Tried to get the bug guts off my car after a weekend trip to Dallas. $18 for a wash, and my car doesn’t look any cleaner. Don’t waste your money.

I love this place. They have 2 big trash cans full of bug wash at the entrance to scrub your own vehicle before washing. My van never got clean on the back or in certain spots the brushes cant reach. But I can reach all those places myself and my van comes out perfect. They also have a $15 unlimited monthly fee. Cheaper than anywhere else.

Ive been going here for 3 or 4 years and I just got a new truck in May and Ive already taken it through there twice. Took my truck through there a third time and it literally took hundreds of chips of paint out of my truck hood, top, sides, and tailgate, they had me fill out an incident report get an estimate but now I cant get anyone to return my phone calls for over 2 weeks now and nobody ever answers the phone! Estimate over 2000 dollars to fix. Not happy, not over!

Best deal in town. Affordable membership, and unlimited visits. Use it daily. 3 months for less than I have had to spend on a manual car wash! Free vacuum too!

This was my second time using this car wash. I knew it wasn’t great from my first experience, but I wasn’t expecting the terrible customer service. First off, my car looked dirtier when I left than when I came in, and when I went to vacuum my car, there were only some vacuums that worked, and someone else two spots down was using the vacuum that was supposed to be for my spot. Additionally, the vacuum cleaner took a button off my dashboard - but I won’t blame that completely on them, accidents happen and maybe the button was already loose.My biggest issue was that when I drove up to the car wash, the young man spraying down my car would not make eye contact with me or tell me where to turn my wheels at all. Also, what is spraying my car with water going to do? His main job is to tell me where to turn my wheels. He looked miserable, which, I get it, I hate my job too, but at least I greet customers with a smile and I’m helpful. My wheel fell off the track before I went in the car wash and he rolled his eyes and seemed to get frustrated. Still, not making eye contact with me a single time, he motioned for me to backup and look at the mirror. I know the mirror is there to help me see what I’m doing, but I didn’t even notice it at first. He then motioned for me to look at the mirror and keep backing up. But dude come on, like I’m clearly struggling here (which yeah, maybe I’m not good at parking or whatever), but I’m not an idiot, and I’m paying you to provide me a service - at least pretend that you like your job or want to help me.Later on, I saw him laughing with his coworkers and he gestured toward me while I was vacuuming my car. Again, I’ll be the first to say that I messed up getting on the track, but he should’ve been more helpful, and making fun of me is ridiculous. I never, ever complain about customer service or poor quality in these situations because I’ve worked for years in the customer service industry and I know we all have our bad days. This guy, however, had a serious attitude issue and I hope that management can address it. I do not recommend this car wash at all.

When the cats are away the mice will play… Love this place but frustrated when the employees often show up late and or close early. It appears the owners/upper management is rarely at the location (51st and Yale)… hence the lack of accountability. I previously had an incident where the truck in front of me got off line and cause my truck to hit his repeatedly. I asked for the owner to call me and even under that circumstance… Crickets. Other than that… Fairly please. Please

Spent $15 dollars on a wash. I understand the standards of an automatic car wash. However, this is probably the worst one I ever went through!!

It was nice when it 1st opened, but has degraded fast. Use the vacuum today reach for the hose and it pulled out of the connection above so I went to the other side and use that hose and nozzle came off.

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!!! It steals your money. I paid for the buffer, they did not work for the 2nd time. Your car gets rinsed off not washed, no soap used when driving thru. I have been coming here for a few years now and the quality has dropped tremendously. When vacuuming instead of opening up the side for the people to be in the shade it is blocked off and everyone is in the hot sun. Customer service is horrible. I asked for a refund the boy told me no bc I didn’t print a receipt yet he saw me go through the car wash. NEVER AGAIN! 😡😡😡

Seems they are a bit short on staff at the moment, but a very good care wash.

Close to work . Easy access. Highly visible from normal traffic. Does have prewash buckets and brush available, to get those stubborn bugs off. If you have any problems contact attendant and they will address your problem. Be sure to thank them for their service during the pandemic

Pretty good car wash. But not good for tall trux or SUVS . An very busy. I prefer a less busy car wash .

One of the vacuums is lackluster but several seem to be in fantastic working order. The crew is always fast and friendly. Car wash is sufficient and speedy.

This was my first time using this car wash. The staff seemed helpful. I did appreciate that the vacuum is free. It did, however, leave a little bit of dirt on my back bumper. Otherwise it was a good wash.

My experience here I’d say was just ok. My car was CAKED with bird poop and they wouldn’t let me go through the wash till I cleaned it off myself some with this large bucket of soap and brush. However they let me go through once more for free, but even then my car was not totally clean. The staff was nice and the vacuums were quality as well, but this might not be my first choice for a wash in Tulsa.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. I like the brush and soap to clean my car windshield and front prewash.

