I tried calling to have them see if they had some items before making a trip there with gas prices and my disability.The guy was very RUDE and kept saying, i am sure we have it. Then a lady came on saying there is no one to look. And then a manager came on said she is off the clock and the other manager is in back. Then said i can wait an hour or more on the line for first available associate.Very rude. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Kept saying i apologize, when she doesnt. Then hung up on me.

Today they were very well stocked and clean. Huge improvement over the one closer to my house. Well worth the drive

I dont know who delivered my groceries but it was on Sunday October 3 between 8-9. It was late but I didnt mind. I left a note on my front door asking her to push the basket into my kitchen. I left the door unlocked. I was very sick from a cold, made worse with the rain. I took cold medicine all day and was very sleepy. I had a fever I went in the kitchen and she had put all the freezer and fridge items in one plus. Made my life much better. Thank you so much Miss Ketchum

Its a standard Walmart Neighborhood Market. They have everything that all of the rest do. The important aspects to understand about this specific location is, first, the location. Traffic on this part of Harvard is heavy on most of the hours the store is open. Secondly, dont go if you insist on having a cashier helping you. All registers are self-service. If that doesnt bother you, pay close attention to whether the register accepts cash if youre not paying with card. Otherwise, its pretty much the same as all other Neighborhood Markets out there.

We used to shop there weekly, but when they went to all self-service we switched to Reasors. I dont mind checking out a few things myself, but checking a full cart of groceries is a nightmare! Im not on their payroll, and resent the loss of jobs resulting from the change.

So I shop here most of the time and love the place but sadly the manager isnt there most of the time and whats even sad is they they dont price match even online through the same website and store.

Cheap but limited access to quality specialty foods. Deli is wanting. Whoever designed and decided the traffic flow at this location must have skipped a lot of school. Next to impossible access if you follow the signs.

I always pick up my groceries here curbside and everyone is just so great.

Everyone is usually pretty nice and friendly, produce is ok, not a very big selection of meat and what they do have is very small and quantity usually sold out of most everything by the afternoon.

Love this neighborhood walmart. Come here all the time because it feels more comfortable than the others.

Today I was VERY disappointed. Not up to the excellence I am use to at my pharmacy.They charged my meds to a card on file with out asking me even though I was standing there with a card in my hand. They were unable to take it off the card on file.Always before they have asked if I wanted to use the card on file. They DID NOT this time. And I drove all the way from SOUTH Bixby to pick up these scripts.Now its on the wrong bank account and nothing could be done about it.I asked them to delete the card on file.It was on there because my husband had surgery and I could not leave him so I had 2 scripts mailed to me.They should ALWAYS ask rather than ASSUMING.The gentleman was very nice as always but the lady with the ponytail (Ive never seen her before) was not very friendly and never asked, just pushed it thru.☹️

My online order came out perfectly. I was really pleased for my first time how quick and easy they made that. I do wish they had more spots for the pickup

Havent been in awhile. Not having been inside a grocery store because of pandemic. Able to get everything I needed with no problems. The all self checkout with no one nearby was unsettling, especially the selfie camera on the display. Not seeing any humans caused me to feel guilty on the way out. I had to remind myself that was irrational.

WalMart grocery shopping in a convenient location. Hard to beat for general groceries

Not much variety of products, but at least enough for grosery shopping. Ofc they have very competitive prices and fresh products. I was lookong for a small saucepan, but there is not even an aisle for those type of products

Ive been shopping here for years and have never had any issues or problems. The store is always clean and well organized any employees are usually pretty friendly. Kudos to pharmacy staff for getting my medications ready on time.

I can’t say that every Wal-Mart I’ve been to has great service, but this location is very helpful when shopping. The store is always very clean as well.

This is my favorite place to shop. Ive lived in the area for almost 5 years, they know me by name and I know them to. The best part is that they will all go out of there way to help you and going above the grade. Thanks your all my heroes!!

I havent been to this store for over a year so I decided give it a try. They have done away with the checkers! The self check registers are jammed together in a fairly small area. If you try to by alcoholic beverages you must wait for a staff member to approve it, which can take some time. I felt sorry for the poor staff member running from register to register trying to help people with problems. Price isnt everything. I wont be back again.

Would not recommend working here as a stocker.When I got hired, Dylan made me feel like it was a place for me. No judgement, no talking behind my back, and work at my own pace. Starting a new job as a stocker, I was happy because he told me I wont just be a stocker but Ill learn to stock, work the risers, printing labels, reading lables, pulling other pallets in other departments, down stacking, and learning the aisles area as I go.Not even one day on the job floor. Still learning how to stock, Im already told that Im a slow worker. How am I slow while Im still learning about the store and getting to know where everything belongs.Seeing how Barb, Brian, Dylan and Cory treats the teenagers. I dont understand how teens can get away with a lot of stuff. They let them walk around the store, talking to one another like they have no job to do. While grown adults are working the hardest to put everything on the shelf.Favoritism plays a huge roll here. You got Barb, Brian, Dylan and Cory only wanting 5 people to learn the whole nine yards of stocking (what I mentioned above when i got hired) I didnt get to learn any of those at all. I just got told to put the cart at the end of the aisle and pick up another pallet.When you dont finished the pallets at the end of the day, the stockers hold accountable for it. Literally get the blame for not stocking all the pallets and not getting to work the overstock pallets. I dont understand how were getting the blame for it, while they only want 5 people to work the risers.One major issue is, Barb says shes making a lot of over time by working the risers due to over stock each day. I mean its only one or two pallet of over stock. How she making over time if she working each pallet a day. Unless she just doesnt do the work and fixing her own clock in and clock out to make over time...Management here is poor. It doesnt not even deserve a one start at all but thats Google ...

