Wanted to grab something to last me through the weekend because I had some 120 mil ordered already the store manager Eli realized I wasnt trying to spend a whole lot since I had some coming in the mail soon so he went in the back and pulled out a basket of juice bottles and proceeds to hand me a 120 mil bottle of my absolute favorite juice humble hopscotch. I will definitely come back in the near future as customer service is very important to me and people if youre having trouble with that at your local vape shop this is the place to come hands down very positive vibe and nothing but +marks for this place and the store manager. This is the best and most knowledgeable group of people I’ve experienced since I started vaping. This short, little guy behind the counter is the ultimate joker... I walk in with a female friend who asks for a single coil, and he’s immediately asking her if she’d like %10 off a 5 pack of coils—she’s doesn’t want or need. Further past that, he try’s to hustle her for a bottle of juice. Come on, man. $50.00 for a single bottle of sub-ohm juice??!? As a “reputable” business, I expect more. Please do better.

So I am using this account for a new review because I want to make sure the owner sees this. My name is Christopher Thompson if you scroll through you will see my other review that I revised but anyways long story short. I have had alot of issues over the past 2 years with this company and at one point I found myself only shopping periodically cause it was convenient only. But I called today and Eli answered not only did he take the time to hear my frustration just over the past couple months he assured me they are working to get the product in stock. He took down my name and number. Honestly I never thought I would here from him. But shockingly 2 hours later he calls me to tell me he had found 1 lonely guy who got misplaced. Now I want to add he mentioned he is looking for same product I am. And instead of hiding it and keeping it he called me to let me know and is holding it till I can get there. Amazing guy here he deserves a major pat on back/raise he did what no one had done in this company before and definatley bruaght back a customer. Thank you Eli!!!! Bad business with these guys. They will slick talk you into buying all kinds of stuff that you wont need. The manager insisted I buy a two bay charger priced around $30 so I could charge the batteries. Yeah you got me considering the mod box has a charger in itself, hell it even came with a charger cord. Tried to return this $30 overpriced battery charger the following morning and was mocked out the door.

Disregard last review. They do open at 8am. Nice guy that opened too.

I have been to many vape stores south of Tulsa due to me living in that area. NONE of them compare to Vapor USA on Memorial. I drive 20 min just to go to this store. The employees are very friendly, very knowledgeable and the prices are way better than the others I have been to. They dont try to sell you something you dont need just to get a sale. They put together my mod and gave me informative info on how to use it and clean it....and I didnt ask them to! AND......THEY PRACTICE THEIR SECOND AMMENDMENT!! ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!🇺🇲🇺🇲AMERICA!🇺🇲🇺🇲

The reason Im posting this now is I had a defective bottle explode on me in the parking lot-- HOWEVER, I walked back in covered in my moneyshot just hoping Id get a replacement but not sure. They were so apologetic and helpful. Chase even cleaned my piece for me and we chatted it up and had some laughs. Chase and Eli are especially awesome, but Ive never had a bad experience here (well, one, but they mitigated it immediately as I said, made it a funny story). I reiterate-- these guys will take care of you, period.

The staff here is amazing. The environment is relaxing and it’s nice to go in and be remembered by the staff.
