My vehicle was rear ended while parked and my nephew who is a mechanic recommended this place.I dealt with one of the owners, Ralph Perez who helped me through the nightmare of dealing with the drivers insurance.The car was totaled and I cant say anything about their work but I will say that Ralph was very professional and knowledgeable and helped make sure that the insurance company did right by me.If ever I have need of the services provided by Upland Collision Craft, I most definitely will take my vehicle there.

Best experience Ive ever had with auto repair of any kind! After being side swiped, I took my car to these highly experienced gentlemen. Although my insurance company had other shops listed as network, Im so glad I took it to Upland Collision Craft! They worked out all of the insurance paperwork and follow up and my car came out better than when I took it in. Excellent craftsmanship, communication, service, and expedience! Highly recommend to people who like a business that doesnt suck and takes amazing care of their customers!!

I received pretty solid customer service throughout my experience with this shop. They gave me a decent time frame for completion, met that deadline, and provided constant communication throughout the process. My car looked and ran just as great as it did before the accident. You really cant ask for much more than that. Definitely give them a shot.

Great shopAfter a fender bender, the party at fault’s insurance (a smaller company) was accepted by Ralph’s shop to repair some damage that had been caused. Ralph’s team disagreed with the insurance estimate and fought and won to get my vehicle returned to its status before the accident. He handled behind the scenes communications from the rental car company and the insurance company, making it all the less stressful experience. What’s best, the car had lost its charge due to a dash cam I left plugged in during repairs, and the car battery died on me at the gas station. I called Ralph and a 10 minute drive later, he jumped my battery just like that (battery since fine after discovering the issue).I’d definitely recommend Ralph and Upland Collision Craft to anyone, especially family and friends. Thank you to Ralph and everyone!

These guys are amazing!!!!! They didnt an excellent job repairing my truck. They even performed complimentary services like doing my front alignment, adjusting my air bag system, shampooing my carpets, helped me with the cost of the extended period for the rental I was using and the sales tax and an awesome detail job inside/out. Top notch business. I was recommended to this shop by a friend, and Im glad I listened. They worked with me and my insurance company to ensure my car was back on the road as quickly as possible. Plus, my BMW 2013 535i looked as good as the day I picked it up new.

They do great work, and their customer service is amazing.

I went to Upland Collision Craft based on reviews after seeing they were rated 5 stars and reading all the great reviews. They definitely lived up to my expectations and more. I took my Jeep in for an insurance claim and needed work on my bumper. Ralph Lugo was professional from beginning to end. He knew I was in a rush to get my car back and he dealt with the insurance, repairs, payment and everything within less than a week. He kept me updated at all times, communication was A+. Do not go here Ralph Lugo is a crook who fed me lies and wont refund me my money.the work is not the best looking hes a crook I dont recommend going here.Now this guy is taking me to court aftet refusing to let me pay him, I have emails stating that after i posted this reveiw he would not take any form of payment still is refusing to return my vehicle.
