Shattered the screen on my 8th Gen iPad that I use for work. Called the guys at Cases4Phones and brought it straight there. Dropped off about noon, it was ready by 3pm!! Super awesome customer service. The tech, Shane, was upfront and honest about the extent of the damage I had done to it and explained the fix he would have to do to make it all better. The sales rep, Kevin, walked me through all of my options for a case so this wouldn’t happen to me again. We ended up picking out one that was professional looking, that had a built in screen protector and a built in stand. I was highly impressed with the customer service and craftsmanship. Great locally owned small business. My son and I came here to purchase a used phone because the first day with my sons new phone he dropped it, w/o a case on, and busted the screen. The phone was unusable after that. It was completely ruined. Anyhow, he went the remainder of the month using an old phone his brother had laying around but could only use it for wifi as it was from a different carrier. When I came in I was expecting to spend $75-$100 but after talking w/the salesman here for under 5 mins, he had the wifi phone we were using, unlocked & activated with our new service provider! Just like that we could make calls. He could have made a sale but chose to save us the money instead. I had no idea the phone my son had been using for wifi was unlocked, nor did we know to even ask anyone as it was from a different carrier and we arent techy at all. This kind of service was absolutely astonishing to me and it just isnt seen anymore. I was completely thrilled and I will definitely be back for any of my purchases in the future. The good: Good quality used phones at a decent price. Much better than whats available in Portland-worth the trip. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I bought a used Note8. Within a few days I noticed that the battery was discharging faster than expected. No problem-they replaced the battery at no cost.The bad: The replacement battery is showing considerable weakness after less than 3 months of use. A USB-C cable I bought failed within a few days.So...I think it is a good place to buy a used phone but it seems that the quality of their parts and accessories is very poor. Im being generous with 4 stars. Consider it far less if buying accessories or having a part replaced.

So purchased a phone from them and though it wasn’t there fault it was this cell phone company claiming it couldn’t be activated. Amazing business! For a while my iphone was dying out on me so fast and I was thinking I would need to just buy a whole new iPhone (an upgrade). I went in with the idea of buying a new phone and having to spend so much money. But going in and asking about the differences about the phones and thinking the guy behind the counter was just going to just tell me to buy the most expensive one there. But he was really honest and nice and just answered my questions. Then I just told him my problem with my phone and he told me they have batteries they can just replace for me. I was so happy to hear that they not only have the batter but they instal it and they don’t charge so much for it! I’m so happy to always get all my phones and cases from this place. Found a case for my older model Samsung. It fits perfectly. Also found a second hand smart phone for my daughter that she loves as her 1st phone with the charger and a 7 day try it period. Works well, have every reason to believe it will continue until she wants to upgrade.

The owner knows his stuff, and is very friendly. Have had many good dealings with him. Quality used phones, and fair priced accessories. You can even negotiate!

The guys here are awesome. Always helpful and they always know a lot about their products. Big selection of cases, really good pricing too. Dont waste your money buying a case at your carriers store. They carry lots of other accessories and used phones as well. I always come here when I need accessories and recommend them to all of my friends.

I went in because the guys at Sprint across the parking lot recommended them a few months ago when I came in to get a new phone and suggested that I see what they would give me for a broken Note 8, but they ended up calling for me and the trade in value was more to do it through Sprint so I didnt end up going there that day. But when I found my old S7 edge I brought it in and they were super nice and reasonable and I got a lot more for my phone than I expected which was great, but mostly they were really friendly and pleasant which is why Id recommend going to this place. Additionally, they have a lot of options for phone cases for newer androids which a lot of other places dont so thats a plus, despite the prices seeming kind of exorbitant. Still, theyre awesome :]

Great place to take your broken phone to be fixed. I had them put a new iphone battery in and it only took them about an hour and is under warranty for 90 days. Cost less then $100. They also have many mobile phone accessories for just about any kind of phone.

I got my screen fixed here in a time crunch which was great! The screen ended up popping out of the frame a little bit and they replaced it with no charge. Great service, and they have a lifelong customer out of it!

Cracked iPhone screen? Do NOT bring it here. Brought in moms 3 month old iphone 7 for a screen replacement. After screen replacement, home button was not working and phone would freeze to the point where had to hard restart the phone every hour. Good luck using your phone with no home button. So $108 later stuck with phone that freezes all the time and home button not working!!! Obviously asked for a refund which $20 is non-refundable..... Lesson learned, take to apple store and pay $150 instead of $108 and have it done professionally + not pay for new home button replacement.
