I dropped my car off for some warranty work. Ended up with a family emergency and had to leave quickly and go pick my son up. Finished my car super fast and I was able to pick it up and go back in and get my son. I was pretty amazed. Also Jeff is a great guy.

Amazing service. Being new to the area from the Midwest, Michele definitely eased my anxiety with all the work up. She updated me frequently while I was in the waiting area. They even paid for an enterprise rental car until my car was fixed which was overnight, quicker than I expected. Saved me a ton of trouble by trying to figure out transportation especially working shift! So thank you, excellent overall and I would recommend to others.

2022 2500 Dodge limited Ram long horn. 300 miles and front tires sensor went bad and entire touchscreen display needs replaced. Brought truck in and parts were ordered. When parts arrived I discovered they do not even offer a loaner car or truck. Very disappointing and poor customer service to say the least. Will find another service center to use after this.

Was told the loose splash shield was fine. It immediately fell off on the I-205 highway bridge when I left, scraping along until I could make a safe exit. I was told theyd get it fixed right away once I got back to the shop and itd take 5 minutes. It took about 45 minutes. I was not given an apology whatsoever, though I appreciate that I saw the feedback link amongst the bundle of other emails I keep getting since theyve added me to their mailing list.

The service experience at Honda was great. I loved the early drop off time and mid afternoon pick up. Staff was friendly and helpful. They were able to help answer my questions. They even got me a Lyft home and back to the dealership! It was overall a wonderful experience.

Id give you 5 stars but...day of appointment was early drop off. After diagnosis wrong part arrived. Correct part for my truck was then ordered and it had to be held another day. I was without my vehicle for 2 days! I work full time and cannot afford to be off work for instances such as this. I also asked for my old part to be held for me but when I was able to pick up the truck day 2, it was close to closing time and everyone was in a hurry! I did not receive my old part as requested. I forgot to ask again for the part due to hurrying but they should have taken a note to do so. Had another issue that happened after service. They resolved it but I was hoping for a smoother go if it. The staff is very nice and try to work with you. Next service hopefully will run a lot smoother. Thank you

In both July 2020 and July 2021, I received a coupon in the mail for a$9.49 oil and filter change. On July 14,2020 - the oil change charge was $9.49. This year, on July7,2021, the charge even with the coupon was $51.21. I was told that the reason for the additional charge was that my car required more expensive synthetic 0W20 oil and that the $9.49 coupon was for regular oil. When I got home I found my invoice from 2020 and the line items are identical to this years invoice . Both times the oil was 5 OIL2 0W20 and the charge for the oil and filter was - $23.35. The labor charges in both years was $50.14. However, in 2020 - there was a discount of $64.00 and this year only a $30 discount. I am not a happy customer when you send coupons for services that are not honored and I am told that the reason for the increase is the type of oil my car requires. Same car - same service - same coupon. For my next oil change I will be looking for another place for service.

I went in for an oil change and that was it. I was not prepared financially to pay for any additional services that may have presented themselves after the inspection. Chuck was very accommodating in that regard. After letting him know my situation once, he made sure to focus solely on the oil change per my request. Sometimes it can be very overwhelming and stressful to get your oil changed because you know that you will likely be told there are additional and PRICEY items to be addressed. So, it was refreshing to have Chuck listen to his client’s needs and desires and create a more positive experience overall!

Always dependable. Cost was not too bad. Wish it could have gone a little faster. Was supposed to pick up Monday night. Came in Tuesday morning about 10:00. Had to wait about an hour for paperwork. Other than that, it was great.

Services were completed quickly and service consultant reviewed work done and notified me of a nail in a tire which Hannah couldnt repair and gave a reasonable quote for replacing tires all around. Since it would have meant another 2 hour wait for the tire service I chose to have the tire repaired elsewhere since the car was still drivable. This is my third Honda vehicle Ive had serviced at Hannah and I have always felt comfortable dealing with the Service department.

After I left the service bay and started to drive home, the dash light came on re: oil maintenance. I called twice and waited for someone to call back to give me instructions on how to turn off that indicator. That should have been turned off as part of the service before I got in the car.

Just brought my Honda in for the recall on airbags.Everyone was nice and it was done quicker than I expected. My only compaint was that my letter said I could be able to use a rental car during this time but when I scheduled my appointment I was told they werent doing that anymore and I lived too far away for them to give me a ride, was hard for me to find someone to take me when I dropped off the car then to pick it up when done. That was my only complaint.

I needed emergency service Saturday morning for an oil leak in my 3 1/2 year old Pilot. They worked me into the shop without an appointment and discovered that there was either an installation or product defect from my last oil change which caused the leak. It was repaired in a timely manner with no charge to me. I appreciated the integrity of admitting that the problem was their responsibility. I was impressed with the entire process.

