Everybody is short of help these days and over run with work. I had a great experience with service on my F250 Superduty diesel repair. James wrote the service and Ken Bailey handled the technical work. On time, as quoted and professional attitudes throughout . Its nice to see a business still getting the job done and meeting expectations.

I have been purchasing cars and trucks from Jerry Singer at this location for about 20 yrs, recently i wanted to upgrade to a F250.Wasnt interested in the new F250s, but the older models. Jerry was keeping an eye out for me, I got an email from Jerry yesterday that a great deal had just came into the dealership.Met with him today and the truck was better than what I was looking for. James Briggs!!!! This Service Advisor was so helpful and very considerate for my needs! I put my Ford Explorer in service for some factory recall service part replacement and Mr. Briggs took care of me. He put me in a loaner vehicle and two days later my Explorer was ready and back on the road without any issues. If you go to Auto Nation service department, ask for Mr. James Briggs ... Hes the BEST!!!
I have a Factory Ford, Lincoln AND an extended warranty on my vehicle and was still advised to go back to the dealership I first purchased my vehicle from to recieve service which is an hour away. Was also denied recall service because I havent yet experienced issues with the part that is recalled. Isnt that the reason for fixing recall parts? You fix it so that you wont ever have to experience the recalled problem.

Long story short, if you need warranty work, do not, I repeat, do not take your vehicle here!! Terrible customer service!! I am sending a letter to corporate!! On top of that, my car was not fixed!!!😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

I had to take my truck in for a recall. They were helpful and even arranged a car for me for the day. That being said, I had to go back because the repair wasnt complete and I didnt notice until I got home and my son couldnt open his door! If they had checked everything before sending me on my way it would have been a 5 star visit. Disappointed to have to take another morning to get the problem resolved. Everyone was so polite and professional at least.
Salesman couldnt find the keys to the vehicle 😒 right 🙄 so I left not to return
