I got adventurous a couple weeks ago and changed the battery in my iPhone. A few days later I wanted to use the camera, and low and behold the cameras on the phone would not work. Took it to the Apple store, they told me what I already knew. They offered $10 for phone on a new one. Not the deal I wanted. Quoted me $230 charged to replace the cameras but would not guarantee that route would work. Still not the deal I wanted. Had seen an advertisement from Twister Wireless. Walked in thinking I would try to buy the same phone. After greeting the tech guy and explaining the issue that I was experiencing, so to make a longer shorter, he replaced both cameras for fraction of Apples quote. I was impressed with his speed of the process in replacing the cameras. It took me forever it seemed to do what I done with poor vision. I will go to these people for repairs or replacement in the future.Never got there names, but they are good people with great prices and service.I highly recommend them. Don

They had a phone from 2019 that I was thinking about buying but wouldnt budge a dollar on the price (they wanted almost the same price as it was new). I ended up buying the 2021 model from a big store. I try to support small business but not this time. It is a neat place with a bunch of High End phones and cases etc. Definitely worth checking out. Maybe Ill go buy a screen protector and case from them today(as long as its not priced the same as a big box store).

I bought several phones from Twister wireless in Tulsa. Stanley has been great as well as everyone I’ve dealt with in store. I’ll definitely keep using them & I will be a couple more times in the near future. I’m upgrading the family on phones. Thanks to all at Twister. I definitely recommend buying from them.

I sent my daughter in to buy a phone for me yesterday. I had called the day before and a week before to speak to someone to verify pricing and condition of the phone. I was told the price was $549 + taxes and that the phone would be new in the box and come with a warranty. My daughter got there and the phone was marked at $799. She asked the man if he was going to honor the price I was told yesterday. They did. BUT when my daughter asked for the box and charger AFTER the sale was complete she was told the phone was all she got. She asked about the warranty paperwork and he told her to go register it with Samsung. We tried registering with Samsung and was told that the phone has already been registered. When I tried to put my SIM card in (TMobile) it didnt work. It was advertised as unlocked but its actually locked to AT&T. We contacted AT&T and they said the phone isnt even paid off through them. Theres still money owed on it and we will need to find the original owners and pay that balance through them for the phone to even work with TMobile.We have bought quite a few phones from Twister and this is the first bad experience we have had. I have never seen this male associate before. But he was sure to make sure my daughter knew AFTER the sale that it was a final sale. In the past they told us we had 15 days to bring any issues to them. This phone is usless to me.

I bought an iPhone 11 and the very first day the phone already had problems. People could not hear me on the other line and after a few weeks my videos had static sound. Called them to see about my warranty because it says you have a 15 day warranty but the lady on the phone said I only had two days. They were nice when I was buying the phone but did not show me that everything worked like they were supposed to. I will not be returning to purchase anything else. Seems like a good price for a newer phone until you find out that you have to come out of pocked even more to get things fixed.

If I could rate this company 0 stars I would, but in order to leave a review to the public I had to rate at least one star. This place of business has horrible customer service not to mention the false advertisement they are advertising online. For example: a device on sale online (including price match in store) they refused to honor that. Very unprofessional.

This place has false and misleading advertising. They had a special posted online for $799 and when you get into the store they use excuses to wiggle out of the deal. This is sad and frustrating as a consumer. The guy who works in there called me a POT SMOKER because I have allergies and my eyes are red. This place is despicable and should be avoided. They dont honor their advertising and they done treat customers with respect.

Bought a iPhone X the first day I bought it my camera messed up and I couldn’t use the touch screen. But I went back and the tu fixed it for me. But then 2 days later my camera messed up and now it overheats so much it burns. Honestly they do have good phone with good prices but the functions and Performance isn’t good at all I was better off buying a $100 android than the iPhone X.

I had to purchase a new phone and my current phone company actually sent me here as they were out of the phones I wanted. This place is awesome!!!

They have good prices but phones not all greats I bought 3 phones through this place. Speakers going out on all of them. Not receiving notifications or receiving messages late. The customer service is great though.

Quickest easiest way to buy a used phone. They hook u up and your phone will be working when u leave.

