My van broke down in the middle of the night right off this stores exit on our way home from vacation. We were 4 hours away from home, in an unknown place, and needed all the help we could get. In todays world, there are so many people who work with the public that are so hateful and hate their jobs and dont care at all. But not this place. The manager Derrick and his staff were beyond compassionate. They didnt just see us as a customer, but a fellow man, desperately in need. Derrick and his staff offered my family drinks, tools, and anything else they could to help us feel comfortable and get back on the road. Ill never forget Derrick and his staff for the amazing experience and service. Genuinely wonderful people who make this world a better place. THANK YOU!!! My family and I are forever grateful.

Absolutely the best ever. We broke down coming through from FL at 3 am. So we was stuck til they opened at 7:30am with 4 kids. Derrick was hands down the best. He left for lunch and asked if we wanted something. He kept a check on us. We finally got it running at 12 and it felt as if we was leaving our family. They was so busy but he stayed patient and understanding the whole time.

If I could give this place a ZERO stars I would. My husband’s car over heated on the highway today on his way home from a long day at work. He was stranded on the highway, he walked 3.5 miles from the highway to this inhumane and ungracious store to get a water pump and to call home to let our Nanny and me know what was going on (his phone died). Anti-freeze had exploded all over him and he was a mess when he walked into this store. He asked to use the phone just to call us and was told “no” “it’s not a public phone”.My husband is a Store Manager of a major retail tire brand and never ever would he have denied anyone, let alone a customer, the means to call their family especially if they were stranded.On Everything!!!! I hope this managers family is never in need…

Glad AAP has Die Hard Batteries. Was headed to a Sears that wasnt there...been closed. Im a Die Hard Fan. I get 5 years almost to the month on each 2010, 2015, 2020 All November/December. I really dont want any other battery for my primary vehicle or any vehicle I like and plan on keeping.Ordered online in front of the store, used a promo code, got 10© off plus core exchange. It processed in minutes. They pulled the order, I swapped it out........easy! Thats my AAP location.

Everytime I order parts online yall never have them in the store and when i request a refund i never recieve my money. Yall owe me over $150 and i want to know where my money is. No emails stating when my money was sent out at this point its been months and still no refund on my items. This has happened with two different locations union city and fairburn.

Horrible. They refused to install my $215 battery they sold me because they were going to have to remove a bracket and my truck was too tall. It took me 11 minutes to replace it using their tools. Worse customer service ever!

Just visited this location because my car was making a loud humming noise. When I walked in, a women helped me. (Dark skin, average height, braids) The reason I am giving this place one star is because of the horrible customer service. I didnt know the name of the part I needed but I knew where it was at under my hood. She acted like she didnt really care to assist me. Then after showing her the noise she kind of just said okay and walked away. When I met her back in the store she was busy laughing and playing around with co workers. I guess she assumed because I was young and didnt know the name of the part that I wasnt going to spend money. Either that or she was intimated by a pretty girl. However I ended up going to Auto Zone to get the parts. Nevertheless, I will not be spending my money at this location. The mangers need to properly train their workers to ensure customer service. I never even leave reviews but after my experience today I felt I needed to warn anyone else.

I had never had a problem here till recently and Ive been going here for years. I placed an order online that I never fulfilled because a friend of mine ended up buying some brakes for me out of his pocket. Next time I look at my account I see that its been debited from my account and I reached out to Advance Auto Parts multiple times without getting any contact back or without receiving a refund. Im not sure if it has anything to do with the new employees at are at that location however I know not to do that ever again.

The experience was absolutely amazing

The level of customer service makes AdvanceAuto look bad. The manager makes you Feel almost like she didn’t want to be bothered. I bought a battery in 2016 from them with a 3 year warranty. So I went to get it replace. They check it first and tell me there isn’t anything wrong with the battery. So, I go to dealer and they tell me that the battery don’t have enough cold cranks to start the vehicle. Please stay away from store!!👎

I like the advanced auto parts by my house but needed to stop here on my way home one day. Worst employees that had no clue what they were doing. Items were mislabeled and prices were not reflecting what was in the sales flyer. Anyway walked out and just went to the Newnan location on Temple Ave.

Went in to see if they could tell me why my check engine light was on...i was next in line so he said as soon as the next worker come back I will help you with that. ..so I let the next person behind me go and when the next worker csme back he just brush me to the side as if i was invisible forgetting that I was next and carried on with the persons and person after that...horrible customer service but that wasnt the first unsatisfied customer service I had with them Im really done now no more trys with them!!!

Just left advance Auto Service on Jonesboro Rd. Left my battery to my truck their for over an hour, poor guy couldnt find the battery tester to test my to see if I needed to purchase a new oneThey lost my business and the also lost a profit.

Horrible. Employees worried about themselves and small effort went into satisfying customers. I went in for 3 things looking to spend about $300. They had none of what I was looking for and their prices were non-comparable. Pep boys and oreilley had a great selection at a great price.

Had to change my own headlight but other than that they are great and awesome and nice!!

Always fast and friendly service when I come here. I wont go to another one unless I have to.
