Great prices, they had what I needed, and friendly people, and a money back policy. Im a regular customer. Theyve recently move next door to a larger building, which I liked. Theyve implemented a new computer program that has a few kinks in it, but Im sure theyll get that worked out soon.

Use to be Office Depot now Auto Zone. Much better space and parking. Great customer service.

The associates are good with helping on tips, batteries, alternators and check engine light. They sometimes can help save you on spending unnecessary money with the correct information given before buying parts, fluids etc.

I stopped in today expecting basic customer service however when I asked the manager if she had anybody available that could look and help me decide whether to replace my hose and belt she saidwe dont do that here. Excuse me but I thought AutoZone policy was we are here to help. So I went literally across the street to their competition OReillys Auto parts highly recommend and made a 200 plus dollar purchase because they had customer service and had 2 minutes to help me all I needed was a nudge to evaluate my hose and belt was willing to replace but she was so rude.

Went in for an ignition coil, and had to change it in the parking lot. Bottom half of the old one was broke off inside the well. The guys up there, Nate and Gabriel, went out of their way to loan me the necessary tools to fix it, and even went so far as to come out in the cold with me to fix the problem, as I was having significant difficulties.For real, these guys need a pay raise or something.

Had a new battery installed. Sales person and battery installer very nice. They had battery installed and I was on my way very quickly.

I went in to buy a part for my stereo. Explained to the guy what I needed. Asked him if what I bought was going to work without an antenna. And of course it didnt. Another trip to return it. Good thing OReillys right across the street.

I called ahead of time to confirm they were open & Had the part I was in need of. I arrived to find out the manager on duty would not help me because he was shutting the computers down an leaving in 4mins. He also failed to point out the other stores that may be open an able to help me out, didn’t offer to check on part with another store. Worst service an I can’t understand why people refuse to do the job they are getting paid for.

I pulled into this store Thursday morning with auto distress. Terrell and his manager were extremely helpful and VERY kind. Thank you so much Terrell for your willing and gracious attitude. You have renewed my faith in stores giving excellent customer service above and beyond what is expected.

Female experience – seems dishonest. Sold me a starter when my old wasn’t bad. $150 loss + cost of installation.I replaced valve cover gaskets on my vehicle and in the process had to move quite a bit of stuff around. When I put everything back together and turned the key it wouldn’t crank. Absolutely no sound. My boyfriend used a screwdriver to connect the two terminal posts and got it to rotate. I talked to a couple mechanics and they told me to check the signal wire, make sure it was solidly connected. I had to completely dismount the thing to reach that wire, so after checking the wire and it looked good I thought I might as well take it to AutoZone to have them test it.Very friendly, helpful seeming salesman. I asked him to test it to make sure it was bad before I bought a new one. I could see he hooked it up inside their machine, I couldn’t see anything else. He told me it was bad. I turned in my old one to get the core discount, and paid about $150 for a new one.I paid the have the new one installed. Went to turn the key, still absolutely nothing from the starter. Do you know what the problem turned out to be – I MISSED ONE PLUG on wiring harness. Plugged that in and it started right up.I had absolutely no problems starting up my car before working on it – no signs my starter was going out. So either starter decided to go out with no warning on the day I worked on it, or the salesman didn’t know how to work the testing machine, or they decided to ‘sell it to a stupid female’. Of the many people I talked to they all said they believed it was most definitely the later.Called to see if they still had my old starter. Was going to have someone go with me to make sure it had been tested honestly but they said they had already shipped it out.Really wish I could go to a place like this and trust that they would have their customers best interests at heart.

They have the parts you need in stock and if they dont, they steer you in the right direction.The workers are friendly and their services is exceptional.More stores should be like them.Amongst them,there communication skills are on point and the accuracy and range of knowledge for vehicles is good.

I buy a lot of auto parts and always call all the different parts stores to see who has the best price on the part and its usually AutoZone (not always) but most the time. They always have the biggest selection of stuff though, thats a fact, they have the biggest stores.

Great !!! My car started sputtering, so I pulled in they plugged in an analyzer and they gave me a print out of the codes to the problem. Called my car repair guy. Its in the shop now. Now I know if I get over charged. Checked my car with a smile.

Went to get front and rear shocks, a harmonica balancer, fuel filter, plug wires and oil and filter for oil change. They had everything but the plug wires and at a very good price too. I was in and out very quickly and the people were very friendly and helpful.

The nicest young lady sold and installed my battery here in freezing weather one morning! Thanks again!

The store manager personally gave me a tip on how to replace my cars rear view mirror after the pavement on S Peoria broke it. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful, moreso than I ever expected. They still do the free tool loaning (if your car is in the parking lot; you cant take the tools home) and that was also invaluable.

Went to the store to get my battery replaced asked if they could install it I was told no because it was too cold but all the employees came outside to work on their own cars in the cold really ticks me off I will not show up here again

I live near by so I would come here first. But countless times I go there I would have to wait till either someone got off their cell phone, or come from out back to be waited on. Ive even tried to call in advance so my wait wouldnt be so long. That was to no advantage, because I woumd be put on hold till someone would disconnect the call. I will no longer patronize that store, not when there are other parts stores just as close that honestly and truly appreciate my business .
