If you order a battery online to pick up in store expect a long wait and several excuses why it is not there. I ordered on 23 of october and by the 3 of november no battery yet. I had them refund me and bought elsewhere. 10 days is too long to wait when you have a battery going bad and need a replacement IMO

I took my iPhone 7 in a few weeks ago to have a battery replaced. This store is incredibly attentive. It took longer than normal (according to them) to put in my battery due to an issue during installation. That issue, however, was fixed at their own cost. Out of better/best C and D cell batteries. Was told they cant keep them in stock. Despite this, still well stocked and knowledgeable staff. No hard pressure sales or attempt to up sale. Will definitely be back as need arises.

I have been in here 4 times now for various needs and never left without a solution to my problem! They are great at bulb and battery matching if youre unsure of what you need. Extremely easy to deal with. My battery I purchased died within the warranty period, they looked up my order history while I was on the phone, confirmed status. I brought the old battery in for a double check on it. They didnt have one in stock but called me the next morning within 10 minutes of when they said their deliveries normally come. They had the replacement battery ready when I walked in the store and even carried it out to my drivers car! Absolutely perfect experience!

First thing is first I would like to state that the guys in the store are fantastic! Very professional kind and willing to go above and beyond to help a customer. Unfortunately due to a circumstance that is outside of their control. I will be leaving a poor review. Apparently there is an issue with the supply chain. I ordered a $400 battery. That showed in stock. Only to receive a phone call from the store to inform me that it was not.At that point I was told it would be in on the next that arrives Tuesday around three or 4 o’clock. Tuesday rolled around and I was informed that the pallet that my battery was on was lost. I was told that it would be the following week when the next truck arrived. Unfortunately it has not. I have called customer service and escalated it to Jenny that I left a voicemail with. Unfortunately I have not received any type of communication.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They also have prompt service. On a previous service I had a minor issue with a phone screen replacement, but they addressed it immediately with, of course, no charge. They do great work.

They had my order ready. Were very friendly and carried it to my car. That also had masks on to protect the customers. Also the generator battery I got was priced very low compared to the auto parts store.

I ordered a key fob replacement but when it arrived I had ordered one that was not compatible and the were very professional and courteous when they tried to program it and found the issue.And they let me know that the one In needed had been discontinued and what to do about that.I’m going back today to see if they can help me with another key fob for another vehicle.These guys are Great.Thanks.

I called first to make sure they had these specific batteries for a flashlight. When I got there - 40 minutes later, one guy informed me that they no longer had any of those left. Another guy steps forward named Chris says wait! He walked over to a drawer and said we just got these in. He not only saved me a trip to Broken Arrow, but gave me the battery at the fair price that the other battery was at - thank you Chris! Great customer service!

Bumping from 4 to 5 stars. Needed a key fob battery fir a used vehicle I had just purchased. The battery contact had come loose and they soldered it back on at no charge so I could get back on the road.

It was easy to order on line and I was sent an email letting me know that my order was ready to be picked up. I called first and then went to the store on 41st Street in Tulsa, OK. The salesman had my order pulled and ready for me when I got there. The batteries were for my doorbell and he was kind enough to take out the old dead battery and install one of the new ones I purchased.

During the social distancing period for the covid-19 pandemic, of course I smashed my phone screen. I assumed phone repair establishments were deemed “not essential“. So when I saw on their website that they do phone repair and they are open, I was thrilled. I called to make sure they could do the repair, and spoke to Ben, who assured me they had the part in stock and to come on in. He also told me to make an appointment on their website and in doing so would qualify me for a $10 discount. I did that and went in and it couldn’t have been more efficient or professional. These guys are very very nice and they did my phone repair in less than an hour and they did it with a smile and a friendly disposition. Highly recommend.

The two employees I talked to were very nice and knowledgeable. Overall pleasant experience and I will definitely be back again.

They had the bulbs i needed for my refrigerator. Only had one person on duty at the time of my purchase and there were 2 customers ahead of me so i had to wait about 15 minutes. Thats my only complaint. The guy behind the counter was super friendly and helpful tho.

