Well they have to do some work for me to actually score them they kept my car for two weeks and aint do nothing so I cant really give them a rate because they aint do nothing had to take it to another dealership to get the work done
Terrible for me, I wanted an oil change for my jaguar and waited an 1hr30min. Just for them to come and tell me they ran out of oil for my car, I said you kidding right, rep said no..Im embarrassed to tell you that and handed me my keys. Im like, the dealership is out of oil...wow. So Im expecting some sort of apology or customer satisfaction gesture from the guy, and got nothing. I tried calling service manager twice, after missing his call once and he never responded after leaving a message. I was a Regional sales representative for Coca-Cola, never have I experienced such unprofessional behavior from this type of establishment before, but within a business of sales and customer service that we both share, I personally will never return and will voice my suggestions to other dealerships in the Atlanta area.
I had my 2019 Range Rover Velar towed to Jaguar South Atlanta (JSA) on 7/28/20 because it wouldn’t start. It appeared obvious to me that the battery was dead. The tow truck operator attempted to jump start it and also agreed. I called the service Dept to give them a heads up I was told they would call me when the vehicle arrived. After about 90 min since no one called I called them. They acknowledged the car was there.7/29 11:22amI received a text from service advisor acknowledging that the car was delivered yesterday and since I didnt have an appt it would go in their que and it might be a day or so before they could get to it.2:32pm I called to check status with the service manager and he echoed the service advisors previous statement.7/30 5:07pm Received text from Service advisor that giving me heads up that they have not looked at my vehicle and he would call me mid day on 7/31.7/31 5:26 pmStill no word from service advisor so I texted him and he said swamped and could not get to your vehicle looks like Monday.8/1 4:26pmReceived text from service advisor still could not get to you vehicle hopefully I will have more info on Monday.8/3No word from JSA all day I attempted to call General manager and left message ...no response.8/4Reported JSA lack of service to Land Rover Corporate.8/5I tried numerous times to reach JSAs General Manager and left several voice mails and verbal messages with several sales personnel. I asked Corporate if Towing would take my vehicle to another dealership and they had my vehicle towed to Hennessy Land Rover Buckhead. They tested the battery and replaced and kept me appraised of their actions.8/8/20As of this date I have NOT heard ANYTHING from JSAs General Manager nor anyone from their service department. They kept my vehicle from 7/28 until 8/5 for a dead battery which they had in stock. This is the WORST service or better yet lack thereof that I have ever experienced in my lifetime. Totally non professional and unfortunately a classic example of customer NO service. I could not recommend this dealership to anyone based on my experience.
