Michael was an absolute gem and the best employee when it came to helping me out today! I literally had the worst experience at the Hazel Dell NAPA store when I went in for an OBD2 scanner. But Michael seriously saved the day and turned my mood from upset to completely satisfied with his help. I told him a little of what happened and he even called the Hazel Dell (who said they didnt have it) and made sure they had it after checking his store for the same. He came through and I so appreciate it. Thank you so much and I will only be going to the Andresen store for all my auto needs.

Had a bad experience here a couple years ago but decided I would give them another chance today and what a terrible mistake that was. John was rude from the second he started talking to us. He literally threw his hands in the air like we were bothering him, like its not his job or something. He then very rudely said he wouldnt take a core return without the receipt. Okay drive 15 min home and back and before were out of the car he comes out waving his finger at us saying he wont take it because its from another store. We couldnt believe how rude he was for absolutely no reason. Literally this place is dead to me and it put a bad taste in my mouth for all naps in general.

Nice people to work with! I simply went in to get some coveralls. Great place and cheap price for used coveralls in good shape. Quick in and out of the store. Well put together and protected for covid-19.

I dont understand why anyone would rate this location a one star. This location is a staple in the neighborhood and everyone who works here is very respectful and does the best job they can to help their customers. Do you have to keep in mind that in this business there are a lot of know it alls and a lot of people that have no idea what they are talking about. The people who work here just do their best they can to get you the parts you need for your car. I have been coming here often on and the auto parts store competitor around the corner for years. They both do a good job and both will serve you well. I prefer this Napa location over the others and the competitors because the people here seem more knowledgeable and willing to help.

The very not helpful they couldnt find my alternator that I purchased through my company would have been the purchase number on alternator

Napa is one of the few remaining places where one can go and find actually smart help behind the counter. Help with real experience and knowledge beyond reading the screen and asking the questions that pop up on it. I get so tired of part counter people that dont know squat about cars or the parts they peddle, but NAPPA knows. They are the last bastion of automotive help out there and the ONLY place to spend your valuable time and money.

Happy to have been given good customer service during my visit today! Wish I had gotten the guys name. Younger, tall, larger build, very short dark hair. He obviously had customer service skills. Ladies notice it when they are treated politely in an auto parts store!Lost a star for another employees less than welcoming demeanor. When I walked in, there were no other customers (yay!), and all three employees behind the counter looked up at me in unison. I announced I was there to pick up an order. An older gent responded - he didnt say hi or anything, instead he kind of barked FOR WHO?. Well, hello to you too, sir! I was glad the other guy took care of the rest.Also, be aware that the Napa online ordering didnt notify me that two of my items hadnt been fulfilled. My confirmation email showed all items being ready, but on the stores end they didnt have the exact items and they had removed them from my order. The guy took care of it quickly. I am going to be making sure the billing looks right on my credit card.I must be really bored writing a review for my experience buying oil and coolant. Boredom 2020

Lotsa stuff on sale!! Couldve spent 6 hrs there!!!

I visited NAPA yesterday and the employee assisting me at the counter, Tim, began our interaction by saying the corona virus isnt real. Its just the flu and asking me if I had actually known someone who had gotten the virus and if they had shown symptoms. I told him that unfortunately I had known someone who recently died from the virus, however, he continued to make other comments to that effect.Not only were his comments insulting as I have been personally affected by the virus, but I am concerned with what kind of precautions the employees are actually taking to keep their customers safe during this time. I find it hard to believe that they are properly sanitizing and enforcing masks and distance requirements if one employee is so open to rant about how the virus isnt real to a customer.I would hope that as establishments are opening up again that the employees are doing all they can to ensure the safety and well being of their paying customers.

I had a horrible experience at this location, I wouldn’t recommend this one.

I have built several cars over the years and used this particular store more times than Id like to think but generally has what I need and if not they order it and get it in a very timely manner. Jamie and Angie have been there for many many years and are some of the most knowledgeable parts store employees Ive ever dealt with.

This store rocks!! Always stocked and customer service is awesome. Andrew is a great store manager and helpful. It was raining and I needed new wiper blades. He put them on my vehicle.

I love this place I just dropped off roughly 30 quarts of used oil they accepted it all and threw away the empty bottles and all without charging me as it should be. I mean after all I am giving them the oil which they in turn sell and make a profit. Keep it up guys.

Horrible experience at this second rate auto noparts store. Got my order wrong and then argued like I dont know what parts I have on my truck. I thought the customer was always right. Nope not at NAPA. They belittle you and get the wrong parts. Someone is highly confused when shopping here, they dont know theyre arse from a hole in the ground.