Nice little store. Very helpful staff but holy mark up on bulbs Batman!!! The bulbs I needed werent marked so i needed to visually match them. I didnt realize the price until the woman had rung them up. Their brand cost 3-4 times what a Sylvania would have cost me online. Ill be ordering them online now that I have the number.

I have purchased several batteries from Batteries Plus. However, this time I purchased two and one of the two will only turn over my Harley two turns before it is nearly dead. Of course the stores computers say the battery is good. I put the other battery in the same bike and it works great. My less than a week old battery isnt worth using. Lost a customer over a new battery.

Just left there and the fellow (Andrew. Very helpful fellow) that assisted me was awesome. I spoke with him on the phone before going in and he was great, then his follow-through once I got there was spot-on. Some of their products have pissed me off before but thats not on them necessarily. Theyve been a good shop to deal with for my job. Missing star is for some of their products.

The employees at this store are so helpful! They can test batteries and tell you if they need to be replaced or not. If you have any heavy batteries, they are willing to carry them out to the car for you. I think that the prices here are fair. They usually have what you need in stock. I have used them on many occasions.

The ease of ordering online and picking up was great! The store agents were helpful. The prices were $10 higher than other local stores but, I purchased the battery here because they offered an $8 coupon for ordering online. I just paid $2 more but they offered a longer warranty. With a coupon, I would definitely buy here again.

Given time, I really think you should explore this place. Very energy efficient lighting available, LED bulbs and upgrade kits. Not just batteries. I just used them to rebuild four NiCd battery packs for some tools I use at work for much less than I could pay for new. Friendly, helpful service.

I shopped online for new batteries for my three wheel scooter then went to store and found that I could not get 10% discount in store so went back home ordered online & within 2 hours my order was ready. I bought Duracell ultra batteries and are much better than original, my scooter gained 4 MPH, 16MPH when scooter was brand new to 20MPH now. Great buying experience, Great product, fair value.

Gave me the wrong batteries the first time. A bad battery and a so-so battery the second time. Refused to give my cash back when I returned them as their system was down. I had my receipt and they said they had to put the money back on my card that I hadnt used. Idiot central. Totally unimpressed with this place.

Special order batteries take a long time to arrive. They are supposed to notify you when it arrives, but instead, it sits in the back until you call them, then they need a couple of hours to look for it. The battery is pricey but very good.

Buying the battery online went well, and when I got to the place of business, ALL the Wrong that was possible happened. First of all, the young kid couldnt find my online purchase. Next, he gives me the sales receipt and starts to give me the battery. I told him I needed it installed. He took my battery out of my car and began installing the new one. The battery hold down was not properly done right, and I let him know. He fiddled around with it a little while longer. I told him just leave it & I would fix it when I got home. Then I told him I needed my core refund, and the $10. Online Rebate, which he told me there was none. Sorry, but I had a very bad experience, and really think the management should TRAIN their younger employers how to do their jobs RIGHT & with customer satisfaction.

They had all times of rechargable batteries but I dont know about the brands they carry on the rechargable batteries but they are expensive so I guess they should be good but thats why I gave them a four cause heard lot about them but didnt fully satisfied my excitement and the talk I heard but its not a bad place

Replaced my sons iPhone 6 battery in the time it took me to pick up some items from the mall. Far quicker than the 3-5 day turn around time from Apple.

Cell Phone repairs do not use good quality replacement hardware.I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 that I have used for almost 3 years. I dropped the phone and shattered the screen and took it to Batteries Plus for repair.Within 2 weeks the screen was cracked again in multiple places, and they said sometimes that can happen if you put it in your pocket and there is too much pressure on it. I get that this can happen, but this same phone lived in the same pockets for 3 years on the original screen with no issues like this.Sub-par parts usedZero offer to help remedy the situationBasically thanks for your $120 you spent for less than 2 weeks of not having a broken screen.
