This Sears is going out of business there are sales on everything. All of clothes ad shoes are 40% off. Appliances are 20% off. Gym equipment 40% off. Tools 20% off. And batteries for vehicles are 20% off.

Nice staff. The store needs to get more selections. Its got that were about to close down vibe. Im hoping its here to stay. We cant loose another great chain store. Theres nothing like going in store to try on clothes to ensure what youre taking home actually fits.Wish there were also a few more registers open on a regular basis. To help you get out quicker than it is now. The rewards bucks program is always a treat and brings you back to shop some more.

Chris and Jesse took excellent care of my car by testing my battery to be sure that was the problem. It was and needed to be replaced. One cashier on the clothing floor. Walked into mens room and was greeted with water heading towards the door from an overflowing toilet. The two star rating represents one for the cashier who was doing the work of three people. The other star is to represent the After-Christmas items I lucked into.

Ordered a part at the Sears store with the help of sales person who was extremely helpful. I paid for it to be expedite shipping which of course never got. I called Sears, had to wait 28 min for customer representative only to speak to someone who was physically in India. Sears refused to adjust the shipping cost. And I am still waiting for my part.

We avoid this place if possible. The checkout process is incredibly slooooow. We just wanted to buy one pair of shorts and we were the only people in line and it still took ten minutes. And if they are actually busy then I hope you arent on your lunch hour because youll spend the whole thing in line!My kids dont find the fashions current and we only go there if we absolutely cannot find it anywhere else and then we figure well give Sears a shot. We always regret it.

Heard they were going to close down this store and wanted to use my gift card before that happened. Shelfs were half empty, no one to help answer any questions, yet everything seemed to be overpriced as if they were raising prices right before having a sale. The cashier seemed sad that he was going to have to get a new job.

Called this Sears, because my local line closed (big surprise), looking to get an old Craftsman ratchet rebuilt, only to get put on hold long enough that their phone system redialed the department, just to get put on hold again. I was on the phone for 30 minutes and talked to the person in the tool department maybe two minutes, but she couldnt be bothered to help me out because my phone inquiry doesnt help with her commissioned sales. this experience it is tepitome of why Sears is imploding. Im just glad that they no longer own the Craftsman brand and that it will live on after Sears closes for good.

I shopped online & chose to pick up my items in store. I had a total of three separate orders. There was a mix up with one order, the web site said my items were in stock. I got notifications that two orders were ready for pick up When I got to the store one order wasnt available, even though the system said it was in the store. I never received an email telling me that they couldnt locate it. At first they told me to wait for a ready for pick up email & come back, but I live 127 miles from the store. The sales associate & the manager were both very helpful & they took care of it right away.

The last one still open in Tulsa. Having shopped for many years at Sears stores for yard and garden tools and tools generally, clothingoccasionally, and a fairly wide variety of household items, Im saddened a bit to see the decline of this institution. But, it seems that the rise to prominence of online shopping and big box stores like Costco and Sams Club is making dinosaurs of the traditional department store. So, as much as Ive enjoyed shopping there over the years, I think I may have to recognize that, like the venerable Sears & Roebuck catalog, the good ol Sears store is becoming a thing of the past. I guess Ill just conjure up Bob Hopes theme song and say, Thanks for the memories.

So sad. Sears is closing in Tulsa after being here for 100 years. They say the closest one is now Joplin. What are all these folks suppose to do with those Sears cards? A real shame. I didnt know different stores were owned by different people?? Wish ours had done a better job. I always used their Auto center.

I bought a Skechers shoes that were 2 different pair size and they didnt want to return it then they told me to sell it on Amazon. They have really terrible customer service, and they made wait for the manger over 30 minutes until I had to go downstairs to the manger because she couldnt come upstairs.

Sucks. Spent an hour clothes shopping with my son, garments had a clearly posted clearance price tag on it and the check out woman tried to tell me i needed to be a member of some sort of something..i said not for clearance items. she tried to refute it so i left and told her to forget it..went downstairs and spoke to another checker who said clearance price is clearance price, no membership is needed and to bring the items to her..nice of her but, was already disappointed and wasnt going back upstairs..wont go back to sears..

There are every few employees working and very little inventory on the shelf. It does look like they are on their way out if business. The cashier didnt really engage me as she was on the phone for a while and trying to help the cashier next to her deny a Craftsman tool replacement to the customer next to me. She did tell me that since I was not a member of their shop your way I would not be able to return the items I was purchasing if anything ever went wrong with it, even though the package cleared stated on it to return to any Sears store for replacement. I am glad other retailers are starting to carry Craftsman tools as I will likely not be returning to Sears to buy them anymore.

Bad employees and managers. I bought some tools a week old and damaged it. Remember it say craftsman tool lifetime warranty. Took it back to exchange with the same person check me out at the cashier. He denied changing my tool and send me to the manager. I told the manager that I bought this tools from this place and check out at the same cashier . And before purchasing, I even asked how is craftsman tools work with its lifetime warranty. I shop this place alot. But if they want to make things so difficult. I take my business to HARBOR FRIGHT. There lifetime warranty are way better. You say damage, they give you a brand new set. Plus, they always give away free tools.

