I will not ever return to this place! I went in for a tune up. Like $160. They’re like it’s going to be like an hour and a half I’m like okay cool. This guy literally pulls my car in, and 12 mins later pulls it back out like it’s finished. I had NO idea you can run a tune up in 12 mins. I mean no idea! 👏🏽👏🏽 So of course my car is still not running correctly. NO GOOD! NO GOOD! Or at least keep your car away from the older gentlemen with the silver hair.
I was very disappointed with my experience attempting to get my check engine light diagnostic test done. I arrived at 9 am not thinking to ask how long it would take to get the test completed. After a two hour wait I asked about it and the receptionist told me it would be another hour before they even looked at my vehicle. I told her I shouldve asked how long the wait would be but I was in it then. Shortly after that conversation they did pull my vehicle into a bay. At 12:30 I asked again if they were anywhere near letting me know what the outcome was and the receptionist asked the owner I think her name was Donna telling her I really needed to leave by 1 pm. The owner got up from her desk walked into the bay area and next thing I know the receptionist is telling me they must be through with your vehicle she pulled it around front. When I went outside and asked about what they had discovered she told me they never did the diagnostic check just a pre-check they were still working on a vehicle that came in before mine. I said after 3 1/2 hours she then told me sarcastically Im not charging you. I guess I should feel blessed to have spent 3 1/2 hours trying to get a service done, not having it done and the owner of the shop not charging me for not getting it done. Good customer service wouldve been to inform me there was a vehicle ahead of mine that needed involved work and ask if I like to leave mine or come back another day for the test. Not a lot to ask
Came.im yesterday and waited 2 hours for service car was services in 30 minutes. Ac was slightly running cold but colder than it was. Now Im here been waiting since 1130 it is now 141pm and 7 cars have been serviced. First come first serve my butt. So you serviced my car in 30 mins but because Im coming back I gotta wait. Wont be coming back PERIOD.....well if that the case that information should be relayed to customer so either they can make.plans to drop off vehicle, find a ride, and or come back.
Great mechanics and the lady working the counter was extremely sweet. I had my cam sensors replaced and my F 150 is running like new..

Everyone was very nice and I did not have to wait long for a oil change as a walk in. The price was great.
Replaced my break pads without refinishing my rotors and did not properly place my pads on my car. Manager was very rude when I came back to ask why my brakes are squeaking loudly and requested I buy brand new rotors. This is a scam and they take advantage of people with little knowledge on cars.
Precision Tune is pretty good. Ive been going to them for a while now. I cant give them a five star do to Ive only had oil changes and emissions. They no longer do emissions but I continue to get my oil serviced from them
Took my moms car to get an oil change two days later the car is leaking oil from underneath. Never again

Pretty good and honest service. This was my go to place as far as maintenance on my vehicle. The guy named Eric, tall bald head guy, is very knowledgeable about things when asked. He never gave any lip or even the suspense that he was lying. Straight up answers and quick service. The wait room is kind of small and it can get packed quick due to COVID-19. I just hang outside in the extra chairs they have. 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

I’m kinda stuck in the middle on this one. But I will lean closer to 3 than 2 Because I have been going here for a couple years and had a few brief good encounters with the manager and staff. Also how fast they will have you in and out. But recently they caught me a little by surprise to a point where I may no longer be coming back unless something comes apart that I have warranty on from them.So Friday afternoon I dropped my car at the shop. Received a call a couple hours later saying mycar was ready. When my Uber dropped me off back to the shop. There was a new sign on the front door that read “cash only.” I was saying in my head well dang I just have a card hopefully they will allow me to drive up the street to the ATM machine and come back. I then asked the lady at the front desk can I get my keys to drive up to the atm machine. She then nonchalantly says no we can’t release your keys without a payment, and im like wow you have all my info in the system even my address if you think ima steal. I even offered all of my credit and debit cards for her to hold to let them know I can be trusted. After that the front desk lady still said no. I then said I don’t feel comfortable walking to an ATM machine withdrawing cash and walking back. Especially in this neighborhood. The walk was not long but it was not short either. She then got ugly with me and sarcastically says “the atm is just up the street I can walk up there myself.” Then that’s when the manager came out and she tells the manager with a sarcastic tone “he says he don’t feel safe walking to the atm ” I then ignored her and told him I can give him any collateral. Still said no. So I just stopped talking about it and preceded to walk up to the atm and come back, took about 15-20min but I was walking with my head on a swivel the whole time.This left a bad taste in my mouth because this was a business that I’ve spent 2,000$ plus within the past 2 years. Never caused problems with them. But treated me like i was a criminal that day. Good customer service will be to either offer me a ride or take my cards and photo I.d while i drive up there. Or simply say you know what we are truly sorry for the inconvenience. Rather than just saying cash only. That simple. The lady that was working the front. I could of got real ugly with her after those slick comments but I have a beautiful life, big goals, and bigger things to use my energy on. but I guarantee, if she keeps that attitude up she going to meet someone who have nothing to lose one day. If she hasn’t met that person already.
They are not equipped to do all auto repairs but, for what they do, they probably have the best prices and fastest service in the area.
David is very helpful. He got the job done and went over and beyond.