Didn’t didn’t even get close to drying my car. Water beads everywhere. After I got in at 7:11 PM come out only to find that the vacuum station is close for the night even though they don’t close until 8 PM. Complete joke, won’t be back.

They even lowered their best car wash on the monthly club.

We love Clear Blue Express Car wash! Very clean place and the auto wash does a fantastic job of cleaning our vehicles. They also have vacuums and bays for drying your vehicle. We use this car wash to clean our corvette and it does an awesome job...

I buy the top one i think is expensive and doesnt do a great job. Just being honest

Wash my car here is great its not bad for the price that you get I rather get a monthly membership fee seems to be the way to wash your car without worrying about it and its not bad for the deal you get a really nice car wash the vacuum in this free so its worth every penny

Very nice facility, friendly staff. Plenty of vacuum stalls that all work very well.My only complaint would be that their best wash also includes tire shine. For those of us with Chrome wheels. All it does is make everything duck up and look very nasty. And its extremely hard to wipe off.

Got my truck nice and clean with the $15 extreme wash and they have good powerful vaccums.

The car wash left parts of my car shiny and clean but patches still covered in dust and dead bugs. It gains a star for the endless free vacuum.

Was pretty happy with how clean this car wash got my car. Im not a fan of drive thru car washes but this one delivered. I did the 9 dollar package and got a nice wash that was quick. The vacuums absolutely suck, in a good way. And they are free. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend this wash station.

The best automatic wash I have used. I used to hand wash my vehicle with a wash mitt, but oh my, that takes hours done right. Its best to save your energy and use this. The finish comes out clean and shines. Dont forget about the free vacuums, which are powerful, and no worries about hurrying to beat a timer.

Did not fully clean my truck even though I bought the $15 wash and vacuums did not have very much suction.

I spent 18 dollars for car wash....they never get it clean even though they say by paying more will be done.

For 3$, you can not beat this place. I have spent 15$ at other places that turned out less than this place. Plus they have great vacuums and staff is friendly.

This car wash is reasonably priced and lots of fun for the little ones. My son likes when the car goes through and is smothered in the rainbow soap. The only problem we ever have here is it seems to miss a spit each time I go through. Not to big of a deal though. They also offer free vacuums and with three kids thats a life saver. We absolutely got to make sure everything is picked up or we will be sitting on top of things 😂

This carwask is one of the better ones in town. They dont even care if you just pull up to vacuum and leave. I think they know your gonna come back to get your car washed because of the free vacuuming. I recommend this place highly.

Offers free bug pree for automatic car wash customers. The part that grabs your tires are rubber- so it doesnt damage your rims, nor leave scuffs. For $15 you can get really good wash for your car! Its Awesome!

Nice car wash! We went on a busy Saturday and they were able to show awesome customer service. We were given a free dash cleaner cloth and the back was pre-washed by an employee prior to the car wash. Our car was super clean with the cheapest option.

Did you know the vacuums here are free? I love being able to really clean my car without worrying about the time from my quarters running out.

Great car wash at a GREAT price! They give you a free Dashwipe to wipe down your dashboard and interior surfaces, which I loved. You can also vacuum the inside of your car for no additional cost after the wash.

Couple little things went a long way with me. I got a few dash wipes from the extremely friendly guy at the automatic wash entrance. Next thing I didnt notice until later. They placed a piece of blue tape on my passenger mirror... It had a small chip and they covered it in advance to prevent it from any additional damage! Thats forethought and experience, Ill be going back!

I was very disappointed of this place. They didnt scrub the van before it went into the machine so when my van went in alot of the things didnt scrub off the stuff that was on my car. Even the employee on site seem like he could care less that I was there.

I know my truck is big as its a chevy 2500 ext cab long bed. I do have a brush guard on the front but my truck has been thru the automatic wash at 51st and Yale multiple times since it opened. So today 9/6/19 approx. 1:30 PM, I was surprised when a guy in his mid thirties with a brown beard, came out and started questioning my brush guard. I am used to this so i tell him my truck has been thru here many times before but its been a while since I came thru. He then said i have never seen this truck come thru here. He then got hasty with me and was trying to argue with me. I just told him I will take my business elsewhere. He realized his mistake but by then I had made up my mind. Little did he know the owners have been there and waved me thru many times. Some people need to learn how to properly talk to people.

I bought the $15 ultimate carwash and was very disappointed. Did not shine my truck nor put shine on my wheels. When I approached the attendant with my concern he told to run it through again but I got the same results. He also told me next time to park my truck straight because it was slightly at an angle. But I parked that way because thats how the car next to me was parked but he didnt approach that driver. Very very disappointed.

They are open when others arent, and their attendants even seem better. I used to go to a Lewis Express, but they arent open at a time that is convenient for my schedule so theyre dead to me now. This place seems to actually want my money.

Prices are pretty much in line with most drive-thru car washes, maybe a little higher. Put your car in neutral and it pulls you through at a steady pace. Continues to have free vacuums (a little on the weak side).
