I just recently had four new tires installed and purchased for my truck I purchased the tires online through Walmart which I got a great value the installation I would have to say did take a little longer and it was a little more complicated than I had anticipated but I cant argue with the price so maybe next time by the tires with Walmart and go somewhere else and have them installed.

My service tech was great the time was spot on and the price was great, no more no less than he said. Cant remember his name bit great guy. Thanks a bunch

Took my car in for an oil change and I had to wait for four hours. No one called me when my car was done and when I called to ask myself no one would answer the phone. When I picked up my car it was making a weird noise in my engine like I had no oil in it even though I just got an oil change here. Drove a around for a few days thinking it would get better and it didnt. It turns out they only put a quart of oil in my car, not 4.8 like my car needs. I pretty much paid $45 for them to only drain the oil. My car would have been messed up big time if I hadnt noticed. If you have gotten an oil change here recently please check to make sure they actually put the oil back in your car. I couldnt believe people who do this for a living actually forgot to put the oil back in my car. If I could give negative stars I would because that could have messed my engine up big time.

I came in for 5 new tires. The gentleman took very good care of me. They answered all my questions and because of that I bought more for my van.My van is an investment. Thanks to these guys its a worthwhile investment.

Never Use Walmarts Auto Center Its A Waste Of Time And Money! Ive Bought Tires On Two Different Occasions And Both Times My Tires Were Flat By The Time I Got Home Which Is Literally 4 Miles From The Walmart. Both Times I Brought The Tire Back I Was Told There Was A Hole But Nothing Was Pulled Out And Was Charged Both Times For Them To Be Fixed! I Was Dumb Enough To Think Maybe They Could Properly Change My Oil But No I Was Wrong Within 3 Days My Car Started Acting Funny ! NEVER AGAIN

Took my tire in yesterday because it had a slow leak in it. A woman working there looked at it and tried to tell me they couldnt fix it because there was a nail in the sidewall and that I would need a whole new tire, which she quoted for me at no less than $50. I knew this wasnt true because I saw where it was leaking on two different occasions after a rain and it was not the sidewall and there was never a visible nail to be found. I left and ended up taking it to Discount Tire today. They fixed my tire for free with no mention of any nail in the sidewall.

You cant run from the truth!!... Terrible job, terrible management, terrible crew. The auto did an oil change on my vehicle and almost blew my engine, they drained out the oil and refused to put more oil in it. It is not cheap to pay for a new vehicle!I suggest a new staff!

They did not have what I needed, so the salesperson search the internet for me to locate one. Not even at a Walmart store!! They were great!

The self checkout machines were malfunctioning after a power outage (that caused a glitch) was requesting $23 dollars more after inserting $40 off a $35 and some change total. Walmart on Admiral and Memorial in Tulsa, Oklahoma wouldnt correct the mistake due to the malfunctioning of the machines from a power glitch. Instead they tried to argue the fact saying that they looked at the camera and only a $20 bill was inserted. How can you say that you saw it on camera when it happened during a power glitch. Plus they were rude about it and had nerves to bring a sheriff police with them to the self checkout just so they can explain something, like the sheriff really was going to be able to stop someone. If something was going to jumpoff the sheriff would have caught an issue like the store associate would have, end of story.

First I waited 2 hours for them to tell me they couldnt find my filter for a oil change but thank God for mangers cause he found my filter and gave me a discount without me saying a word. I was a little upset at first but at the end was happy

It went well. Took about 10 minutes. Took in my old battery as a core. Grabbed the new battery off the shelf. Grabbed a couple windshield wiper blades. And only cost me $63 after tax. Pretty happy with that.

There was A 20 minute wait in line to tell me the wait would be 2 hours for basic service. The guy could have easily wondered down the line and told us all that. I left.

I went to get my oil changed and they were so disorganized and I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back and after I had already parked the lady was rude and told me that I now have to go and park and wait under the awning for someone to help me. I will never go back there and prefer Jiffy lube.

Customer Service especially poor and unorganized. Took off work to get a battery for car. Several workers just walking around or in garage just talking. After hour and half waiting and watching no cars are actually being worked on. I asked someone if they can give me an estimate of how much longer. Brandy in automotive responded in an unprofessional manner in front of her supervisor Shannon and threaten to drive my car out or the bay. I stressed to Shannon the Supervisor that I took off work to come spend my money with Wal-Mart and no customer deserves this type of customer service. I will never shop Wal-Mart automotive again.

I brought my car in and they said they could check my batteries for free and would let me know if they needed replacement. Five minutes after leaving via uber they told me they did not have the right size of socket to pull the battery boxes from the frame. You didnt mis read this they literally said they did not have the right size of socket at a mechanics shop of all places. Save your time and efforts and go to a reputable mechanic or car shop that doesnt mind doing simple mechanics work. If I could give no stars I would.

Cannot say enough about the guys in the shop!!! Awesome. THOMAS WAS THE BEST! Friendly, well mannered & knowledgeable. Sherry behind the counter not so much. She was rude n very unaccomadating. Told me to go ask a guy in the shop, she didnt have time...but then shes the epitamy of a typical Walmart employee!! Thanks again to the Guys in The Shop!!

Never buy a tire from this place. The show called warranty that comes with their tires is a complete joke. My tire deflated multiple times while in use, and they would not do anything about it. Terrible terrible terrible. Ill never have anything done to my car by Walmart again.

Needed a high mileage oil change paid UNDER $40 and car was ready right after we finished shopping they did awesome will definitely be coming back in the future for this service.

No one ever at the desk inside, and person who takes information at least that day seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. Had to ring bell 4 times once inside to finally eventually get someone to ring up a tire so it could be put on my car

Slow! Dont check out in the Autocare Center if you have somewhere to be anytime soon. Expect to stand in the Checkout line for 30min minimum. Also, expect to be ignored by other TLE managers and employees standing around not doing anything except hanging out not helping you. If I could give 0 Stars I would!

Every time I go in they dont have the high mileage 10w30 for oil change. This last time will be the last time I get my oil changed there.

Had to get a battery for our cobalt. Didnt think it would take very long but had to wait at least 3 hours. They were short handed.

I got to automotive at 7AM as soon as they opened. It’s currently almost 11AM they told me 2 hour wait. I’ve now been here for 4 hours. That’s just the tip of the iceberg, so on top of all that they are making me pay for a new tire when I have road hazard insurance on my tire, so I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR THIS NEW TIRE. This Walmart is a piece of s***!

Had a slow leak from a screw stuck in a new tire, waited for an hour while it was looked at and was told it couldn’t be repaired because they thought a patch wouldn’t “stick” to the tire and id just have to order a new tire. Waited another hour to have the tire put back on, never returning.

All ways to busy, they need more techs but wont higher them.

If you dont mind that they leave the oil drain plug out when they change your oil and seize up your engine then they arent too bad.

The ladies in the automotive was so rude to all the customers the lady named Leah its probably one of the worst people with customer service people would ask her questions and she would just get mad at them and tell them its not her place to know the answer people were calling asking questions about the vehicle when she was just started yelling at them on the phone very very unprofessional