After having an awful experience at firestone down the street I came to precision. The manager here was so nice. She got my vehicle right in. She was patient while answering all of my questions and even walked me around my car showing me the repairs needed. The customer service was awesome and they even had customers laughing watching Martin while we waited in the lobby. I will never take my car any where else from here on out !!

They gave me three different versions of what was wrong with my car. Then it turns out. I was short on oil. Got into an argument with the service tech. Who had then nerve to call my car Raggedy. No professionals, no help with the inconveniences. Ill never recommend sending your wife. Because the techs are not very helpful. They just want to up your bill

Had two very good experiences here at the Union City location. 4 weeks ago I got an oil change. 2 weeks ago I went back for a tune up. They were professional, efficient, and timely. A nice surprise in Union City. The mechanics were older and knew what they were doing. I intend on going back for my wheel bearings.

Unfortunately my husband went to this location for an oil change. Weve taken my car here in the past. They said that they not only change the oil, but change the oil filter included in the price. Well, they finished his car so quickly it made him feel uneasy. So he looked under the hood. No new filter, and the oil looked low. Why? Why not just do your job, with integrity and professionalism? You get more bees with honey.
Fast and honest service. The only thing was he didn’t call me to let me know what was wrong and fixed it anyways, but he helped me get it right, I am definitely going to be coming back. I am thankful it wasn’t a huge problem especially in this time of need

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!Took my car in to find where antifreeze leak was coming from, paid $76 for a diagnostic was told I had a crack in my coolant reservoir, got home and took the reservoir off and tested it and it was fine, discovered the hose was not completely on the reservoir.Called Precision Tune and told them of misdiagnosis and asked for my money back, refund was denied.
They claimed oil plug with stripped and was missing a gasket I told them they the ones that change my oil last time and if it was done they did it and I didnt want to pay for it but threaten that I had to pay for it or theres going to take it out and that meant I may have run a chance of losing my oil top pay for it and told him Im not ever coming back and the gentleman who I talked to grab that hes the owner or the manager was just rude
This place broke the pan under car said it was my fault that I hit something Check engine light came on two days after oil change come to find out put the wrong oil in car do not recommend 🙃 this place to anyone please go somewhere else if you want to have your car the next day

Took my car here for a tune up and oil change. Now my car is leaking fluid. Talk to the manger about my the new issue the car was displaying he was dismissive and rude. Don’t waste your time going to this location. Every other precision auto I never had a problem with.

This was and almost always the best service since coming here since 5 years ago. Stopped here when visiting here from Ft. Stewart, Ga. in 2014. After having breakfast at IHOP with my grandson, nearby. I saw this place so I decided to get an oil change. The mechanic saw that my brakes was dangerously low. He showed me visually the condition of them. I really appreciated the warning because I had to travel 250 miles back home. He charged me only $160.00 for brakes and an oil change. I thought that was a great bargain. Good people, professional service.

This place will rip you off if you dont know better. Went to get a quote to have the alternator replaced on my 2000 Expedition and the price they told me was $577 and some change. That is RIDICULOUS... on an American car???!!!! Drove to a repair shop in Fairburn and got it done for less that half that price. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF.
Experience was very terrible I set a appointment for my ac repair and I just dropped my car off today . They told me it was going to be 1-2 hour to be fixed . I called a lyft home . 10 mins later I get a call and they tell me the ac repair is down . Like they are very unprofessional. Don’t have good customer service at all . I do not recommend coming here at all . The lady at the front desk is awful . Not only did I when I came today . I came last week and they told me that the ac man was sick, so that’s why I came back they are a waste of time and money .

