I really enjoyed shopping for books and gifts here. They have probably every genre here...even the ones you probably havent thought about! The gift sections had me getting things I just had to have as well.

I was there looking for books on stamp collecting and they only had 1. Not one title, one book. But while looking for that, I found several other books on subjects I needed to study. Theyve got a lot of good stuff, just not what I was looking for today.

I love books and theres a lot of them here. Great selection of new and bargain. Youll probably find whatever youre looking for

Amazing place to get books! With lots of other nik-nacks for people who arent as interested in reading! Wide variety of novels, manga, childrens books and toys! The Workers are nice and very helpful if you are looking for specifics! Overall I recommend!

Would you be interested in being completely ignored after you go up to the register to buy the books you picked out? This is the store for you! After selecting my books I went to the line...as I walked up...the person standing at the register left. Then came running back to answer the phone...which he missed the call. Then still said nothing to me..and walked back over to the cafe. I can understand if you do not work at the register...at least tell someone Im standing there. So I set my books on the counter and left. I will not be back...nor will I speak favorably of the store. If 0 stars was possible..that would be my score.

Super friendly staff! They were reorganizing while i was here so hard to find what I was looking for, but thats where their great staff came in!

Great place to find a wide variety of books.

Closes at nine, was let in and then kicked out. Others where being let in, so not to sure what the deal is. Looked for signage as to why I was told they had closed with nothing posted. Otherwise booksamillion normally has a good selection of inventory.

Books a Million is my favorite book store in Tulsa. I hate that their coffee shop closed but I guess it wasn’t making enough money. Still a great store to browse with a good selection of Star Wars and other sci fi series. Lots of fun fandom stuff too.

I should really enjoy the selection of books but I also enjoy some of the other things that they have there like the games and the different sections that really just speak to individual people. I ended up getting a book while I was there even though I really wasnt thinking about doing it but when I got to looking through the different sections I realized that oh yeah this is something that would be good for me. I will definitely go back I enjoy the place and just in the atmosphere.

Fantastic staff that helped me get what I needed, even if some of the stuff I was looking for was pretty obscure. The membership program is definitely a must if you’re someone who shops here more than twice a year

I love books. But trying to shop the kids area is chaotic. Why is half of the kids book store area toys, causing the books to be squished together, making it impossible to find anything? We left without finding anything to buy. Also no hand sanitizer or precautions other than masks.

We will not go back to the store at tulsa hills. We had a terrible experience today. The store at tulsa hills in tulsa Oklahoma is not requiring it’s own associates to wear a mask. Let me clarify, to wear a mask over the mouth or nose. The associate that was checking us out today, and was also walking all around the store before then, was simply wearing it on his chin...like a chin diaper. We spent a lot of time at the counter because he was trying to correctly price something for us and never attempted to put his mask up. He even had two supervisors come over to help him and no one said anything to him about his mask. It was making us very nervous so I told them we had to go and he was making us very nervous with his mask down. The supervisor only then asked him to put it up. He begrudgingly did so without any apologies from anyone on the negligence and clear disregard for public Heath and local mandates.We prefer to shop in actual stores and support the community but If BAM will not do their part to make sure we can safely shop in their store we will go back to Amazon.

Regular book store with games and some hobby items

I went to find a specific series for my youngest. I always find so much I did not know I needed. Very clean, staff nice.

TBH it would have to be a pretty bad bookstore to give it less than five stars, I love bookstores lol! One of the few big bookstores left in Tulsa. The magazine section is huge. Its also in a great location with a ton of good shopping.

Lots to choose from. Bought a few things while there. Prices are a bit higher, but its not Amazon.

Was not sure where to find what I was looking for, staff was very helpful and I was able to make my purchases quite swiftly!

They carried the perfect size Bible for the one I lost. Very nice interior and very well laid out. The reason for only a 4-star is their location, but thats totally subjective on my part.

I could spend a whole day in this store. I have also shop online frequently at BAM.

Clean quiet and enjoyable

The store has a lot of fun products and books. They have a coffee shop area which is a very nice place to sit and relax while looking over some books. It is not a Starbucks which gives the store a more homely feel. The employees are relaxed and care about helping you.

Customer service is dishonest. I was assured that my BAM membership was not going to renew when i called months ago. but today i was charged again. had to have my bank stop pay every and all transactions from BAM from every happening to prevent them from charging me again.

I love books, and Books-A-Million has a lot of them. This store has a clear layout with signs for each section. Bathrooms are pristine and easily accessible. It has a small café inside with outside seating available. Only complaint is price of the books.

This is a very nice book store. They have a lot of cool trinkets to buy as gifts as well as some small toys for the kids. The prices, just as any book store, is on the high side. When price shopping via Amazon the same books are available at almost half price brand new. As long as you have the patience to wait I would definitely make sure you check all your sources. It was still a good place to find what types of books or which books I can order from other places for cheaper though.Dont forget to check other sources for books you want/price shop for the best deal..