I was referred here by a Cricket Wireless salesman. The lady that helped me was very helpful and explained exactly what I was getting. Which ended up being an open box brand new phone. It was an incredible deal and this many days later no issues with the phone. I would recommend you check this place out for whatever your phone needs are.

My husband bought me a phone and the speakerphone wasnt working. I took it back, they tested it, saw it wasnt working and exchanged it for a different one just like that. I dont know about his experience but they were quick and helpful for me.

Bad customer service tech is always gone and they give you the run around. Definitely will not purchase from there again. They like to get loud and condescending even when they are wrong.

Not very happy with my experience. I messaged through one of their facebook posts for a galaxy a71 5g for $249 and when I arrived they stated it would be $299. I showed them the post and they said sorry that was a mess up and there was nothing they could do. Although they messed up they should honor their own post. Before I left they changed the price however I have screenshots of the original post. I wouldnt recommend Twister Wireless if this is the way they conduct business. Waste of time, gas and didnt walk away with a phone.

I bought a new phone just before covid began in early 2020. I soon learned there was a problem with the phone. I could hear just fine but people always complained they could not hear me. I tried cleaning the phone, I scoured the internet for fixes, I called twister to see if this was something they’re familiar with on these phone models, etc. nothing worked.When I bought the phone, Twister wireless told me I could have their tech fix phone issues at a discounted rate since I purchased the phone from them. I called last week and asked if it was a good time to have my phone looked at, I was told “yes bring it in and we’ll take a look”. I immediately drove to twister and was told “the tech left so you’ll have to come back in an hour or two”. I explained that I have an infant at home and needed to get back... and asked if I could just drop the phone off. I was told No.I wasn’t able to get back to Tulsa until a few days ago. I explained the phone issues to the tech (which has been going on for almost a year now). He brushed the phone off with a toothbrush and said it was “probably just dirty”. I explained that I’d already cleaned it, it’s something more. He called the front desk lady from my phone, insisted that it was fixed and said to take the phone home. When I left, I called my husband and he couldn’t understand a word I was saying over the phone. I turned around and went back to twister again and was told “well it could be several things” and I don’t have time to look at it until Thursday at least (3 days later).The tech acted annoyed that I was even having the phone looked at and kept putting us off, so I took the phone to CPR (Cell phone repair) in Sand Springs, they immediately diagnosed a faulty microphone and replaced it. It would have been nice to be able to use the discount that twister promised when I bought this phone that didn’t work. I won’t be back.

Crisis on ultimate meltdown levels. Phone wont charge, wont boot up I can do nothing with it, all pictures, music, emails, andtext messages gone!! IPhone XR died, or so I thought. The folks here fixed the phone, all data saved, crisis averted 8n less than 45 minutes!!! Excellent knowledgeable staff.

I went to get my phone fixed at twister wireless on 11/19/20 for small chip in my phone and i still have not received my phone yet its been 4 days since then it should not take this long to fix my phone. Inconvenience of the situation is really aggravating for those who have repair issues do not go to twister wireless they will procrastinate on getting it fixed

I was going to give them one star in the beginning but the prices for the accessories was budget friendly. I recently bought a protection screen there. I was satisfied with the product until I got home. I noticed that it was fitting firmly on my s9+. The adhesive was supposed to be all around but it was only the top and bottom. The curve of the screen protector was starting to lift. I went back to them to see what they can do about this matter. (I bought it 5 days ago) They cant do anything on the screen cuz there is no warranty on it... but a screen that didnt fit properly...Tip, check the product before you buy, especially screen protectors... I learned my lesson and not going back at all.

3 day warranty but wont allow phone exchanges within those 3 days. Is very vocal about 3 day warranty when purchasing but doesnt make it known that the warranty is limited to the phone you purchased allowing no exchanges. Shady practices in order to get refurbished phones out the door.

These Guys are awesome! My iPhone 8 Plus malfunctioned 8 days after I bought it. The Bluetooth and WiFi stopped working. I brought it in and they replaced it with no charge.

I called before I drove over a hour to get here and asked if they had a certain phone. They said they had a bunch and never said anything about there being anything wrong with them so after driving all the way here they ran my card before turning it on and letting me see it and when it turned out that it had a dead spot in it I now have to wait 7 days for my money to go back on my card because they didnt have any that wasnt broken