These guys always have the parts I need. I try other chain parts stores and they usually look at me like Im broken, but these guys are always very knowledgeable and will get you the part you need in under 5 minutes. They value my time which is important to me.

Customer service was prompt and helpful. They even gave my 3 year old an American flag to have. Great spot to pickup your auto needs.

The counter guys and gals are great sometimes they are really busy and you have to wait a moment but thats life. They always get you in and out as quickly as they can with the supplies to get you back on the road! The guys that love high quality filters can be seen shopping here.

VERY BAD CUSTOMEE SERVICE. I bought a nappa brand battery from this Nappa location and the battery failed to hold its charge for 4 months. I then took the battery back and talk to a employee and she looked up my phone number in the accounts and found my purchase history and then got me a new battery under warranty but I paid a litlle extra to get a more powerful battert. I then used the battery for another 11 months and found it was dead. I took it back to the Nappa store to get it charged but then found out the battery was faulty. I didnt have the recipte on me so I told John the employee to look up my purchase history on my account. John told me that I had no accounts with the store. He then offered me a new battery with only 1 month of warranty.... The battery itself already has a 6 year warranty that was manufactured in July of 2017 and John the assistant manager only offered me 1 month. I payed for a battery that had 6 years of warranty not 1 month. I am very displeased with the way John the assistant manager treated my situation when the person I dealt with before took care of my problems. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU AT ALL!!!!

Employees were argumentative instead of helpful. Initially told us we should go somewhere else then finally decided to warranty the battery we purchased from them. Very poor customer service. Battery arrived two days after they told me it would arrive. Gave some lame excuse I am not even sure was the truth. I will not do business with them again. Gave them two stars instead of one because at least I got a replacement battery.

WOW!!Horrible service. I believe her name was CC Answered the phone unprofessionally. Didnt take the year, make, model down correctly. Then tried to sell me the incorrect part. She told me its all NAPA had available. I tried to correct the vehicle information for her, but she wouldnt listen to me. She told me I had to goto the dealer. HAHAHA. My experience at Napa Auto Parts Andresen was a very wonderful experience. I was welcomed soon as I entered the door by a lady name Ceecee. She was very polite and had a lot of patience with me concerning what I was looking for. She was very professional and knew exactly what parts I needed to fix my car!! She had the best customer service I ever had in my years!!! I would recommend this Napa store to anyone!!

Worst customer service! I tried to buy an oil filter for my Chevy truck. Rep sold me wrong filter. I discovered that it was incorrect filter only when I went underneath the truck. I had no idea Napas catalog so messed up. Even after entering my vehicle vin their system still showed wrong oil filter. They refused to refund my money. Dont get it! Domestic truck, nation wide company and they cannot get it right. Never will use Napa again.

I ordered some parts through the manager Wayne, when I came to pick them up I was informed by John that Wayne had sold the parts that I ordered to someone else. This isnt the first time that I have have had this issue with Wayne either. Every time I have ordered parts and Wayne was involved, I dont get the call that the parts I ordered are in. How unprofessional he is, is absolutely ridiculous.

Went to the Andreson store in Vancouver ....and the woman named Angie, was rude, condescending and ignored me until l asked if l was invisible. Had been there 4 weeks before bought wiperblades and they put on for me, 1 flew off going down l5 in the rain hit car behind me! She didnt care. Will never go there again!

Also informed them it is to seal pipe threads.Napa is in the commercial truck parts market. So, you would think that some one in the market of a product would be educated in every aspect of their products.Let me educated you napa>Working with a apparatus equipped with air brakes .Permatex Pipe Joint Compound aka pipe dope, liquid plumbers tape is a good sealant. There is also a tape sealant. That never works out the way you want it to when it is raining out in the weather.So, I use the liquid form of Permatex easy and hassle free.Part Number: 80045Universal sealant. Lubricates and seals threaded joints on water, oil and fuel lines. Temperature range -65°F to 400°F (-54°C to 204°C); resists common shop fluids.taken from the Permatx web sight.

I like NAPA stores over the other choices for quality and selection, but this specific NAPA store has lost my business based on their poor service alone. First of all theyre quite slow, 2nd theres no order of who gets help first. I was in the store twice on 5-11-13 and both times the staff just helps the first person they see, making no attempt at asking may I help the next person in line. Of course people being what they are today, few folks will decline the instant help even when they know there were people there before them. My 2nd visit on 5-11-13 I was the only person waiting (for quite a long time I might add) and someone walked in after me, stood there for half a minute and was helped ahead of me. The staff made no attempt to figure out who of the two people in the store had been waiting longer.I left this NAPA (for the last time) and went to a much busier auto parts store in Orchards and they were fast and always asked for the next person in line as long as I was in the store. It can be done, but obviously this NAPA staff cant figure it out.