I dont really like to bag my own groceries but its a modern convenience for 20/20 thank you

Horrible! What happened to this store? No sugar free anything anywhere in the store, fresh or prepackaged. The cashier set up is absolutely degrading and feels like Dollar General. If I wanted Dollar General, Id go to Dollar General. The store is clean and neat, but hated this new look and lack of items, I couldnt get out of there fast enough.

The staff here is always helpful, prompt and courteous. I use both pickup and in-store carry-out for my groceries and sundries. I like the size of this story and the ease of shopping for my monthly needs. The pickup staff is very efficient and friendly. Thank you for making me feel like your only customer!

Shop here 2-3 times a week. Great employees and a great yellow tag selection if you are shopping on a budget. Early-mid morning is the time to go if you arent a fan of crowds.

Associate at customer service desk was very helpful and got my Walmart to Walmart transfer in a timely manner.

I have shopped this store since it opened. Store has changed. First change was after they started selling wine and strong beer. They reduced the selection to make room for these items.Covid resulted in more curbside pickup. The number of employees filling orders has increased where the aisles are crowded with large carts and employees. Also adding to store congestion is numerous employees stocking. The newest change is in checkout-all self checkout configuration-social distancing is difficult. I prefer self checkout, but will not be exposing myself to this health hazard. Most of my shopping is just a few items that are needed at that time. Can’t wait for an available pickup and usually less than $20.Hate to be leaving my neighborhood store.

Horrible customer service. I was trying to call to purchase a case of their fruit items and I got hung up on not once but twice. I know they do not need my business, but at least just say no I cant help you and then hang up.

This location is not the closest one to me but I use it weekly. Pickup service is unrivaled -- fast and friendly. I havent been inside in a long time but it is a clean, well-organized store with kind and helpful employees. Walmarts COVID policies really make you feel safe.

I love this particular Walmart because it is close to my home, and the staff are friendly with a family oriented approach. I like the fact that this store usually has everything I need to satisfy my grocery needs each month. I definitely give this store the 5 stars it deserves, afterall it is my favorite store in this part of town to shop at.

The store is always clean and the employers always friendly and helpful. My only comaint is they no longer sell the Ole high fiber wraps and have been out of chicken wings fur a while.

Could not find what I needed. Also, this store is completely self-checkout. I refuse to use self-checkout as it reduces jobs. Also, the one time I tried it I paid for the same item 4 times. You give me at least a 25% discount and I might reconsider my stance.

Convienient lil shop

Rarely have i visited this certain Market but each time has been a nice trip there. Seems pretty busy each time but being right in with strip mall parking as well... Its has been quick in and quick out.

Would not recommend working here as a stocker.1. Poor managementYou have Barb, Dylan, Chip, Brian, Cory, and Stephen walking the store with negative attitude. These leader will tell you that your working slow. They are not nice to the stockers and constantly complain. I dont understand why they are called leaders while eventually everything will be done at the end of the shift. A lot of people left cus of how they been treated. Management wont do anything about it but agree with the team leader2. StockingThey expect the stockers to stock every box with in 1 minute. So you have to pick up a box and finished it within ONE MINUTE!! Now they have moved it as of TWO BOXES PER MINUTE. If you dont, they have group meeting or take you to the back, constantly reminding you of how slow your working.Only people who dont rush you and make you feel appreciated are Ernie, Julius and Jeremy. Especially Ernie, hes the best out of all the leaders. I love this work vibe he brings everytime I work with him.

This Walmart is clean, well stocked, and has nice people working there.

I may be sentimental but, This is not the neighborhood feel Im used to. The pickup service is great. The amount of worker traffic in isles is not. I have met excellent workers who are quite attentive. But miss the personal touch of cashiers. Ive seen people leave their arm full or full carts and say Im not doing this!. And walk out. This Walmart sits in an unusual block. One stop light in any direction takes it to a different level of income. Lower middle to high middle to extreme income hard working class. 5 schools amd 7 medical facilities. Several pharmacies, quik trips and restaurants. They can shop anywhere and chose their neighborhood Walmart. We are disappointed witj most of the changes. It is now a cookie cut store.

They are remodeling the store, its starting to look better. I hope they get new products or something different.

Their hours say they open at 7 but yet no one unlocks the door for the huge group of people standing outside until 7:05. Some people have places to be like work and dont have time to wait on them to open the door when they feel like it. Walmart needs to change their hours back to opening earlier (6 AM) or 24 hours. They might not lose their early morning business to Reasors if they did.

