This place is very clean and well organized. The staff and manager are very nice and helpful. They are now doing curbside pickup and helping in many way to keep you safe and meet your automotive needs. They are also a UPS drop-off area which is a big help to the community.

Had to bring my car to use their tools to remove my vehicles battery and get a charge. Doing so a crew member hands us the tools. Never experienced that before. Almost always someone comes to help or see what the problem is. Lazy much- didnt even care to help or come outside at all til he realized we were having a hard time. He then brings us the right tools (because those didnt fit) and leaves us again. While its pouring and unfortunately we dont know much about this car.Thankfully after that we dont see him again and we encounter great customer service from Garrett. Young guy. Very helpful. You can tell hes there to help and do his job correctly.

My battery was checked by a nice young lady and man. It was discovered that I needed a new battery. It was installed quickly. This store has a knowledgeable and friendly staff. I received great customer service here!

It was great. The customer service was excellent, and they had sales on so many different items.

They have nice employees for the most part. I give it only 2 stars because there is one older male employee that treated me like I was a dumb girl and didnt know anything about cars. I grew up helping my daddy work on cars. And small engines.

Dont bother asking Tim to send someone out to help you even if you have an infant in the car because they dont care, you will have to take ur baby inside and beg for someone to come out and help you... And dont ask Kyle any questions either he doesnt have time for that. These are the rudest people out of any Advance Auto Ive ever been in