The service team told me that I needed a power steering fluid flush (based on the miles of my CRV). I consented and paid an extra $164.49 (when I should have said, let me check my records from my previous mechanic......I paid for a power steering fluid flush less than 30K miles ago.) Next time I wont consent to any extra services before checking my records.

When I went in to pay for the services, he told me just because theyre done with it doesnt mean Im ready. I still have paperwork to do. Give me 5 more minutes. I worked with Michele and she went above and beyond to take great care of me and my car. There were a handful of glitches along the way that were out of her control and she took ownership of all of the issues and made sure everything was 100% resolved. Her communication was excellent, providing timely updates via the texting system. I cannot speak to whether the rest of the team is on the same page but Im certain if you work with Michele you will get fantastic customer service!

Your Covid treatment is way far too Extreme!! You made me feel like I had the plague!! Ive had both my shots and wear a mask and keep my 6 feet!! You had me leave my key on my seat, tell me to go here, go there, do this, dont do that, sign papers in mid-air which I refused to do!! First off, Austin is incredible! I brought my car in today, assuming (based on what I was told by a sales manager) that my very small dent would be repaired. I arrived to pick up my car and noticed the unsatisfactory work done by your team. I drove back to your Honda dealership service department, where I dropped my car off originally this morning, and pointed out the unsatisfactory work, as well as provided a manager with the invoice. He called and had the charge for the paint reversed back to my card. I still would like the dent site properly repaired, as explained to me by sales person, to when I bought the car.

The maintenance work scheduled on my car was done in an hour anda half instead of two and a half hours as expected. The mechanic alsofound a nail embedded in one of the tires and removed it and repairedthe hole at no extra charge. I live in Portland but after a bad experienceat the Portland Honda repair shop, have been going to the one inVancouver with consistently high satisfaction with their service, workethic, and customer treatment.

Everyone was nice and the service was quick. I like the texting for status updates, but not for important conversations. I cant see invoice details well via text on a phone (especially when things are abbreviated and not clear), so I would prefer to have a verbal conversation before approving expensive repairs because there was a miscommunication that added almost $200 to my bill (I didnt realize it was going to be done).

He really helped me understand what was wrong with my car by explaining in a way that anyone could understand without previous knowledge about cars. I brought our 2020 Honda Accord sport the show room car in for service today no scratches on any of our rims nothing, come to pick our car up from service our back rim is scratched, has metal shards in with all the gunk that was all over our tire. ALEX the service center manager wants to argue with me about it get mad at me about it and deny all of it and say his guys have over 30 years experience and they don’t damage things and their is no curbs in the parking lot but our car was conveniently parked by one when we picked it up. The service girl that checked us in took clear pictures of every single rim and tire except the back one that is now scratched. And then when we pull it in she cleans it off and sends a picture to the Service Director, he should have came and looked for himself before all the metal shards got wiped off. I wouldn’t have even brought it up if it was already there. I could easily buy a new rim but why should I when it was their fault. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service and service makes me sick to my stomach that they can deny their wrong doing, I know that you guys maybe in the business to lie but what if it was you vehicle that happened to wouldn’t you want this issue fixed and resolved? I will NEVER be taking my accord back to be serviced here I will drive to Beaverton Honda if I have to where I have never had any issues with our past vehicles there

Pick up time was 40+ minutes past the scheduled appointment time. Shouldn’t take over 3 hours to do an oil change and alignment. Since I paid to have the suggested battery service/terminal cleaning, the car didn’t start as expected, and more work had to be done on the terminals before vehicle was drivable. It felt like I was an inconvenience because my car didn’t start. Service here is over priced and overrated. Will not be returning since I’m outside my warranty and service/customer service is less than mediocre.

Jeff is a great service manager who made my experience painless while getting our Odyssey maintenance done. I got a same day appointment. Got explanations of the work done, along with emails and text updates during the work (with photos!) and a detailed report at the end. He got us a discount on the work without even asking. He’s also very friendly, gets to us know us and our family, and gives our service a personal touch!

Appointment was made to expedite my service and it still took over 2 hours. Pressure up selling every time I visit them as a valued long-standing customer. If those are issues that you can endure while giving them your time and hard earned money then I would use them. Ive replaced the front rotors and pads on my car and a few days later was seeing rust on the rotors. The salesman/ service tech was pressuring and BSd me all the time over playing the circumstances of my car. When I asked for competitive prices they would only give me a 10% discount and afterwards made me feel bad about giving it to me. Their prices were 2x quoted elsewhere. Their discriptions of the issues were not that informative.
