First time in and it was absolutely fabulous. Very clean and displays were easy to read. Very exhilarating. Friendly staff and really good customer service. I couldnt stop smiling... Then there was more... And affordable. Recommend this place to anyone who likes to shop for your everyday needs and home. Thanks for making my day memorable and enjoyable.

They could be better. Its not as convenient as you might think. The prices are almost the same as a lot of other places. The quality of the organic avocado and organic mushrooms and bananas were highly disappointing. I will never suggest them, the are a real SCAM! They are premature outside and they get waisted inside.. A real NIGHTMARE.The prices of the gas station are good.

The adult toy store! I love this place and the rotating stock and specials. Plus, they stand behind everything they sell. If you dont like something, for whatever reason and no matter what it is, bring it back and get a no questions asked refund. How could you not get behind that? Love this store.

Costco has always been our top priority. We live in NWA, and there is no Costco. SoWe drive here in this location often for Costco shopping. The store is just usualAnother Costco, with everything nicely organized and stocked. The staff work here are super helping. The sanitization and the COVID protection is good. However, a lot of customers are without masks though, but I understand CDC announcement made people happy. So can’t complain. We visited on Saturday afternoon, so it was very busy hours and the place was packed.

Great selection and prices. Only reason they lose a star, is for the awful website. It wont tell me if items are in store purchase or online only. It would be nice to know if an item is in store so I can just go buy it and not have to spend more for shipping.

On more than one occasion, as exemplified by a lack of help and a dogmatic attitude, Costco employees at the Tulsa store have a genuine resentment towards corporates policy allowing non-members to purchase using a Costco Shop Card. As it is not an isolated incident in my case, and not limited to one or two employees, I have to believe it originates with the head manager. The latest incident was to tell me I had no warranty on a car battery because I was not a member and I shouldnt have even been able to buy it. Obviously a question I asked when I purchased it. I also made notes at that time on the invoice that included who I asked that day. All of this was on the invoice that I presented to them for warranty replacement. I have to wonder if they believe their belligerence is motivation for anybody to join Costco? Isnt the policy for the purpose of acquiring members, additional revenue, or both? I have shopped in many Costcos over the last 25 years, when it was convenient, as far as distance, for me to be a member. I have never experienced this type of attitude in ANY other store. Corporate should be made aware of this, but, in the future, it will no longer affect me as there are other options available.

Ordered roller trays and salads for a funeral, and couldnt be more pleased with the quality and value of the products. Also, very impressed with helpfulness and professionalism from employees! Thanks Costco, for making a difficult time easier!

I shop here all the time. I mostly get gas, and shop for groceries once in a while. Very clean, people are friendly, and safe place to shop for groceries.

Clean store, well stocked. Parking during the week wasnt bad.

I love that their food tasting stations are back. Because Im a very picky eater and its great to try before I waste my money! Also the self check out seems to move it along smoother and theyre actually open! Great!!

Costco is always fun to go to but be prepared to spend aomeoney because you will never leave empty handed. Their chicken drumsticks and amazing! Especially if you can get them precooked. They are super cheap, healthy, and convenient. I just put 3 in a zipper bag and freeze them for later. When you are ready to eat, just thrown them in the air fryer at 350 degrees for 14 mins and you have about 40+ grams of healthy protein!

Top notch in every way. Wide parking spots, food court faves are back and so are samples. And great quality in all their products. Plus best gas stations!

Amazing store. Good variety of items and a steal of the price. My go to store for meat/dairy/ home goods. Quickly fell in love would recommend.

This is the place to go if you want to buy things you didnt know you didnt need. Just talk to Sydney and shell hook you up with a membership so you can continue buying more stuff you dont need. On the lighter side is is good stuff.

Store is always clean & employees are friendly.We love the meat department and stock up to freeze - they have excellent sirloins & filets, pork chops, ground beef etc.We have our favorite Kirkland stock up items as well - mixed nuts, chocolate chip granola bars, paper towels, trash bags, batteries etc.The Kirkland cauliflower crust deluxe frozen pizza is amazing and a new favorite.

I love Costco but I will NEVER order a big appliance item again from them that requires warehouse delivery and installation. The third party delivery and installation people did their job but Costco royally messed up the coordination of times. Get it together Costco and learn how to schedule correctly. A dishwasher installation should be AFTER the delivery. Now I have to wait an additional 2 days ( after the initial 2 week wait) to have my dishwasher installed.

Very frustrated and disappointed that arrived today at 6:05 PM, and while I understand that it was late to do my shopping, I asked the people in the exit that it was opened to allow to use the public restroom, I explained that I lived 2 hours away, and I would appreciate to let me use the restroom before, the answer from both the people at the exit was repeatedly “sorry, we are closed”. I tried to be empathetic with them wanting to closed and go home. But they didn’t showed any kind of empathy of care with a Members. It is shameful the way I was treated.

Lots to pick from and definitely worth the membership. Surprised with the Gluten Free options not available at Sams. Good selection of meats and specialties.

I want to compliment the bakery. We ordered a cake for our son and his fiancé’s graduation party. They went to 2 different schools so there were multiple colors needed. I placed my order on the order sheet and did not speak to a person. Gave the specifics of how I would like the cake decorated. When we picked up the cake it was even better than I pictured in my mind. They did a fantastic job and got it exactly right! I would highly recommend ordering your next special occasion cake from the Tulsa Costco bakery. They did an excellent job!!

The prices are a little bit higher than I would like to see. The selections are definitely limited when it comes to certain things. As an example they only have one type of creamer. The types of grated cheese are limited, etc.

Went in Costco in Tulsa for the first time. Very similar to Sams Club but seems a little nicer. All of the employees were very friendly. Lots of organic foods available. I will be back.