John I believe he is the manager would not do a couple extra steps for me so and when I said I was OK with waiting a day he then lied to me and said it would be three days just because he didnt want to do any extra work I highly recommend that no one go to this place sure their stuff is cheap but youre paying for what you get cheap service

Terrible shopping experience. They had the fitting rooms locked. Who wants to buy if you cant try on the clothes. Couldnt try on certain shoes due the anti theft devices on shoe laces which salespeople would not take off unless you purchased. Salespeople had crappy attitudes. No wonder Sears is going bankrupt. Wont come back again.

Went to Sears to get parts for my weedwhacker. Mine lost the cover for the string and no one had the parts EXCEPT Sears! While we were there we bought some Jeans plus they are having some sort of daily deals you can get texts to your cellphone for percentages off in certain areas of the store as well as overall store discounts. Like the one yesterday was 33% off storewide. There was also a coupon for 25%off total for internet shopping.While at Sears they had their mens work boots up to 50% off. My hubby would be needing new ones before long so we went ahead and bought them Thursday evening. The boots were originally $129.99 steel-toed Wolverine, anti-slip crepe soled boots. When I paid for his boots I paid $76.81 and part of that was for $3.00 for extra long shoe laces. Sears is a great place to shop.

Its too bad I cant give a LOWER rating than ONE STAR. Id give more if I had received accurate and honest information, which I did not.I ordered a refrigerator that should have been delivered the first week of December. I received all the confirmations - email, texts, phone calls - that delivery would be made. Yet, no refrigerator. Called the delivery department and found the fridge hadnt been shipped from the manufacturer. The old fridge was emptied in coolers trying to keep things cool while the new unit cooled down - if it had come.When I called, I was told theyd have to reorder the unit. New delivery set for January 8th. I got the email, the computer phone call and I called the delivery department to be sure my unit was in and ready. On Saturday, the delivery department guy said, Yes, its in, and going coming out Monday the 8th (today).I got the text that my delivery was scheduled for 7:30 AM - 9:30 AM.The unit was for my office which opens at 9:00 AM. I worked through it and was at my office at 7:25 AM, figuring that wed be one of the first stops for delivery.10:00 AM, no refrigerator. Called again. Now told the unit was in and would be out on Tuesday. Asked for a supervisor and got disconnected.12:30 PM - Jumped through the hoops and spoke with Howard, the supervisor. He told me the unit HAD NOT BEEN RECEIVED, but would be out and delivered Tuesday the 9th.I have requested delivery during operating hours. Howard told me he would confirm that and call me back. (Im still waiting for his call.)Folks, Im not trying to cry about going in at 7:30 AM. Family was up already, I just had to leave earlier. No real big deal if my unit had been delivered. Im not whining about not getting my refrigerator, I one that still works. What I am MAD AS ALL GET OUT about is that I cant get a an honest, truthful answer!I have gotten to the point that I will cancel the order if I dont get the unit tomorrow. There are a lot of good places to buy refrigerators! If you need delivery, theyll deliver too.If you can buy from ANYONE ELSE, do that.

The story needs new management. The employees do not no how to do the job hired to do.... 2 employees on the floor at 7pm Saturday night before Christmas ....so just think how long it took to check out. I was told the other employees were on a coffee break.... problem is the is the way this story is anytime you go there. Woodland Hills Mall. SEARS you need to make changes.

They told me that I needed to replace my ac compressor (over $800 in parts and labor) when my air conditioning went out on a 90+ degree day. I wasnt sure about it so I rented some gauges to check the freon myself. Turns out that the car didnt have freon (this is why the compressor wasnt working). I fixed the problem myself for $40 after they tried to rob me of $800. I have had good experiences at Sears in the Dallas area but I wouldnt recommend this place. Terrible mechanics that will feed you lies to get into your pocket.

Customer service there really do sucks; nothing but incompetent people ( like Beverly) working there. I had to return an item and these people claimed I had already returned it when clearly I had not. Then I was told by the manager on duty (Beverly) that there was nothing she could and to contact my bank. Which is fine but when I asked for corporates phone number, she didnt want to give it to me and asked me for my name. She took pictures of the receipt and her screen like i had done something wrong other than helping her keep a job. She must not have looked at how sears is doing lately. Its sad that these people are employed because of us (loyal customers) but they treat you like s**t. Like seriously people....anyways I ended up being in that store for about 40 min, 15 of it waiting for that fat lard to walk up the to the front and the rest to hear her argue with me. I used to work retail management and understand the struggle but this incompetent piece of nothing is the worse of retail managers. Just one of the worse of people. Im not a mean person but had to tell her she was incompetent and I snactched my receipt which she wouldnt give it back to me. Im not proud of that part but she has no business getting a job and a management job at that. Sears must really be desperate. The worse morning Ive experience so far...Like what?!! Anyways called corporate (1 hr wait) and I hope to never set foot in there again to avoid this stress. Good luck to you all
