I never saw it but my daughter-in-law said she loved it.

I needed a birthday gift for my mother-in-law, so I thought of this. I went in to place the order. I searched on line for some ideas and decided on the fruit/cheesecake arrangement. It came with 2 apple slices, 2 bananas, and 2 strawberries. They were covered in chocolate, some were sprinkled with nuts. It also came with 3 single cheesecakes. We chose original cheesecake because we were unsure of what she liked.The arrangement looks good. I hope it is. I was hoping it said Happy Birthday, but it didnt. Be careful with the container. It does not close well.After speaking to my mother-in-law, she said the bananas were funky. She said they tasted old. Kind of disappointing. She threw them away.

Hello everyone!My experience was in Salt Lake City, Utah.I ordered a birthday arrangement for my daughter which she loved.The treats were very creative, cute and delicious.the balloon was a pretty accent to it. I ordered a piickup order as a thank you gift. The strawberries leaves were wilted and one strawberry had no leaves at all.. The cookies were very small and one looked like they had pieced it together. One cheesecake item ? ?? looked liked it had been pinched off. I was in a hurry and did not notice this at first. I had to find another gift to give. 35.00 for a sorry product.

I placed an order for my coworker for her birthday. And I am appalled by how it turned out! I can not believe you let this leave your facilities! The bananas were brown and completely mush with runny juices all over everything! The apples were brown and mushy as well. She’s afraid to eat anything else from the box because of it and I don’t blame her! For this to have been made “fresh” it sure as heck is not fresh!!! I’m am completely appalled and extremely disappointed with my order! Then on top of it all I have sent emails about this disappointment and have yet to hear back! I will never use you guys again and I would never reccomend this company! I will be more than happy to share pictures on the apples and bananas.

My daughter & husband ordered a balloon arrangement with edibles items for my birthday. The balloon arrangement was great! However, it didnt arrive on time, the cookies taste old & very dry. The small cheese cakes icing was falling off, the chocolate fruit items were bitter & taste weird. I was very disappointed considering the price they paid & me recommending you to them. Threw the majority away.

They did a great job. My sister was so happy. I also bought some chocolate covered strawberries to eat and they was so yummy

Way over-priced. Ordered large birthday arrangement and it couldnt have been more than two melons, half a pineapple, some grapes and strawberries, with a chocolate sucker and balloon. $15 worth of fruit. Probably worth about $60 and paid over $120.

It was more than what we expected it to look like. It was soooooo CUTE! Our granddaughter loved it! She jumped right in and started eating it ! Before we took pictures!!It was just what our granddaughter needed to perk her up after surgery.

She loved the items in the box. But instead of in the box little disk saying congratulations they said happy birthday. LOL

Curbside delivery was great and, as always, the arrangement looked like the one on the website. Edible Arrangements is the place to go when you want something special to brighten someones day.

I had my dad pick up his plaid for dad fruit and they said everyone in this store was so sweet and kind. the order was ready when they got there and my dad very much enjoyed his fruit he has called me 3x already just bragging and loving it... thank u for making my dad smile...

My daughter just received her arrangement “send some love daisy” and it is beautiful. This is first time I have used edible arrangements and I was a little nervous but went without a hitch so I will order again.

Came in early for a short notice gift for my friends moms birthday present. The lady suggested the small flower bouquet ($28) which was within my budget and she said it was made this morning, so I happily bought it and they were able to hold onto it until I get off work.All was good until I get home and we opened it. There was some mold on the grapes and the honeydew tasted a bit stale. A bit disappointing

The only reason i gave it a 4 star is because its a little pricey. BUT i ordered from you guys for Feb 13,2018 and i was not disappointed. chocolate covered strawberries were just as expected. big and actually DIPPED in chocolate. i also ordered from Sherries Berries and i was very disappointed. but that is what i get for not supporting my local gourmet fruit place. keep up the good work.

I am currently out of town working in Panama City, FL. I’ve been out of town working due to Hurricane Michael. Since I’ve been out of town, I wanted to make sure everything was perfect for Valentine’s Day for my significant other. I placed an order two weeks in advice with a note attached to my order asking to have it delivered between 11-1pm at her work. On Valentines Day, there was a delay on the delivery or a mix up with the note so my order was not delivered on time. I was very frustrated, called and complained due to it being ridiculous that my order was not delivered to my girlfriends work at the right time. I spoke with Sheena and she was very calm and helpful. I was not at ease, made it very difficult for her, and complained due to my frustration. She changed the address to our home so my order would get to her. A couple hours had passed and I called again due to the holdup on my order. Madison, the manager was quick to make sure it was made right. She was not aware of the problem and wasn’t sure why it had not been delivered so she personally wrapped the chocolate covered strawberry bouquet, added extra balloons with the bear and sent it out right away. Shortly after I hung up with Madison, a delivery arrived at home but the odd thing was it didn’t have extra balloons. I called back to let them know it had arrived but there wasnt the extra balloons as promised in which was not that big of a deal. While I was on the phone my girlfriend called me and said nevermind it was fixed. Little did I know there was a second order that had arrived and she was beyond thrilled. Although it did not make it to my girlfriends work on time due to the mix up on a holiday, she ended up with the 2 orders. She got 80 chocolate covered strawberries, 2 bears and balloons. Madison was very helpful, went out of her way and made sure to make things right. Luckily for my girlfriend, the first order arrived shortly before the new order. It was over the top and throughout the whole stressful experience on a holiday, they made sure it was made right. My girlfriend had a great Valentine’s Day although I was unable to be there with her. I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely awful business practices. Do not order from this store (especially on a holiday) unless you like paying 100+ dollars out of pocket only to have your order never delivered. If you try calling the store to fix this sort of issue, you will often get a busy signal or be on hold for several minutes. The only pro I have is that they were very nice about refunding my order. But I do not recommend this store.