Costco has great products, a spacious & clean facility and helpful friendly employees! They have been one of the few places I went to in person during the pandemic because they insist that members wear masks. Thanks for keeping me safe and sane Costco!

Definitely the place you want to stock up at. Be prepared for it to be busy if you go on the weekend. Try business hours. They keep enough registers open regardless.

Great store, selection and very many options including self-checkout which I love! I would give the store five stars if they had a checkout wand or a keypad to type in any problem codes. That was the only downside to the whole entire shopping trip. It was difficult checking out a couple of items and there were some heavy big items like a big box of diapers that we didnt want to have to get in and out of the cart. Customer service people were great but it took extra time. Other than that it seems to be a great store!

Great place for picking up bulk items. Also have a wonderful price on lamb chops.Good place to pick up frozen fruit for smoothies. Very clean store and always well organized. Currently I miss the snack foods booths. Great place for gas, usually the cheapest price in town. Well worth the cost of the membership.

I LOVE Costco. The variety and selection is fantastic, the executive membership gets you annual cash back, the gas is always 20¢ cheaper than anywhere else, and the staff is kind and helpful. Highly recommend a Costco membership; if only they would build another one towards midtown or BA!

Let me start out by saying the person working the front door is extremely rude and not understanding at all. I have twin boys that are special needs that refuse to keep on a mask or dont wear them long at all. As we were coming into the store to get a membership to Costco which is $60. He approached us very rudely and demanded that we put masks on them immediately we were trying to explain to him the situation which he became very aggressive and rude towards us.2nd there is nothing at Costco that is worth $60 membership at all. The layout of the store is very unorganized and is way too crowded inside. If you have a membership to Sams club dont waste your time and money going to Costco. They were only two registers open this was Sunday.3rd If you looking for any help from any associate good luck finding one. They are highly unorganised in there and not customer friendly at all.To sum everything up We decided to not go and get a membership with them and save your money to go somewhere else. I highly recommend to just take your business to Walmart or to Sams club.

Every Costco I’ve ever been in has been 5 stars, from employees to service to products to cleanliness. Costco is the best!

I put one star because there is no way to select zero stars. The employees at our local Costco are rude, arrogant and live in their own little culture. Customers must guess at the Costco product shelf locations, if the employees have to answer you then they will either yell at you because they are busy chatting with another costco employee, or pushing empty carts around. If you dont follow the checkout process exactly as the employees expect then they will yell at you until you obey. The customers in line behind you will begin huffing and puffing because you may have wasted 30 seconds of their lives. My wife talked me into switching from Sams club to costco. I used to look forward to going to Sams, but I dread going to Costco. The savings are not worth the loss of self respect.

Was a long time member at Sam’s but made the switch to Costco and never looked back. Worth every penny

The first Costco in Tulsa and it is chock full with a great selection of wines and all the goodies sold at Costcos. Only thing I saw missing at this Costco was large bowls of fresh cut fruit.

Breezed by the door attendant with a 2 millisecond flash of my costco card, tried on some sunglasses, snagged some $5 meat deal, made sure to get the lowest priced package to maximize savings from a percentage perspective, checked out a gun safe, and looked at some sweatpant shorts. Great time.

Flow of traffic in this area is some of the worst I have seen. Lack of easy access keeps me away from this location.

This Costco offers great prices and an easy shopping experience! I have been impressed with the selection and diversity of options available here over other similar model stores. The parking lot is large and easy to navigate. The stop light attached to the main entrance makes the heavy traffic on memorial much easier to manage when its time to leave. Definitely a good way to save some money

Just got a good gun safe for under $500. Fits my need perfectly. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Store spacious, clean well lit and stocked. I think it will.be worth the membership fee. Staff helped to load it into my truck as well.

Clean, neat, always great products. If you are not familiar with their in house Kirklands brand, it usually comparable or better than any name brand you can find.Once you join be prepared to show your card everytime you enter UNLESS you are going to the Pharmacy...but if you get in telling them you are going to the Pharmacy and try to by other stuff, they will ask for your membership card to check out.I like Costco better than Sams as a whole. One family member thinks Sams Wholesale Club has better rotisserie chicken, but I think thats debatable.Items can be seasonal, so if you find something you like, I suggest you snag it, because if you dont, it can be gone when you return.Important thing to newbies...Costco only takes VISA, cash or gift card. No Mastercard, American Express, Discover, etc.This Costco also has a gas station on the East side. Good deal on gas but same as above they only take Visa.

Costco in Tulsa gets an A+, even more so during Covid. This store has been consistent, predictable and stocked with many quality organic choices. Rating big-box retail stores can be tricky due to many variables. However, this store stands out from others over the past decade. Thanks Costco.

Great deals, but the money i save on gas is worth the membership price by itself. Also the pharmacy is their hidden gem! Its about 1/3 the price of CVS or Walgreens.

We go here all the time. The staff are always kind and helpful. We generally find everything we need and more.

Costco was great as usual. Traffic in the store is not near as bad as on the weekend. Always clean and with pleasant personnel.

One thing I cherish the most is the attention to the little kids, from the time you walk in to leaving they always acknowledge .

Absolutely terrible. The managers there do not know the meaning of customer service. I came there for 1 thing. Lets just say I run a business and usually use Sams club but they were out of what I needed. I Absolutely had to have the items it was a emergency situation, but after the way my experience went today I will not be using them every again. I will drive to Sams in Owasso or something other than this place. So bad, so so bad. You all need to either change some policies or hire some new management there that can be nice to another human being, and learn how to talk to them like a normal person. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you own or operate a business go to Sams club over this place at all costs.

Spent money but got good good items and filled my grocery cart to the max. A friend takes me and appreciate the service they provide at the checkout stands
