Ive never followed through with writing a review before, but I just had one of the most wonderful customer experiences at Uptown Auto Craft and couldnt not. After being turned down by an auto service center for a minor issue with my hood I was recommended to go here. They saw me immediately and had the problem fixed within minutes free of charge. Uptown Auto is second to none. We got into an accident and they wanted to tow my truck to a yard I did not know about. I told them to take my vehicle to Uptown Auto Craft. Great Company, Great Owner, Great Job! The owner of Uptown Auto Craft, Ricky Piceno, and his staff, did a great job on my old 89 Toyota Camry. Someone hit it while it was parked on the street, and I never could find out who. Therefore since the car is so old, I only have PL & PD insurance on it, so this fix was out of my pocket. Ricky did and excellent job at a very reasonable price. He even took out the paint chips that were not a part of the accident damage. Uptown Auto Craft went above and beyond in the service they provide, I would highly recommend anyone that needs auto body to give Ricky Piceno a call.
