Went in there to get new phones. Ken the manager assured us if we got these phones we would not have to change plans. Come to find out he did change the plan without us knowing. When we went back in there to correct this, he talked around us, trying to confuse us. Another customer in there was upset because she was having a similar problem with the same man. So PLEASE be careful.

Ken the manager at the Verizon kiosk, scammed us. Told us we could get BOGO phones and we could keep everything the same on our plan. Later we were confused why our bill was so expensive and we realized he had changed the whole plan and now we can no longer get the original plan back. Very frustrating. We went back and he tried to play dumb and would talk over us. There were 3 other great workers there though that were very understanding!

I went to Costco, fully expecting to upgrade to a Note 20 Ultra - I was an easy sale. There were two associates manning the booth helping the only other two customers remotely interested in cell phones. I hovered over the display phone and played with it, then I walked around the booth a couple times and waited patiently. I was standing next to the associate I assumed would finish first. After not being acknowledged for 15 minutes, I decided to finish my other shopping. When I came back, nothing had changed; the same customers were still there. I decided to give it one more chance and I waited while the associate exchanged personal stories with the customer who bought a phone. I was finally acknowledged, but their conversation seemed to have no end. I eventually left toward the checkout with my other items. I have abandoned Costco as an option to purchase a cell phone, as customer service means a lot when I purchase from a retailer. I know associates are encouraged to connect with customers on a personal level, but it was excessive and at the expense of another customer in this case.

Tiarra was the best!! Me and my husbamd came in today looking for a new phone for me. Really made our time in there great, and was super thorough with helping us figure out what we wanted and what worked for us. Thank you!!

It took awhile to even get the phones and get the deal we got with it, but kenneth helped us within 30 mins and walked out with our phones and cases. Thank you to kenneth but the rest of the employees did not help me and it took 3 times of going there to get it but overall i would deal with kenneth more.