Love the variety of magazines! Lots of toys, books, and gag gifts. Wish they had more of a sitting area. All I could find was one bench to sit on and it was much needed after carrying my baby throughout the store. Wish it was a more cozy place like Barnes & Nobel.

Great selection - books for every kind of reader, toys and knick knacks... good customer service. Prices can be high but millionaires club offers daily discounts and coupons - frequent readers can save some signing up.

I have only visited twice so far, but I enjoyed both of my visits. Nice little bookstore with other entertainment mediums that are unique. Nice selection of books and I like the way the shelves are organized. Very good selection of magazines. Could use a bigger selection of comics. Pretty good selection of toys as well. I didnt use the coffee shop inside but there is one, and there is also a nice little area where you can relax in some comfy looking chairs. A bit pricey, however as far as specialty entertainment stores go the prices seem fairly typical. All in all an enjoyable store, wish I had one closer to my location!

I prefer booksamillion over barnes and noble any day. Always has had my favorite manga in stock and plenty of new to try. This one is a little far but well worth it.

Great place just to wander around in. Avoid all the memberships and magazine subscriptions they always try to push on you.

I know we are all wearing masks now and we might be a bit depressed about it, but does that give a salesperson the right to be unfriendly and grumpy? I say NO it does not! If anything, now is the time to be very nice to the people who risk going into your store! So the dude who checked me out didnt say hi or thank you--just hid behind the plexiglass and his mask while sporting his backwards hat and acted like ringing up my one little book was a bother (obviously forgetting it was his JOB). Wow. And while the other two female employees visited with each other behind the same counter as Mr. Personality, all I could think about was that they should be cleaning the DUST on the bookshelves that was so thick I had drawn smiley faces in it with my finger while thinking, Ewww, Covid germs! (I had hand sanitizer.) If I wasnt such a bookworm and the library wasnt all jacked-up at the moment, I would never go back!!

Normally I love this store, it’s one of my favorite places to shop for gifts. The prices are average, the sales are good but the selection of unique products is unbeatable. However today one of the employees was being “ too helpful “ he was basically following my husband and I around the store pestering us. He interjected on our shopping multiple times to ask us what specifically we were shopping for even though we’d already said we were just browsing. Then when he also checked us out and was being overly pushy/salesy about their rewards card. We had to tell him 3 times that we were not interested. Seriously I walked around the store in a deliberate manor just to avoid him

Despite popular opinion, print isnt dead and Books-A-Million strives to prove it. The store was decently stocked, clean, and the staff was helpful and patient. While I wasnt exactly a fan of some of the immediate displays, others gave me a chuckle for how seeming well-timed the pop culture references were being addressed.

Lovely atmosphere and polite people that work here! Bought my husband a birthday gift, and was told about the awesome reward program! Well definitely be shopping there more often!

I like barnes and noble better

Honestly we went there for a specific book, but Id rather go to Gardners Used books or Barnes and Noble. The woman at the register wasnt very much help and she was very brash about how she went about her customer service.

Very friendly, good selection. Will probably be doing Christmas shopping there.

There is something for everyone here. I am glad bookstores still exist! Lots of very unique gifts and cards as well. The staff is helpful and not intrusive. Well organized store.

I love this place so so much. My daughter loves all the toys and loves books. I love many of the books there but there are lacking in complete series on many books i read, but otherwise great.

As I stepped into the bookstore, I could still feel the heat from the parking lot behind me. It was on fire. The parking lot was on fire.Anyway, I set my right foot inside this mysterious building, hoping to get away from the scorching pavement and the stench of burning metal, and was filled with a sensation akin to wonder.I then moved my left foot to follow my right, allowing the double doors to swing shut behind me. I was fully inside the Books-A-Million.I searched for hours, flipping through their large assortment of stories. Each book was unique in its own way, and I felt my heart swell with joy! I couldnt stop thinking about how lucky I was to find a safe haven such as this one.It almost made me forget the scorching flames outside.However, as I was reading their copy of ”Elbow Grease” (the childrens book by renowned wrestler John Cena), I realized what had to be done. What JOHN CENA would want me to do.I needed to put an end to the unrealistically large bonfire that continued to consume the parking lot.I quickly ordered a copy of ”Hot Pterodactyl Boyfriend” (by Alan Cymyn) and waited patiently for3-5 business days.After that, I flung it into the hot (cause its on fire) mess that is the outside world.I watched in horror as my freshly bought story about a love that transcends the outward appearance of a pterodactyl was burned to a crisp.I then decided to call the fire department.Books-A-Million: We cant help you put out a raging fire in your parking lot, but we can sell you some really neat books.

This bookstore has plenty to offer everybody. Aside from the genre of book youre trying to find there are tons of novelty gifts, toys, and accessories. Overall its a great place to visit settle down and read a book or do some quiet shopping.
