Love the fact they are never to busy to help very friendly and very prompt with orders
Alot of comics. No crowd. I was satisfied
When I walked in not even a hello or acknowledgement was given to me. They are over priced I found comics that were so banged up and wanted 5 dollars or more for them when I have gone to many other comic book stores and found them half that price and better condition. The place is cluster and many comics are stored in what looks like old filing boxes that you would find in storage with water damage. I know its a small business but they are in a decent shopping area they need to bump up their service and appearance if they want to justify the high prices.
Super great store, very helpful owner.
Change your hours! Showed up and the store was closed. Says online that you opened at 10, sign on door says noon.
Great selection! Gentlemen in the store is welcoming and very well versed in most mainstream and a few cult classic comics. Also there is a little free stuff shelf where you can get movie posters and pro material that would cost a few dollars elsewhere! They even have a sections for kids and starters!
Large detailed selection but every time I have gone its been something that makes me not want to buy from them. They are not friendly and not willing to do anything for the customer. I have no idea how they make any money.
Been in this store a bunch. Mainly because back issues are easy to find there. Little old lady will definitely check you out and even follow you but wont ask if she can help you(kinda creepy). The younger guy is always helpful with any questions I have. VERY small store.
Great store had very kind employees. The store has a very broad selection. If it doesnt have the item your looking for, chances it will be there next week.
Ive been going to World of Comics since I was 16. He treats you well and will help you find what youre looking for and order it if its available and its not in stock.
Doug is knowledgeable and friendly. He remembers what you like and suggests items of interest. World of Comics has the best collection of back issues in town.
Great selection of comics! Great for any collector!
My son loves comic books. He enjoyed it so Im happy.
If You are into comics here is a good place to find them, help a small local business. If they dont have it at hand theyll find it and order it for you.
Great place. Smells Wierd
Older store with a lot of back issues. Nice older man running the place. New comics were not backed or packaged.
Love this shop! It has a cool retro feel, not the slick breed of new comic shops where every new comic is bagged, and boarded. I like checking out the inside pages before I buy. This is a shop for true comic fans, not speculators. ( although I doubt if many peeps are speculating these days). World of Comics keeps comics on the shelves longer than most, which I appreciate. When I need older back issues this shop has them. Anytime I want something hard to find, Doug, the owner always tracks it down and orders it for me. Look for the handpainted Batman/Spidey mural on the window.
My son loved it very well organized and very friendly and helpful
It does have an old feel to it, but I like going in there cause the older gentleman seem like a nice guy, and he has a lot of back issue stuff!
Old time classic comic book place didnt get a chance to pick up the 1st app of squirrel girl but will be back.
Small store with lots of back issues. Nice.
Came here with sisters to browse; the place was empty besides us, the owner, and an elderly woman we assumed to be his mother. Place was dirty and dimly-lit; the older lady followed one of us around the store while we were trying to look. As we were leaving in our car she watched from the stores window. We dont think well be visiting again.
They had a great selection but the building smelled like mildew and sewage
Good selection of comics
Had large selection
