When I arrived, Jeff greeted me. He was friendly. He took my concerns with my vehicle very seriously. He took notes of what happened to the car. He called to alert me about what was wrong with my car. We discussed major concerns and minor concerns. He gave me a quote and felt the prices were reasonable. I requested to have all maintenances required done. He gave me a deadline as to when it could be ready and it was. The check out was quick and easy. My car has had been running fantastically. I plan to return to this shop again.

This seems to be a common market practice, but they were also able to start the work the next business day and finish quickly and professionally before the end of the day. Great service! Always very helpful and knowledgeable and amicable. Front tires ordered over the phone 2 days before, dropped my car in for install and alignment. Everything feels right and the handling is back to where it should have been. Went ahead and added a couple of scheduled services with engine treatment. My infinity now pearls and handles like a train on tracks! Fast work as well, I dropped it Saturday 9 and it was all done by about noon. Thank you so much for the great work!

I recently came through Tulsa on a road trip with my Sienna van loaded up, including my whole family. We knew something was wrong during the drive in (vibration when accelerating that I didnt think was smart to continue driving long distance on) and called ahead by about an hour and a half. We arrived at 12:06pm - the technician evaluated the issue before going to lunch so they could get the parts on order, then fixed the issue (bad drive axle) while we hung out in a field nearby. We were on our way at 2:29pm - the fastest interaction Ive ever had with an auto repair shop. This was especially fortunate in such a vulnerable spot as having to travel another 800 miles to get home. Jeff at the front desk fit us in, answered any questions we had, and kept us informed throughout the process. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend Same Day to anyone in the area (or travelling through!)

Terrific experience. My service advisor, Jeff, did an excellent job keeping in touch throughout the process. I called a few other shops in the area and they were booked out one or two weeks and I couldnt tow with my truck for that long without power steering.I called Friday morning, dropped it off that day at 11am, and I had my truck again all fixed the next day at 2pm. Good enough for me. My bill came out less than anticipated and it was ready for pickup sooner than planned. They checked my brakes and rotors (as I had concerns they needed replacement and was told they had more than plenty of life left) and topped off my rear axle fluids for free.Jeff was very clear on the diagnosis, the solution, and didnt upsell unnecessary items or repairs. I was more impressed at the extremely quick turnaround; no need for a rental or loaner. I will definitely continue to service my old Toyota here and keep it on the road. If they can, Id have my diesel Volkswagen serviced here as well.

My 07 Chevy Trailblazer needed rear brakes and rotors, which they fixed, no problem. What made my experience even better was, by utilizing their 30 point inspection service, it was revealed that my front end was in need of gross repairs as well. I was provided estimates for all services and ultimately, just repaired the rear end, as my vehicle is quite old. I never felt pressured; just their true concern for my safety, which is a rare find these days. They worked me in and had my vehicle ready by mid day. Thank yall again. I sure appreciate you.

They were able to get my Mustang repaired. It had an issue with the wiring going to the fuel pump causing it to cut out. They successfully traced it and repaired at a good price.

I just moved to Tulsa. I had my A/C serviced at a Buick dealer in New Jersey before moving and found it was not working well. I took my Buick LaCrosse to Same Day Auto Repair and explained the issue. The All Day Auto Repair investigated the issue and found I was low on refrigerant. They were honest about what they found and now I have a properly functioning A/C system.

I dropped off my jeep with tires to put on my existing rims They texted a few hours later letting me know they were finished up. When I pulled up my jeep looked totally different. Granted I did have bald 31s and they put on 35s but they scrubbed every inch of the tires and rims and really had them shining when I pulled up. They went the extra mile and that’s what counts. Price was cheaper than any place around too. 10/10 definitely recommend

Justin was great dealing with me and my hectic schedule. He ordered a tire and let me drop off my rim and they put a new tire on while I was at work. Then When I picked up the tire I needed new windshield wipers too and Justin went out to my car to put my new wipers on in the rain. Soon I will be having them fix my tie rod ends so I’ll let you know how that experience goes!

The guys that work here are friendly and upfront! Jeff was especially helpful! They fixed the lights on my car after I had taken it to so many other shops that couldn’t. They also checked back up on me after a couple days to make sure everything was up and running the way it should be!

I was on a long road trip when I hit a pot hole and my front end started to shimmy, so I called these guys and made an appointment for the next day. They got me in did an alignment and balanced the front end and solved my problems Big Thanks to Jeff and these guys cause I still had 3500 miles to go!

The folks there are extremely nice. I took my vehicle in to get a torque converter and they did a really good job. They are very knowledgeable. They even picked me up at home and brought me back to the shop when my vehicle was ready. I also got a oil change and they even repaired my tire that had a nail in it. I will go back if maintenance is needed.

Jeff and the rest of the team here have all been great over the last couple of years since I started taking my car there. Finding a place to get your car fixed by someone you can trust not to charge you for extra stuff or not be truthful about what’s wrong seems difficult. I’ve never felt that way coming here — I never feel like they try to take advantage of their customer. They even went out of their way last time I was there to take care of a small thing while I was getting an oil change. Even if I move I’ll come back across town to get my work done here.

Well I guess my Brother has called you. It die on the way to the house. I dont know when hes going to bring it back in. Im at my house he hasnt called me today.

My truck wouldnt stay running and after replacing every sensor that the AutoZone code reader spit out, my truck would still not run. Come to find out, because they are the specialist, Jeff and Same Day Auto found that the Power Steering Pressure Sensor was shorted out and that was what was causing the issue. I never would have guess that would impact the truck running but that is what they are the specialist and I am a Cloud Engineer. They were fast, professional, and they got the job done. I would recommend them if you need auto service.

Sent my 2011 Malibu in for check engine light and running poorly,they gave me an estimate to repair for 800 dollars, ended up spending almost a thousand, car isnt repaired correctly it still has the same problem and runs exactly like it did they want another three thousand and says that will fix it,if their first estimate and repair for a thousand didnt fix it how am I supposed to think 3 thousand will ?And they did not send the used parts that they supposedly changed...I wouldnt let these people change the spark plug in my lawn mower. They got one star only because it wouldnt let me post otherwise negative 5 stars.

Took my Santa Fe in this morning for an oil change. I work a few minutes down the road. I left my car at the shop and they gave me a courtesy ride to work. I told them I needed it done by 12pm. Billy called around 10am to tell me my car was ready. When I asked him about the inspection (they did a full inspection, including my spare tire) he mentioned everything I knew or figured would be an issue. My back brake tires needed changed badly, but with my schedule I do not really have the time to sit and wait. He said I can get your brakes done by 12pm and have your car ready. That was such a blessing! Once I was ready, they sent a guy (Justin) to come pick me up and bring me back to the shop where my car was ready. Got checked out quickly and the guys were very personable. I will bring my car and my wifes car here and recommend anyone to come here for their vehicle services! I have been looking for the right shop for a year and a half, and I have finally found it!