Used pick up and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Wonderful associates. Clean and polite

The fact that this location has gone 100% self checkout with no cahiers is upsetting. I dont mind self checkout with just a few items but when doing weekly shopping these tiny areas in self checkout just dont cut it. Also when u ask for help with a self checkout register the staff treats you like an idiot. Unacceptable all around.

This the most horrifically mismanaged store Ive ever visited. Dont even entertain the thought of being a delivery driver for this store. Its always 15-20 minutes before someone can help me... WITH AN EXPRESS ORDER!!! Literally makes me late for other orders. This store is an absolute joke compared to every other store in the market. Their online order team needs some serious help and/or management be fired.

The night crew are so awesome. They always have a lot of freight to stock but they still take the time to ask I need assistance & they help with anything I might need. The 3 that stand put most are the night managers. Or I assume they are managers. The 2 older ladies and the young man who has very colorful hair that changes color fairly often. Hes polite helpful and patient as are the 2 ladies. Super walmart should take some training from your crew. There are 5 times as many employees & none of them will help even when asked. I love my neighborhood walmart. the employees there and their excellent customer service skills & product knowledge are the primary reason I no longer bother shopping at Reasors or Aldis anymoreI can be found sometime after 6pm at least 5 nights a week roaming the Isles to see what sales they have or what meat or produce has been reduced that day. Thank you for all your service. You truly are essential workers.

This one is kinda tucked away. Its set back from the main street but still convenient to get to.

Its A Different Kind Of Walmart... Every Check Out Is Do It Yourself...I Just Have Trouble Finding Things Because The Store Is Different ... Just Got To Go With The Times...

One of the smaller Markets. Hard to get into the tight and small parking lot. Excellent layout to get door dings on your car. I live the same distance from this store as I do from the 21st & Yale store, which is larger and better parking. Its almost like dropping this store into a too small space was an after thought compared to other stores in the system that have very well planned layouts.

In my opinion, the best WalMart Market in Tulsa. Super friendly employees. And very helpful.

This is a very nice, clean, easy to navigate Walmart. All the late night stores in this area changing hours and closing early, its nice to have a place thats clean, safe and well priced open late for those oops, I forgot the... or late night snack craving moments we all have. Although its not a full sized Walmart, its well stocked and the employees are kind.

Wonderful staff, very helpful! They try their very hardest to throw the truck as fast as possible to get off the isle but other customers have lost all respect for them.Please remember everyone in this store works super hard & they do a Fantastic Job!Ive NEVER EVER had a horrible person help or speak to me rudely in all the years this store has been open!My Favorite Store By Far!Keep up the hard work everyone, it doesnt go unnoticed by any means!

Used to be my favorite grocery store until they changed the check out area. I will find somewhere else to shop for groceries

They have rearranged the front of the store so that there are no real human cashiers, it is 100% self-checkout. I personally do not like to be forced to use a self-checkout and self-bag in without receiving a discount for me doing all the work. They have also raised the milk prices to $4.50 a gallon, that is no longer competitive with other stores.

Took 3 times to check out. I was using a OTC card and healthy benefits card.

The produce i selected was best ice seen in a while anywhere.

I never have a problem till yesterday. My fiance was checking out in the self check out double scanned something. Asked them to remove it. After it was removed worker stood there and watched us check out them had the nerve to say that it didnt look like we had $124 worth of stuff as if I didnt scan everything. I didnt like the feeling it gave and the other customers didnt either.

Ok, just going to rip off the band-aid. This store has a good selection of groceries and helpful staff. However, much of the staff give the appearance of what is seen in police mug shots, and the parking lot is full of thugs who would run you over in the crosswalk as easy as look at you. Not a location for the faint of heart and could be much improved.

Easy to find what you need

Its close to my house & the employees are the best. The customer service and attention given by the closing shift employees is exceptional for any business but especially for a Wal-Mart. Ive shopped numerous times at other locations even super walmarts and the customer service, especially at closing shift was sorely lacking. This neighborhood market has excellent management and staff on the closing shift that excel in customer support, availability and customer service so much that I avoid shopping during earlier shifts simply because there are more employees but they arent as available, friendly, or knowledgeable as the closing shift. Even on the nights when the store is riddled with freight all over the Isles and the place resembles a maze with everyone scrambling to put it all away, they still stop and acknowledge customers, ask if I need anything, and offer quick efficient responses when asked. They are better informed on products, locations, and overall inventory knowledge than other shifts by far. Ive yet to ask where something is located during the earlier shifts, & not have to wait for the employee to find another employee or several other employees before any of them knows the answer & many times Im simply told we dont know or Im not sure and theres no effort to find an answer or the item I need. Theyve got a great night crew. Vigilant, informed and very helpful even when business is really busy their customer service is top notch. The most impressive thing about this location during the closing shift is the fact that management can always be found on the floor in the front backing the cashiers, attending self service, stocking products whatever. Never hiding in the back or the office. Always readily available to customers and staff. And always friendly even when the exhaustion from a busy day is apparent on their faces or in their walk. This is the main place I shop & the only time of day I go now. Great job guys. I appreciate you all.
