Winnebago Rialta owner you are in Luck!Petersons Automotive I have known them for 17 plus years. If you are a Winnebago Rialta owner this is a must-go-to place. I found it difficult to find a repair shop to work on this little VW motor home. Not only are they willing but Mike seems to be an expert who has worked on them since the Eurovan chassis came out. They can even do some undercoating and body painting! It’s worth the drive. Great staff.

Honest place and kind service. Im very scared to take my car to mechanics because majority of them lie and some are just plain lazy with diagnostics. I recently had a very minor problem with my vehicle (loose bolt), Petersonss Auto quickly diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed the problem. They only charged for diagnostics which wasnt expensive and way cheaper than other auto mechanics. Ill be sure to take my car or truck to these guys if they require maintenance in the future.

Its difficult to find any automotive place worth your trust. This is the only place I take my car to. Fair, honest, competitive prices, and are straight-shooters. No up-selling from them. They have only told me what I needed and offered suggestions that were helpful. They have never steered me wrong and I dont anticipate that changing.

These guys helped me out with replacing my clutch. They also were understanding when the money I had set aside for the repairs were drained by a family emergency and gave me time to pay it rather than continuing to charge me for storage. Ive been bringing my car in for oil changes for years and never have a problem. Today, I had a minor complaint about the service, and in the end decided to bring it to Chris attention. (I considered not, since it was really minor, but just wanted to bring it to his attention for the future.) He went above and beyond to remedy the complaint, and ended up bringing the business owner into the conversation, and instead of the issue becoming one, they really made me feel comfortable with them, and there is no doubt I will return in the future. I would *highly* recommend this auto shop.

Finding a new mechanic is always a coin toss... fortunately, we won the toss by finding Peterson Automotive! The reason the owner opened his own shop is a great story that I encourage you to learn about when you visit. ;-)One of the biggest gripes my wife and I have about any automotive shop is when they talk to my wife as if she knows nothing about cars or just ignore her and answer her questions directly to me. Peterson Automotive has never showed a sign of that. They speak to us both the same way and gladly answer questions we ask whether “dumb” or not. Everyone we’ve talked to there is friendly and helpful. Not to mention they’ve always done great and honest work!

My Olds Aurora was not the first vehicle I had worked on by Petersons staff. I also had a Nissan Pickup which they worked on a couple of times. Every time, they get the work done as quickly as possible.The prices are as reasonable as they can be . Theres no nonsense either. When they tell you something needs fixing they are truthful. The owner, Eric Peterson is personally involved in the shop and stays engaged with its day today operations. That is why I trust him and his crew to work on my vehicles. They care.

Highest recommendation across the board. I have a VW Eurovan Rialta and I wish that these guys were close to my home. I was traveling in WA and the check engine light came on. Found them and was so happy with the service.Mike the owner is very friendly but Ted the mechanic was amazing. He brought me in with him for the full inspection and showed and explained everything in a way I could completely understand. Im not a mechanic but he made me feel so comfortable that they are 100% straightforward and honest.The work was excellent, right on schedule and good communication. Other people have mentioned the cost is high, I cant say because compared to California it seemed what would be expected but for me I would pay for this service.Couldnt give a better rating.

Fair Priced, Quick and Courteous. I brought my Hyundai Tucson to Peterson Automotive in October 2012. I was expecting to be without a car for a week and end up with an astronomical bill after my experience with other repair shops and dealerships. At Petersons my car was ready the next morning at a fraction of what I expected and half their initial quote! They were even nice enough to check my VIN for any factory recalls I had missed. It turned out I had missed a very important airbag recall. I cant thank them enough. Peterson Automotive, you are awesome.

Havent had my car fixed yet but Russ @ Swineharts transmission gave me their phone # & they sound very nice. I dont have to worry about them ripping me off! And if you ever need your transmission fixed go to Swineharts Russ is a great guy!

I went to Peterson Automotive for a second opinion on A/C repairs as I was charged $80+ at the first place just to check it out and give me an estimate. Peterson not only gave me a more reasonable estimate but did not charge for the diagnosis. That tells me they are honest and trustworthy and will get all my business from here on.

I brought my ford truck in with a severe timing chain problem, some other garages said they might accept the job but wouldnt guaranty their work. Petersons went out of their way to accommodate my needs, fully guarantying their work, taking every step needed to get my repairs done right!

Peterson Automotive has been working on my cars for several years and I have come to trust them completely. They recently did fuel injectors, ARP head bolts, HPOP, etc. on my 6.0 powerstroke and I am very happy with the results. The job had some challenges and surprises but they always put my needs first and did the work right.UPDATE - 5 Years In......Its been 5 years since Eric rebuilt my 6.0 and its been running flawlessly since. No problems with anything theyve worked on.

I brought my Toyota Avalon in for a new timing belt. I agreed to the full service they suggested. Shortly after the work was done I moved to another city and soon noticed oil leaking under the vehicle. As it turned out the work done at Peterson Auto was improperly performed - the second repair person showed how the cam shaft had been damaged He said they did not take their time and do it properly. As a result, it all had to be re-done. When I contacted Peterson about the problem they assured my they would look into the problem. After several letters and phone conversations it became painfully obvious they had no intention of backing their ethics statements or guarantees. In short, they lied and left me hanging with an additional $1,000.00 plus bill.

Been coming here for 4 years now. Only people I trust to work on my cars.
