I went in for a quick, free battery test in which I was told my battery was fine. The shop I took my car, I took it to after, informed me my battery is failing. You get what you pay for. I wont make this mistake again.

A super nice guy helped me out today with wiper blades. He made sure they were the right size and installed them in a flash.

When they saw I wasnt sure they stepped in and helped. Loaned me a wrench to install and then gave me a spacer I needed free and even came out and taught me a nice trick propping something up. I needed a part for my motor but didnt even know what it was called so I asked if any employee knew a little about cars, Joshua stepped up and said I do mam. We went out and he quickly determined it was a pvc gromet, He brought out a couple gromets and checked to make sure I got the right one and told me what I needed to do to complete the repair.Back in the day just about all ato parts employees were required to know about cars sadly now they dont. I go back and forth between Auto zone, Oreileys and Cost Less and when I find knowledgeable employees who can answer some basic questions, I tend to keep going back, as I will now again with auto zone. I actually was visiting quite frequently before and would drop around $100 a visit as I love detailing cars. Thanks to Joshs friendly patient at ease treatment Ill be back. Id like to note that he was very thoughtful and asked other customers if they were finding things etc while helping me. I didnt mind at all I was just happy someone knew how to help me.And for all people doing the hiring for the auto counter, dont hire a dressmaker or a pastry chef, please get someone who has some type of auto experience even if its back yard mechanic as long as they have some basic idea how cars work it makes all the difference in the world to the customer Josh should definitely get a raise. I love AutoZone what can I say I love auto wrecking yards I can be in there for hours just looking at everything I love tools haha but its clean the workers are family they help you out they show you what they have an opinion on of what is a good product and not just looking at the most expensive but the good ones and Ive tried what theyve suggested and it worked and I was happy so kudos to you guys

I have been having issues with the battery on my Subaru. I was fully prepared to go to AutoZone, buy a new battery and try to install a new battery myself.I was helped by Carlson, who checked my current battery and noticed my terminal looked like it needed replacing as well. He walked me through my options for a battery and picked out the replacement piece I needed. To my surprise, he was able to swap out my battery for me. He was very nice and I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing! I was in and out of there in less than 35 minutes. This is my 3rd time visiting this location and I have always had a great customer service experience!

Needed some help in the store today with getting a battery jump starter and couldnt be more grateful with the way Sarah went completely out of her way to help me out. Shannon was extremely nice and answered all my questions.Very very kind people at heart, I would literally rate them a 10 star if I could as they really made my day a lot better. Came in evening after most auto shops were closed. Needed a battery and gu6 oh phone was helpful as well as lady at counter. Patiently explaining price differences and helping me install a battery. By that, I mean I watched while Carleton (employee) did it for me and recommended other tips for upkeep on battery. Will come again.

Great place👍. If you know the part number or its on the self. An employee can look up by the car and model. However, employees are unwilling to lookup part you need, manager will roll his eyes at you if you ask him to lookup instock inventory. This is based on two different visits to the store.

I’ve got none whatsoever problems with Auto zone for a period of time since I became a huge member at my home place in Colorado until I moved here in Vancouver Washington and noticed that not only auto zone have a very poor customer services but pretty much all over the area. Sadly Unprofessional! I came to order my parts at this place and literally it took me almost months to received my parts which I truly have zero problem with it because sometimes you gotta understand that theres moment especially of COVID its very hard to get things on time but what sadly disappointed me is that every time I called to follow up on it they always treated us customers as if we’re nothing. But again this is not only this place but preeety much all over the area.

Very helpful, a bit spendy compared to competitors but much more items in stock.

I came into Auto Zone looking for new hubcaps for my car. I had no idea what i was looking for and cautious of what the end result would be. However, i am happy to say that I am extremely happy that i came here. I got exceptional customer service. Not only did they steer me in the right direction regarding my purchase but one individual named Joshua also helped me put them on my car. Especially with what is going on right now it is amazing that he would go out of his way to put them on. I highly recommend this Auto Zone.

I have never been treated so bad. I was trying to return a 139$ part to a car that no longer exists. First of all they couldnt put it back on.the credit card I used. Then they said it was too.late. I have been in LOCKDOWN for at least 4 monthsGuy in charge is Edwin. I am a senior and disabled.

Had a fantastic experience buying and replacing a car battery. Had multiple issues during replacement that required also replacing the terminal clamps, but Braylin (Im sorry if thats not correct!!) was a rockstar and helped me get exactly what I needed and get it installed (rusted nuts and bolts are no joke). Thanks again for the assistance my friend, it made a rough experience much better and earned this AutoZone a return customer!

Trey (a technician at this location) not only assisted me and my friend with which bulbs to purchase for a broken headlight, but also took time out of his shift to install it personally stop we could drive home safe. We didnt even have to ask. This location has always been nice, but on a rainy day like today the service was above and beyond. Highly recommend this location and trey specifically.

I had a fender bender and my tail light was hanging by a thread. It was raining and she without hesitation helped with a temporary fix ( so that i can make it home )repaired the damage in the rain. Its in a low income neighborhood, aka my neighborhood. They have a good selection and even added space. This is one of those weird places that are really good in a bad neighborhood.

Came in for my first time and was greeted by a sweet lady with tons of info that helped me out. She hooked my car up to find out the internal issue, recommended some products and advised me on whats worked for her. Great experience considering my situation at the time.

Seriously the worst customer service ever. I called at 8:53 because my car is broken down and I desperately needed your oil. Remembering that AutoZone is there for its customers in there for you when your car needs help. They were not at them I let them know I would be there at 8:59 and he said no problem he would wait for me. Doors were locked exactly at 9 oclock sharp and nobody was there as I knocked on the door sitting in the parking lot stranded. Unbelievable Im leaving a review on every site possible

I went there yesterday with my sister and we were confused on what oil we needed and what not. While we were waiting in line a current employee that was off the clock helped us literally, my sister and I didnt know how to check the oil let alone where it goes but he kindly helped us find what oil was needed and even checked the oil. He also changed it. I dont remember his name but he should get a raise. Had the best experience here, great customer service. 5stars.

If you value your privacy I would highly recommend against using autozone. An associate at a Vancouver Wa store divulged a conversation regarding parts and pricing I had with her... to another customer who came back very angry. Its very unfortunate because before this total lack of confidentiality, I used Autozone for all my car needs. Single women never pay for a job before its completed. Go with to buy parts so you have them in your possession. What was supposed to be a simple transaction of I pay you to complete a job turned into 4 no shows, lies, and more. Id avoid dishonest mechanics and companies who dont respect confidentiality completely. Trust me not worth the lack of sleep, and headache. If I could give 0 stars I would.
