Just had one of the worst experiences of my life dealing with a professional parts store. I came into the establishment looking for help and as soon as I enter the build it already seemed as if no wanted to do their job. After finding what I need, I ask about the return policy bc what I just purchased had obviously been opened and tampered with, but was taped to make it seem as if it was new. So once I asked this, the manager said as long as I dont plug it up I can bring it back. The safety seal had already been removed upon further inspection, so I said I would like to return it. After trying to convince me to take it, I decided I dont want no part of this transaction anymore and decide to return everything. At this point the manager losses his temper for no reason and gets rude to say the least, acting like my money is good anymore and its my fault that his business is trying to sell shady parts. Will never return to this location again, and will gladly pay more money for the same parts just to save the trouble of dealing with them. If youre not one of their buddies then it would be best to find a better business to do business with.

Pleasent salesman who WAS a help. Good stock of stuff. Nose bleed prices. I wanted a good battery, got one, paid $150.00. THATS A LOT FOR A GOOD BATTERY. Im talking lead acid here, NOT SOLID GLASS or LI-ON, which are really the best by FAR of any battery. Anyway, a nice sales person. I was there and needed the battery and paid $50 more for it than I could have bought a comparable battery from WALMART. Really average place that WILL rip you off if you let them. NOTHING unusual. Most Autoparts stores not online, price about the same.
