Marco is great! I took my car to the collision center a couple of blocks away and they told me they couldnt give me an estimate for 2 weeks! I took my car straight to Marco after that and he ordered the parts that same day and had everything installed 2 days later.

Marco is awesome! Someone decided to key my 2018 Toyota 4runner, I was devastated. They did an amazing job fixing it, even got the blue sparkle in the black color. I’m super happy!

Honestly, I havent gone to other body shops, so my perspective is limited. This shop is small, not in the best area, the owner isnt always on site, and worker with which I interacted spoke limited English (I only mention the language thing because some people have an issue with that but it doesnt bother me).Yet, they came highly recommend and worked with my insurance (AAA) to get my car fixed in about a week. They were very nice, answered my questions, and (best I can tell) did legit work.Would I use them again? Yes, I think I would. Good work is good work, regardless of who does it or what youre expectations are of what the shop looks like. Thanks, Empire!

It is not very often I need the services of a body shop, so when my Infinity was backed-into by another vehicle in a parking lot I had to ask my mechanic for a referral. He recommended Macro at Empire Collision. I was not disappointed. His price was fair and the quality of the work was outstanding. He even fixed a couple of scratches that had accumulated over the years. Highly recommended.

This is my second experience with Empire, both with good results. The first was a body repair which was really well done and priced right. They gave me options to save some money which was helpful. This second time was for body and mechanical work. Though we ran into some problems with the repair, Marco and his staff worked with the insurance company and were committed to solve the problems, which they did. Positive customer service in a family environment makes Empire a pleasure to recommend.

The worst experience I ever had. The guy is a liar and a actor. They can only paint. He told me 2 weeks and he took 6. And my door will never shut right again. He had my truck tore apart even parts that did not need any work, probly to steal parts. He got mad that I would call and ask why it was taking so long. Be careful because once they tear your car apart and take 4 extra weeks there is not much you can do. I would never go back or recommend this shop to anyone. I got no break in the price after week after week of lies and broken promises

Fixed my truck up after a collision. Looks like new from the factory. The work was done in just under a week. Owner is very respectful and easy to get along with. Gave me a free ride to the rental car facility down the road. If I ever get in another accident this is where ill be going. Only drawback is its a little hard to find from the main road. GPS will get you close but will still leave you looking.

Great work! I took in my SUV from a bad side collision; they gave me the best quote around town, and gave me options on how to go by the repairs that would save me money and achieve a great result. The final product was my SUV looking like it was never in a collision.
