I just had the best customer service by the owner. She went out of her way to custom order something, it turned out perfect. She kept me up to speed and was such a kind person. Then when I went to pick up, I had my hands full with kids and such. She Helped me with the kids while I shopped, then helped me carry it to my car. The owner and her staff are so knowledgeable about decorating/styling, and Always willing to help. I will definitely be going back.

Its not want I thought it was going to be. I pictured a more home made decor items. Very expressive stuff shipped in nothing locally made.

Beware: NO REFUND policy. Once they have your money, nothing can be done. Even if you never carried the merchandise out of the store. Once they’ve run your card, it’s theirs. That policy can be found in the fine print mess at the bottom of your receipt.So, the store owner would rather stand her ground on that aspect of her policy and lose a client than create a customer for the long term that would come back and spend much more money
