Called in advanced to inquire on a part, a woman answered hello? just to put me on hold... So I walked in to ask for the specific part. There was a girl her phone texting or something as I walked in. I wasnt going to bother, waited in the line area and then she called me next. Me being the only one there I went up to her. She handed me something else completely with out saying its not what I asked for. I only knew because I checked it. The girl said it works for your car just to up sell me. Had to be the most unprofessional experience I had. Luckily pepboys had my part next door.

Came in asked for help and was told Cant you see Im busy right now. When I came to pay she was talking on her personal phone with her air-pods. I didnt know if she was helping me or the other person on the phone. There isnt any courtesy in customer service? I just think that any customer should be treated with respect. Their customer service is horrible. At least the one I was dealing with. Its to bad Pep Boys stopped selling parts I would have preferred purchasing from them.

I dont even know how is possible this place have people working here and not knowing anything about cars. I purchased 2 coolants for a Honda Pilot, this cars use BLUE coolants, indeed you can use Red, but if you want you radiator to last you have to use the right one. The sale associate that grab the things I needed call the manager because it was for a commercial account, and neither or looked at the right coolant before giving it to the customer. This how you know how well trained are this individual. Wouldnt use them again, it just make this company look bad, but I guess the owners, and managers care less for their customers experiences and review.

Great staff (5+ Stars) super helpful, nice and knowledgeable.Store has most of the common use items, although if your looking for a specific blend of oil, you might want to check stock on line before visiting your store, if youre not particular, then have at it. I havent tried ordering on line and picking up at the store, but Im sure thats an option as well.

I came to service my battery. The guy who helped me was very pleasant and changed my battery for me. Even though it was a little out of my way I will always use this location for their courtesy and professionalism.

Quick, friendly service. I was there last week to have a headlight bulb replaced and they usually dont do this for you at these places but the associate who helped me came outside and replaced it for me! I was so thankful to him because I was worried Id have to watch YouTube videos and possibly mess it up no matter how simple...and it was night time so I needed to get that done, really, right then and there! Thank you Autozone, you helped me from being pulled over for my burned out headlight! Highly recommend this specific location.

The staff are VERY professional and friendly. I have a bunch of autozone locations near me but went to this one because my reverse lights were out and I was on my way home. I’d definitely take the trip out to here for future products because of the service. Marshall went above and beyond!

Asked if they had some air filters in stock, and proceeded to print out a product number and pointed to the aisle where the filter was located to look for it myself. Took me awhile to find the specific product with the code on the print.I then asked about any information regarding fixing a paint scratch and what items to buy for it. I was promptly told to just bring the car to an auto shop. I explained to the gentleman that I wanted to do the job myself, was willing to buy products that would help, and if he had any advice on how to fix the scratch. But I was told that [he] dont do no paint, and if I were to bring the color code for the paint that there was a book in the store that I can look up the color for myself. According to him, they also dont sell any products that fix paint scratches, which I find difficult to believe.During the checkout for my products, I explained to the gentleman that I was an AutoZone rewards member, but he disregarded my statement by saying I didnt buy enough for him to put my information in the system, and for him to do so, Id have to buy some candy or something.Overall, the entire experience was unpleasant, the staff was rude and unprofessional. There were only two workers, and the other person was talking to a friend the whole time I was in the store. It was not busy to warrant the lack of attention or courtesy. I was able to eventually find and buy my products for a reasonable price, though I did highly consider returning what I bought due to the bad experience. I was not helped nor given any expertise with my issues. As far as Im concerned I will not be coming back to this AutoZone.

Came in the other day for a headlight for my ‘11 Tahoe. Walked to the aisle, even before I grabbed the headlight book, the store manager (Can’t remember her name) asked if I needed assistance. She looked the light up in the system, came over to the aisle and pointed out said headlight and rang up my purchase. I explained to her I wasn’t to familiar with the installation, she offered to come outside and show me the process. In less than 10 minutes I had new HID headlights in my truck. Thanks again for everything and the store and staff is fabulous.

Certain staff don’t want to be bothered with helping look for parts. They are highly rude and uneducated when it comes to the world of auto parts/mechanics. Never had this kind of trouble at any other store.

The crew are generally very helpful and down to earth. A couple days ago I was there and a big guy on his cellphone would walk away when people and myself walked up to the cash register and had us waiting for awhile until someone noticed that we were waiting. Twice. Guess he just wants a paycheck.

Unfortunately the customer service is on the ground. If you want to pay for something you have to wait a long time which I can not understand. You best bet us advance auto or pep boys. Sadly I like autozone better, but what can we do.

Kind of rude and not very friendly here. The girl seemed like she had an attitude after I asked what they were doing with my key battery. I had never changed a key battery before, so naturally I had questions so that I would know to do this on my own. FYI I could of just gone to Walmart for a cheaper key, or Home Depot for that matter for better/ nicer service. SMDH

One of the sales girls came out to help me charge my AC on my CRV and she started to troubleshoot it and told me my compressor wasnt kicking in. She went back in the store and refunded my refrigerant that I just had purchased. Awesome customer service....would of gave her 10 stars if it was available.

Lousy customer service and management. They dont want to listen to customer concerns and are argumentative, especially the manager. Even though there are signs that state that no mechanic work is to be done on premises, the manager allows vagrants to harass people and solicit to do mechanic work. These people are not licensed or certified to this work, so why is this allowed? Must be the location, Irvington. The hood.

The service was excellent one of the workers was helping me find something and Im not sure if it was a boss or not but one of his co-workers was giving him a hard time for helping the customers, which I thought it was rude to reprimand someone in front of the customer, you do that in private in the back after customers are gone, that is very demeaning. (whether it was his job position or not, he was nice enough to help me)

Like similar stores, cashiers or sales people are very slow. You can tell they dont enjoy their job. Went today and guy is on the phone with someone who has a misfire in his engine. Long conversation. Changed spark plugs? Yes. Plug wires? Yes bla bla bla bla bla. Guy was taking so long I was about to take the phone and diagnose the fault myself. Not only did he take long, he then included the other cashier in on the convo. How many guys does it take to try and diagnose a misfire? Apparently 3!

Walked in and was immediately greeted by nice people, they took my alternator for test and within minutes they told me it was bad. I could hear it on their machine and knew it was bad myself. They ordered my new alternator and notified me when it came in. Nice people
