I had the pleasure of doing business with Master Tech Collision Center after an incident that occurred with my car.The process that they follow is very organized and streamlined in terms of handling claims and repair process.You have the option of picking up a rental car at the facility after you drop off your car for the repairs to be done.The staff were extremely communicative throughout the repair process and they always kept in touch via text message (which was my preferred method of communication). They did an Excellent job on my damage repair to the point where it looks brand new.I highly recommend this place and can attest to their quality of work and professionalism !!

Master techs did a great job at keeping me updated with my car. He text us twice a week with updates. They let me know it would be done by a certain date and they ended up finishing my car 3 days earlier than anticipated. Really good service and would recommend to anyone.

Great customer service, they were always following up with me and let me know the status of my vehicle. I was even able to speak to the technician so that he could explain what the issue was. Mr. Cruz was very helpful getting me through the process.

The Master Tech team went above and beyond in delivering their customer experience. I met Leo by coincidence and he offered me his services when he saw my van struck. Accept his services and his treatment was very cordial from friends as if we had known each other for a long time. They took care of all the paperwork with the insurance. Fortunately we did not have to do anything. Nor did they bother us with calls from the insurance company. When we went to pick her up we found her impeccable to repair and they were also very friendly and washed her. Inside and out, it looked like it had just come out of the dealer.
