit. Chris was very helpful and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. I needed my bike by a certain time on a certain day bc something came up on my schedule and they were able to accommodate that despite there busy schedule they got me in and out and I’m happy. I recently ordered 2 motorcycle exhausts from this company. They are very well informed and helpful. The prices are excellent. The exhausts were in great shape as advertised. They took great care in packing them and the shipping was fast as well as free. I really cant express how happy I am with them. I order motorcycle parts all the time and they will be the first ones I go to next time for parts.

Found this place through a random craigslist ad, and honestly dont know how Ive missed it before! Excellent website layout for hunting down parts, available by phone if you cant work out quite what youre after. Purchased an engine from them recently and the owner was kind enough to even open up on Christmas eve just so I could pick it up! Great service, great pricing, Ill be a regular for certain!

Great prices, great service, great advice :) These guys know what theyre doing which is why they do an exceedingly stellar job at it! One stop shop for repairs on your bike, purchasing a new bike (very fair pricing,) or in my case they installed some random mirrors on my 81 Honda Passport which look amazing and cost next to nothing, along with an EXTREMELY inexpensive STS Helmet. From now on this is my go-to Bike Shop :p

My clutch cable broke 100 miles from home. I limped to MotoCycle, desperate for help. The staff was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to make something work and got me back on the road.The only problem is Google limits me to 5 stars. MotoCycle deserves at least 7!!!

I Went to Moto cycle to get a quote on some motorcycle work and told the owner my problem, and instead of charging me to fix my problems he fixed it on spot for FREE. I was also able to ask him about a few other mechanical questions and he answered them. He really hooked me up with knowledge to save me some decent money. Where most places would just charge you for a easy fix. I know if I ever need so actual work done this is where I’m going from now on. Thank you Moto cycle.
