Great experience, not much of a wait and the place had such a welcoming feel. The young lady at the front desk made me feel so comfortable from sanitizing everything to changing the the channel when needed and even entertaining my conversations ( such a beautiful soul )! The guys had me in and out even though i expected a longer wait. I definitely recommend this place and I will be back!!! A+

I received great service at this Mavis location. Front service was quick and attentive. Play area was large with different activities available as well as a large cinema space. The manager was very attentive and knowledgeable on the variety of options available specifically for my car. Will definitely be back for future car maintenance.

Service advisor Check was amazing. He was very helpful with finding a solution to my need for a new tire. The tire is in the warehouse, so he had a technician look at my tire and fill it with air in the mean time.I am very happy with the customer service experience i received this morning at the Union location .

This is the best Mavis around! Lawrence provided exceptional customer service. I needed an oil change and stopped by without an appointment. The garage was full and he told me it may take some time. I was very surprised when he told me that the car was already ready, which was maybe 30 minutes later or even less, I didn’t check the clock. We felt very comfortable and would not have minded to stay a bit longer, as my son had the best time playing at the play area with the dinosaurs and other toys! Thank you guys so much and see you again next time!

I found out I had a flat leaving my house today to go to class. I filled up my tire but there still seemed to be an issue. I drove to Mavis on Rt. 22 in Union and Anthony was extremely, EXTREMELY helpful and quick to help me in a bind. I cannot be anymore grateful to him. What a godsend.

I would not recommend. I have been a customer of Mavis for 7 years and this was my first bad experience. Went to have a tire repaired with a small nail in it. I was told the tire was not patchable and that all 4 tires will need to be replaced because my car was all wheel drive and it will ruin my transmission. Ended up taking the car to Terry’s tire and he was able to patchthe tire in 20 minutes and told me the tires are good for another 2 years.

They did an amazing job with my tires and to top it off. The woman named Rhonda in the front desk is so beautiful and amazing at her job. Thank you for the service Mavis. Great experience!!!

I had a set of tires replaced at another location. I noticed the TPS light came on after I drove home. After various phone calls and return trips, they were not able to solve the problem. I called Mavis customer service a few times and got a hold of someone by the name of Kevin. Kevin sent me to this location to have the problem fixed. Anthony and his team were able to have the issue fixed in 45 minutes. I would recommend using this location.

I have to say I’m going to come back !! The guys were so helpful I had a stressful day my horn wasn’t working “Friday 8-13-21” I went and right away they took it right within minutes!I will give 10 out of 10 to this place hands down !!Very polite organized and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!

I was so frustrated by poor customer service at another local tire shop. I arrived frustrated, late, a bit overwhelmed, and I was immediately met by someone who was friendly, and was able to help. I had an AWESOME EXPERIENCE! I unexpectedly had issues on Route 22 where my car kept going on and off. I pulled into this Mavis and two young gentlemen helped immediately. They solved the issue and fixed it in LESS THAN AN HOUR! I love Mavis ESPECIALLY this one in Union. 10/10. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Went in to get a tire plugged but I needed two new tires. Lawrence was very knowledgeable and professional, he made the experience super easy.Edited: a bunch of rip offs, please do not patronize this establishment. I bought tires 4-5 days ago and now the tires are going flat and I have to pay an additional $190 to fix to brand new tires.

Went in for a nail in tire repair. They took care of it in a professional and easy going way. Mavis in Union, NJ is great! Friendly, prompt and professional customer service. Four work stations, a theater style area with one big screen and four smaller screens for watching sports. A kids play area and another resting area with an additional TV.

Horrible location for any type of tire service. Will never return as a customer and I will make sure to pass the word that this business needs to close. Beware and stay away from any Mavis or STS TIRE SERVICE CENTERS. They are all affiliated. Even after calling corporate no one helps you. The managers are full of it just like there untrained staff. No one is ASE CERTIFIED. These are all beginners practicing on the public’s personal vehicles.

This has been the Mavis Ive ever visited. The crew did everything to get my car fixed in a short amount of time. The manager was very kind and helpful and communicated with me every step of the way!