I dont like this company I ordered a package for mothers day early because I knew she wasnt going to be at work for the next 3 days. So I ordered on the 30th of April and had scheduled for delivery today now since the package never made it up here my mothers day gift and weekend is all missed up thanks to you guys

Ordered here for my anniversary. I went into full detail how I forgot about my anniversary, etc. THEY then sent my husband a BIRTHDAY themed arrangement with a birthday balloon. I called to inform them how royally they messed up. They even went to say they would send out an apology arrangement (which NEVER happened). Boy did they also drop the ball on that one! They never followed through at all - which is amAzing. It was NOT a pleasant experience which is a big disappointment unfortunately. I wanted them to be awesome! 👎

I usually come in and get the chocolate strawberries in the cup for 5 bucks, but I needed an arrangement for a work meeting, so I stopped in and Candace had the perfect one made and ready to go in the fridge up front. Life saver.

It is Valentines day. It is past 5 PM, no delivery on my order yet despite their promise. No phone call to explain why. Local stores number has been busy for at least 2 hours. Attempts to find another phone number on your site lead to frustration due to BUY MORE STUFF popups showing up on every page.Guess I get to explain to my wife why there is nothing here. Even if they do attempt to deliver today, she is no longer at work.

Need more help for Saturdays especially when theres a big promotion so all fruit can be prepped or in the process of being prepped instead of not having the option at all available since its not prepped

I ordered a cute little birthday bouquet for my mother in law to be delivered to her. She sent me the picture showing what she got and luckily she was happy with it but it was not what I ordered. Whats frustrating is I even called ahead of time after ordering online and asked if they had to substitute anything out or if it is going look just like the picture and they said Nope, its gonna look just like the picture!. The vase is a different color (was supposed to be teal but she got ugly pink), she didnt get her Happy Birthday foil balloon and they packed it full of kale for filler when clearly on the advertised picture there was more fruit than kale so its frustrating that I spent so much money on something that was supposed to be really beautiful but turned out mediocre and not only that, I was lied to about how it was to be presented! I wish I could post the pictures I have to show the differences. It sucks since I live in Oregon I couldnt of picked it up myself & checked for accuracy. Instead I had to get this delivered to her in Oklahoma and I cant even trust whats advertised online or even what I was told by the local retailer. The only reason Im giving 2 stars is because my mother in law said the fruit tastes great & she loves the chocolate on the kiwis.

We placed an order for National Boss Day on MONDAY 10/14/13 via the website and received the order confirmation. It was supposed to be delivered today (10/16/13) and it has never shown up. We called the store at 12:40, 2pm, 4pm & 4:45pm. At 12:40 we were told it was going on the truck for delivery. At 2pm we were told it would be on the truck for delivery and they would send him to us first. At 4 we were told that they had JUST made our arrangement 15 mins before and the driver was less than 5 mins from us. We let them know that this was unacceptable and that we still wanted the arrangement, but at this point the person was leaving and we wanted a refund. The lady we spoke to said OK. At 445pm we called and were told they canceled the order, and would not be delivering it after being explicitly told WE WANTED THE ARRANGEMENT. We were then told that on holidays they make no guarantee of delivery that day. And because our order did not reflect a need by time it was not their fault. The website does not OFFER that selection when placing the order and it should be common sense to know that you need to deliver to a business before 4pm.This is the most unacceptable, terrible customer service I have witnessed to date. Being lied to multiple times and then having an attitude when they could not do their job. I was looking forward to our first edible arrangement and now I can say that we will never be ordering from here again. This place is a joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!

I received a call yesterday (4/12/2013) that they had an arrangement to deliver to me, but couldnt because they were unable to locate my home and the delivery drivers cell phone had gone dead, so it would be today (4/13/13) that it would be delivered. I gave them very specific directions ( I admit, I do live kind of out in the country--industrial area that can be a little difficult to find).....The arrangement was delivered this afternoon and I am extremely pleased. The fruit is large, fresh and delicious.Mine is a mixture of orange sections and rounds, pineapple cut like flowers, strawberries, grapes on a stick, 2 different kinds of melons, on sticks. The strawberries are huge. The melon balls are a good size, everything is just great about it.I have read about this store before and seen bad reviews, but I see these are all over a year old, so I dont know if it is under new management or if they got their kinks worked out or what, but I am totally satisfied with my gift.The only reason I gave it very good instead of excellent on the service is because, in my opinion, an order than cant be delivered one day should be one of the first ones delivered the next day, however, I understand they probably have routes to take and being in far NorthEast Tulsa, I can understand, they could probably deliver 10 in town in the time it took them to come out here to deliver one....but I appreciate the phone call from EA to get directions to my house.

Wonderful experience! They were out of the flavor of popcorn that I had ordered but I was impressed that the sweet lady called me the day before and let me know. She even gave me a suggestion on which one she would choose.

Delivery was absolutely perfect! Everything was delicious ans the birthday boy was very happy!
