The Staff were very helpful, and Professional. They were precise on the time estimated for repairs, helpful to contact and give me information on the Car Rental Agency. Using Richardson’s/Fix auto body shop was a great experience. Very knowledgeable, great service and prices. My car looks like new again. Gio and his staff are very welcoming. I highly recommend this shop. They will be my go to shop for any work or improvements I need.

Outstanding experience at Fix upland. They were less expensive and faster than the quotation they gave me that was already very reasonable. They were extremely courteous and strong service orientated. Experience was 100% positive.

A motorcycle plowed into the left side of our car, while at a stoplight,destroying the left rear tire, smashing the left rear lights, damaging the body from the left rear panel to the left front panel! They are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional. The car looks better than when originally purchased (if that is even possible) and in less time than originally predicted. I highly recommend the Upland facility of Fix Auto.

I drove up after finding on google. Had a minor issue. My running board was falling off and I was concerned of it becoming detached while I drove. They fixed it in the moment for a nominal fee. It was great!

Gio was amazing! I got quotes for over $1000 for a rear fender dent on a 17 year old car and Gio had his dent expert pop it out and said to hust pay what ever I could afford! Gio and his wife are new owners at this existing Auto Body and Repair business and with their incredible service I think they will be very successful and around for a long time! Please take your body work to Gio at Richardson Auto in Upland. You wont be disappointed.

They offer no nonsense, quality work. I had some body work done to my Scion last week because they were close in proximity to me. They finished the job promptly, professionally, and went above and beyond what was expected. Theyre a nice bunch of guys too - highly recommended!

Super friendly when youre bringing your car in, however buyer beware. Low quality of repair (heck they couldnt even put the head rest on the right way) and refused to fix (or even comment) their shoddy repair job. Ghosted me afterwards. Avoid this place if you want something done right.

I had a truck run into while parked and was damaged from the left rear bumper to the front drivers door. I took it to them and they did a fabulous job. Very nice and professional. Did such a good job that I brought back my old Porsche that needed touch-up paint.

These guys do terrible work. They returned my vehicle with misaligned body panels, poor paint- chipped, mismatched, orange peeled, semi hidden areas were left unfinished, etc. The electronics dont work properly. Scuff marks on the interior. Among a host of other things.