Terrence was very hospitable, i had my car in anf out in no time. Very plesant attitude. I would recommend this Mavis to anyone. The cusyomer service is on pare and unlike other places did not try to upsell. I will be back.

Very competitive prices but price is meaningless without good service. Here, you get both. One of the managers, Anthony, was great in caring for my car that needed new brakes and shocks/struts. He was very customer friendly and explained process and pricing very clearly. Hes certainly earned my business.

I came to Mavis after my car got a flat on Friday afternoon. I called ahead and asked how I should proceed. I was told to schedule and appointment and so I came in. Unfortunately, my tire wasn’t in stock and they had to order one for me. I was told it would be here the following day at noon. I called shortly after noon and was then told that it had not come in yet and to call again in a few hours, which I did. The tire had come in but I would not be able to have it fixed until the “end of day” — which was 4 hours away. I was then told that I could come in the next day. I asked to make an appointment to ensure that I would be seen first as I have had to work this whole time and had to make transportation arrangements throughout the last two days. They told me an appointment was not necessary and that the store opens at 9. I arrived here a few minutes prior to opening and still had to wait an hour + for service — for ONE tire replacement. I feel like I have unnecessarily wasted so much of my time. I understand that if anything, this is an inconvenience, however, I’ve been through this situation before and have always had it handled in little time. It was too much of a back and forth and not enough definitive answers. If you don’t want your time played with, do yourself the favor and go somewhere else.

I went to Mavis Tires Rt 22 in Union for 2 tires. The sales representative said that I could apply for the Mavis credit card. I was approved for $1,400. The sales rep. then told me that I was in need of several other items which was not what I went there for, but could have been done later on. The sales rep. ended up charging $1,397. The entire new line of credit. I instructed him to put the 2 new tires on the front, ended placing them in the back. I waited for the work to be completed, but it took longer than he promised me. So I had to leave my car. I came back for them switch the tires from the back to the front two weeks later. Once again it took much longer it was promised to me. So I had to leave and come back hours later. The end result the tires that I purchased I’m pleased with them or the service I received from my 2 visits there. Never ever again.

Just had my tire plugged because I had a slow leak and the manager Sean got me in quick because he saw it needed to be looked at fast. The mechanics are fast and always work hard. If you want great service with the best prices come here. Don’t go to the dealership. They will rob you.

I had my car serviced at thislocation. 4 new tires as well as new breaks front and back. The lack of attention that the mechanics pay to their job is obsurb. I was on the highway and my passenger side rear break caliber detached itself from the rotor and started to cause my car to smoke. I had to have my car towed back to the establishment and was told I;d have to wait in line for others that came before me. That to me is out of the question. Could have lost my life, now I have to wait for you to fix a mistake that your mechnics caused? To add insult to injury, I had to wait 3 weeks to get reimbursed for the towing fees associated with having my car towed back to the location. While i was waiting for the car to get serviced, one of the mechanics who I cant remeber their name, told me that the car was fine. They parked the car out front, I did a final inspection and low and behold they didnt set the caliber back in the right place. I immediately made them take the car back and fix it the way it was suppose to. I can only hope that they do a better job on future breakjobs. They are risking peoples lives by not paying attention. I will not be bringing my car back to them.

I was here for a little over 3 hours just for a patch job which already wasn’t ideal. Then on top of having no communication after while they bring my car around and just don’t tell me for about half an hour till the point where I notice and just go up to someone that my car is ready and I just want to leave. Still paid for the whole thing despite I just had my time wasted and they didn’t even tell me what happened this whole time

I walked in and asked if they could assist and I was worried they wouldnt help. I was wrong as they did not hesitate. They said take a seat, relax and well take care of it. This place is full of CROOKS, and CON Men from the manager to tire installers. If you value your money do NOT go to this place. Mavis rarely has the tires you want in stock, this way they make you an alternative offer. Once your car is on the rack the scheme starts to build a big repair bill. The con men will damage /break parts on your car and tell you they can fix it no problem, no money on you no problem we give you a Mavis credit card. Then they try max out your card with misc fees, wheel balance,alignments. Its a crooked scheme worst than a slot machine. Then they tell you if you are unhappy with service call the corp office for more run around by Trump supporters. Dont believe me been there twice same result.
