I will NEVER use Triple H Transmission again. $2350.50 for a rebuilt transmission only to learn? After the work was done that he couldnt warranty my truck WITHOUT doing a tune up because he was afraid the transmission would have an issue once we drove it off his lot.... Thats another $750 for a tune up on top of a non-warrantied transmission.... Nope. You told me over the phone sir that you would warranty my truck a year after you rebuilt my transmission. Crooked. Just crooked. I dont appreciate being taken for granted. At all. And $3500 for a new transmission is a complete farce. Bogus.

Took my 2011 Shelby GT 500 in to have a sport clutch dropped in. The part had been damaged in shipping and it wasnt obvious until trying to install it. They helped get me a new clutch from the Ford Parts Center in BA. and installed it quicly and professionally. It was an above and beyond situation so I would definitely repeat my service here.

HHH swapped out a manual transmission (lots of folks would not even touch the job) and it has been shifting smooth as butter and no problems since then. Fantastic work and now headed back - 3rd Member blew out from hauling trailers and I know exactly where to go!

Last month I took my sons 2014 Ford escape in for a diagnosis. I was told that 3 engine mounts needs to be replaced and also the transmission needed to be rebuilt. I was giving an estimate $2,500 to $3,000. We could not afford this amount at the time. So we let them know we would take our car up the next day. When we picked up the car we asked for paperwork of the diagnosis and were refused. They said if we dont fix it there they do not give out paperwork. A couple of days went by I took my sons car for another estimate at the place he bought it from which is Coast to Coast motors. They called us that day and said that yes free engine mounts were broken and the transmission gear shift cable also needed to be replaced. Surprised, I asked, so the transmission does not need to be replace or rebuild? They said no absolutely not. We paid $487 for the repairs and his car has been running great ever since. I honestly feel that triple h was taken advantage of the fact that we suspected it was a transmission problem we took it in and they use that to say that we needed a new transmission or at least a rebuilt one. I do not recommend this place. If you do not give out paperwork to back up what you say thats really sketchy to me. I will be calling the better business bureau on this company.

I dont know a ton about vehicles (but I know some), especially trasmissions. When my jeep started leaking and burning transmission fluid like a sieve, I went here because it was close and my husband had a decent experience before. The first time in, they told me it was possible that once they fixed what they found, it could show other leaks elsewhere, which I get. My Cherokee is a 97 with 230,000 miles. Shes been ridden hard. They got her fixed after finding 3 leaks and away I went. I had a trip to OKC that weekend and we ended up leaking and burning fluid again (not nearly as bad as before), but the tank kept showing full (more than full). I took it back and they told me they would make it right. They called to tell me that when attempting to test her, the master mechanic got scared going 65 because of all the shaking she was doing. Well, yeah, she shakes, I knew, but we assumed its because shes old and beat up with some nice knobby tires. We were wrong. The U - joints were going out and if we didnt fix it, we couldve ended up with a broken rear differential and transmission to go with it. It was dangerous to drive they told me.I told them to fix it. Then they showed me one of the joints (pictured). HOLY CRAP. Those are supposed to be nice, round, and smooth, they told me. Wow. Thats like 1/4 inch left before breaking.Anyway, Joel, the office manager, and the mechanic that spoke with me as well as Rob, the owner, were all VERY educating. I mean, what shop would show you the pieces of your vehicle so you know why they told you it needed fixing? They were willing to have my husband come in and look at in on the lift before doing any work, too.I totally recommend this shop. I will be back for anything I think they could handle (they dont do engine work, but do a lot of other stuff) and recommend them especially to any woman thats afraid to get ripped off because she doesnt know any better. These guys are great.

I took my 2002 over knowing there was a chance that my transmission was shot. Brian helped me, and made sure to give me a diagnostic before performing any work on it. Sure enough, it was going to be a rebuild or replacement totalling more than the car is worth. The diagnostic was under $100 and helped me make the best decision with my older car. The whole process went smoothly, and Brian was very helpful and up front. I cant recommend them enough. Thank you for fantastic service!

Truck still at hhh, been about a week. Was told it worked, lasted 2 days. Long story short, they do not rebuild mid 90s 46re transmissions, only sell used ones. Very disappointing for a transmission shop. I do not recommend. No warranty with anything.

I had a slow transmission leak. They told me to bring it in, let them clean it and see where it was coming from, then they would call me to discuss money. They did exactly that. They said my bulkhead connector was the issue (it’s a common problem with that truck). I got my truck back same day. I got in my truck and it had been driven, I have no idea why. My average fuel mpg was down by 1mpg. They drove the truck 5 miles and floored it while driving, that’s the only way my average mpg could go down that fast in that amount of miles. Quick service, fair price, but watch your odometer if you take it to them. If they need to pick up a part, they need to use their vehicles.

My car had a transmission fluid leak... At about 12 noon I made a call to HHH and they said to go out and get a quart of fluid to put in it and check the fluid level and then bring it in...it should be ready later today, unless we need to order something. They were extremely friendly and Jeff, the head guy, seemed very concerned, honest and interested. As it turned out a part needed to be ordered after all but the car was ready by noon the following day. The care needed exactly what my internet research suggested it probably would and I dont believe I was subjected to any dishonestly that you always worry about when you take your car in for repairs.Jeff even asked if we ever wanted to go out for drinks with he and his wife. give him a call and ended with he would follow up in a week to make sure the transmission was perfect. As for the cost...a review of the internet suggests that this might not have been the cheapest repair of a transmission solenoid replacement but I am sure prices are regional and so I cannot tell where in Tulsa their prices would be any less expensive. I just know that I got my car in 24 hours for a somewhat major repair, felt it was fixed honestly and I needed no appointment just like the ad said... I would heartily recommend them.

I will NEVER recommend this place! Took my car in to find out what was wrong with transmission. They kept it over the weekend. Right before my car broke down i filled the tank with gas.. FULL. Gas was near $4. When i picked it up.. it had less than a half tank. I noticed on my bank statement that i was charged $25 for not having enough funds. Found out while they had my car they drove it from Tulsa to Bristow via turnpike and ASSUMED it was ok to use my pikepass.. I was charged and since i didnt know... i couldnt get to bank in time. When i picked up my car the desk guy was rude and let us know that we interrupted his lunch. That is ALL he said. Went outside to wait for my car to be brought to me. A four wheel crappy lawnmower or something was rammed into the back of my car in the garage. The guy pulled it out and instead of bringing it to the front door like MOST mechanics do.. he left it right there and had me walk over to get the key.I know this may be my fault for leaving it... but i also had a $10 bill taken too.To test drive a car... we have plenty of FREE highways! And why go to bristow?!!I am beyond outraged!!