Absolutely love this place. Ive been bringing my car here for years. The owners and David are great helps when it comes to solving issues. It is pretty quick to get an oil change and they give you a realistic time frame for the work to be completed. Parking may be a little slim and they can get pretty busy but the earlier you go the quicker it is.
Worst service EVER! They are currently also under investigation with BBB because theyre known for messing up peoples cars! I went there one time and got a premium oil change which also included them topping my fluids. A couple of weeks later, my car started to run hot because the mechanics did not add any coolant to my car at the time of service. They didnt top any of my fluids actually. I attempted speaking to them which was a horrible idea. The girl who works the register (Monique) was nasty and impatient and the manager (Tim) he has a very nasty, nonchalant attitude. Of course they didnt want to take ownership of their mistakes and instead of just adding the coolant to my car, told me I would have to pay a $75 diagnostic charge before they would do anything whether it was them who messed it up or not. They also declined to waive the $75 fee if it came back that it was an error on their behalf. I will NEVER take my car here again and I wouldnt recommend anyone to go there especially not women, they try to talk us women into spending money on any little thing. Wish I could give them a thumbs down instead of any number of stars.
Yesterday I went to purchase a used vehicle and I found this location Im from out of town I took advantage of prebuy auto inspection they offer. The mechanic SUPPOSEDLY checked everything and gave me an estimate on repairs of strut replacement and advised me I was getting a heck of a deal on this vehicle. I purchased the vehicle from dealer called my local mechanic back home ordered parts for repairs and dropped vehicle off when I got back. Woke up this morning with a call from mechanic saying struts were not bad but the motor mounts were bad and the repair price increased significantly!!! I called just few minutes ago talked to manger he immediately got on phone angry and told me that he cannot trust the mechanic I took it to he doesnt know their integrity and he became very ugly quickly. Im left with hefty repairs I just requested my inspection fee I paid to be returned. DO NOT USE THEM DRIVE 100 MILES OUT OF THE WAY!! Lady at front desk was amazing sorry she works for such a dishonest company.Following up. I called corporate they contacted the owner and Donna did contact me. She was SUPER FRIENDLY since Im from out of town she will accept documentation from my mechanic and discussed refunding prebuy inspection fee. I appreciate the follow up and integrity.
I went here to get a tune up on a car I recently bought cause they are like 5mins from my home my car was fine and once I left I noticed my car felt like it was misfiring which it wasn’t doin that before so two days later (because of work)I went back explained what was goin on and the guy after driving my car told me it was something else wrong with my car from prior work instead of checking his work I went to another place and found that my plug which was just put on was installed gapped ...even though I was able get get back the money I had to spend to correct the issue they cause it could have been avoided if he had just checked his work instead of laying blame somewhere else ...they lost what could have been a good customer

This has to be the worst Precision Tune on the planet. I got to this location 45 mins before their closing time and was refused service because the clerk said they are about to close. I said its 45 more minutes before you close she said i know but we are not taking anymore cars. There was only 1 car in the bay. No worries they dont have to worry about me coming back.

The front attendant has a nice personality but terrible customer service as far as being helpful. I sat here an hour with my f150 waiting to get an alignment to be told that my truck wouldnt fit the lift, mind you that there is currently an f150 on the lift. Am I blind or stupid....
Superb staff. Extremely professional and personalble. One of the mechanics was celebrating his birthday and we were offered a piece of his cake. There is chilled bottled water in the waiting area. So friendly and very attentive.

They did and ok job. I saw individuals not working having conversations which made my visit longer than necessary. So you cant count on in and out service. So if you need a quick oil change dont waste your time.
(Just happened- 01/06/2020) I needed a pre-purchase inspection for a Honda Odyssey I was considering buying from BMVW. It was suggested that I take it across the street to this Precision Tune. I called to check the availability and the lady who answered the phone quoted a price and said she had a tech to work on it right away. As soon as I hung up (still parked in the Van across the street) I could hear someone from that shop angrily cursing at the top of their lungs and as I pulled into the parking lot the tech was walking outside and in the street continuing to curse. I turned the Van around and parked it back on the Dealers lot and called CarAdvisor for an appointment the next day. GHETTO!!!!!!
Do not service your car here the manager Tim is a crook. I need an alternator and battery changed. I was charged 331.90 for alternator that on average cost about 160.00 thats right double the price. on top of that the labor was 100.00 its a shame that they allow this to be done to hard working people had my alternate not been so bad I would have definetly went elsewhere.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE!!! Brought my car here for an oil change and they forgot to replace the seal around the oil filter which caused my car to leak oil. My husband brought it back in and they fixed the problem but the dummies do not replaced the oil that leaked out of my car so once again we had to bring the car back up here for them to check out what’s going on. Fortunately I’m the type of person to double check things because if I hadn’t I would of been driving my car around with no oil getting ready to blow my engine.

This is the worst place to take your car and the manager will not own up to their errors. Do NOT go here...I repeat do not waste your money. It is time for Union City Chamber of Commerce to pull their license and residents to picket this establishment. Go to NTB or Pep Boys down the street.

Every time I take my truck in for an oil change, they always finds things that not related to the oil change that they say need to be repaired. One time I went in for an oil change and after having a oil change, the same day my engine light came on, so I took my truck back and they fixed the problem. They told me they were looking at my throttle body, they had no business messing with my throttle, and I was there for an oil change. I think they sabotage my vehicle so I have to bring it back and pay for repairs I didnt need from start.

Absolute worst place to take your car for major auto repair. I had to have my radiator of 15 years replaced by them. They charged me additional $40 to put coolant in and I had to drain the radiator due to another problem only to find out they only put water in it. One year and 1 month later I had to have that radiator replaced due to defects and of course when I called to inquire about it their response was sorry there is nothing we can do since it is past warranty. Well I didn’t be make the same mistake again and went to another shop that charged half of what they charged, extended their warranty for another year when got the radiator flushed, and did indeed put coolant in the radiator.
