He gave me what I needed and for a really reasonable price, and I like that hes always willing to help anyone. Staff was nice and helpful. Only reason I came here was because Starship was closed and I was looking for a small hookah to use today, bought it here knowing it was overpriced. Came home with it, opened it up, very cheap — pieces that are usually metal were plastic; glue in obvious places and a small plastic metal-look-a-like piece dangling on the pipe. Not only that, it had a chip in the glass, water leaking out of it. You can get a better quality hookah at a better price at Starship.

25/10 I love this shop and will not shop anywhere else.

Owner is a con man, marks my word

I purchased a hookah here a week ago. I *thought* I was receiving a good deal, was very happy with the purchase. Until I tried to clean it for the first time. Everywhere I researched (and I did my research) they say clean with hot water and lemon juice. Well as I went to pour the hot water, the base cracked. It shouldn’t have cracked, there was no temperature shock and no chip on the base. Seemed like a simple manufacturing error that the vendors could get a refund for. I came in to explain what happened and see if they could work something out for a replacement or refund. The man I spoke to was very disrespectful, kept interrupting me saying I broke it, telling me to listen to him and let him talk. I told him I would listen if he spoke to me with respect and he stormed away into his office and refused to conduct a professional conversation. Before he stormed away he did offer a 25% discount on a new hookah, but I already paid $85 for this one just 8 days earlier. I would not recommend anyone go here for any reason other than one you’d regret.

$20 for a small bowl is either overpricing for specifics or you guys need to get it together. Sorry to say I won’t be coming back anytime soon. Used to be a great store, now I have to pay 4x the price for something a dispensary has for $5. This seems rather new of higher prices but this is out right ridiculous.

These people use shady tactics to make it seem like youre getting a good deal. They arent very honest about their return policy or their prices. Save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere.

Dont buy anything from this store. You will be purchasing FAKE products at 400% mark up. I made a huge mistake purchasing the PAX 3 from them, when I got home found out it didnt even work, called PAX to see what the situation was, and they said it was a serial number that didnt exist, told them about the store Shisha and PAX said they are NOT authorized dealers. When I went to get money back for my COMPLETELY INOPERABLE FAKE unit, the manager Abdul, refused to refund it. I wonder if they know it is FEDERALLY ILLEGAL to sell counterfeit goods in the USA.

I stop by the shop to pick up somethings and while there. I the guy that was there was rude af. Also he was not helpful. Every question I asked he said no to and did not offer in assistance. I just stood by his office door as if I was an inconvenience to him or I interrupted what he had going on. I wont be returning....

I honestly checked out this shop because it was only a mile away from my new place. With in the first 30 seconds of entering the shop I realized how far off my expectations were compared to what was delivered. This shop truly has it all ranging from top notch customer service, hospitality, family like environment and by far the largest glass selection by brand, price and size. If any current businesses or future businesses want to be more than just another shop then you truly need to take a look at Shisha Smoke and Gift because I promise you it will only take you a couple of minutes to see why there is so much distance between Shisha Smoke and Gift and everyone else. Thank you guys and a Special Thanks to Abdul for not only treating me like family and greeting me by name no matter how busy he was at that time.

The place is nice not to thrilled with the help. Not the most knowledgeable in their Kratom inventory. Prices are a little high as Well. This place has a huge I mean really huge selection of everything you need from scales to torches, glassware to novelty gifts, clothing and hats, and everything in between. And if you’re googling to find out what that is, don’t waste your time, it’s a cheap POS they only sell off alibaba, with no information on the nicotine content. If I actually lived in Tulsa I would return this in a heart beat.So gross I threw it out the window while driving. If I get a vaping related Illness I’ll know it’s because of this bull.
