I got 4 new tires mounted and balanced. They installed the longer stems like I asked for at no extra charge. I purchased Kuhmo tires and they had them in there warehouse. Best tires, best balance, best service Ive ever had at a tire shop. My minivan drives great no vibration at all. Freddie Robinson is the manager and he listened to what I wanted and got it all do very well. Great great place. Robertson Tire 21st and 145th street. If you need tires or device on your car, go there.

Had a flat in my company car, and was told by My really good friend that Robertson Tire did tire repair for free.I took it to them and they were extremely nice, and welcoming. they asked for name my companymy license plate # and that was it, I went into a very well maintained lounge/waiting area and had a cup of coffee, and some snacks from their vending machine.Fixed my flat brought it back to me my tires are working and rolling like a peach,Thank you very much for your services Robertson Tire!

The sales men are super helpful and respectful! The mechanics are thorough in their work. I have no complaints about the work they do there. Even when busy they are prompt to address me as well as help the customers on the phone. I like that as I’m asking questions Freddie is already 2 steps ahead in looking up prices as we speak. He’s gives me honest wait times, which is helpful in planning the rest of my day.

Chivalry is not dead! Driving down the highway and tire sensor went off -dropping psi fast! Pulled over to a QT to inspect...picked up a nail. Aired it up to see if it would get me to the nearest tire repair. Called a shop 2 doors down and they wanted to charge $40+ to patch a hole! No thank you. Ive purchased tires from Robertson in the past, and they were 2 miles away, so went slowly down the back roads to them and they got me in fast, were kind and professional, and didnt charge me...it was FREE! I asked why, and the gentleman replied that it was a community service they like to do. I am impressed. I am also going to check them out when I need to replace my tires this winter. I love this company, Ive been to others and honestly affordable prices. The Customer service they provide is outstanding! Ive only been to the one on 100th and memorial and 21st and 145th.

Great service best place to go in tulsa

Friendly staff, easy to work with, some of the best prices anywhere AND they wont loose your center cap, put random mismatched valve stem covers on, lift your car by the fenders when they get it high centered on their outdated lift or pound wheel weights onto the lip of your nice alloy wheels. Cant recommend enough, they make it all seem easy.

Avoided hitting a dog this morning after getting off work at 4 a.m. $1,300 later my car maybe 90% back into shape. Lucky dog

These guys have always been wonderful every time Ive come in. They have helped me with patching multiple tires and a couple other repairs. They never try to sell me things I dont need. They are always friendly and conscious of my time and money.

I went in today ( 21ST & 145TH TULSA LOCATION) on my lunch break (about 12:20) to see about tire prices an alignment for my Dodge Journey. When I walked in there was one man at the counter (Freddie) he did not greet or acknowledge I walked in. The man had his head down looking at his computer. Which is okay. I said hello first. Then he said, what do you got. (with a little grouchy tone an attitude). I said I would like to get a price on tires for my car and before I could even mention anything about the alignment. (Which was rude) He said what size you got. I said Im not sure. He sighed and said okay. Then the phone rang. He picked the phone up and put that customer on hold. Then I said Ill go look and be right back. He didnt say anything back or offer to go out with me to look and make sure I knew what numbers to get off the tire. He picked the phone up to help the customer on hold. Which was fine. So I went out got the tire size and came back in and he was on the phone helping another customer. When he was finished on the phone (about a minute I believe) he said again what do you got. I gave him the tire size. Immediately he said all I got is this tire, which was a display (BF Goodrich) like this, but I dont have them in stock. I can get them from the warehouse. So has he is typing on the computer. I asked him about the cooper brand tires, (He cut me off) (rude again) because I had seen there was a rebate on the Robertson Tire website. He said you have to get the rebate from cooper tire and deal with them about the rebate. Im not a cooper dealer. Then he handed me a printed estimate for the BF Goodrich tires. Which in turn were $6.00 higher per tire then what Robertsons tire website showed the to be. Why is that I wonder? Overall this man (Freddie) at the counter was not helpful or pleasant to talk with nor do business with. He was very short with me and just rude and made it feel like I was an inconvenience when I walked in the door to bring my business there. I feel for anyone that has to go there to do any kind of business. So all in all the very short time i was there with this experience. Robertson tire lost my business an anyone I know in the future. I will not go back nor recommend anyone to go there, until management is changed at that location. I did business with this location before and it was great and thats why I went back today. This location lost out on selling me 4 tires an alignment for my Dodge Journey, 4 tires for my girlfriends car and 4 tires an alignment for my sons truck he just got.

I had to drop off my mustang this morning to get a couple new tires installed as well a oil change. They had to go to their warehouse to pick up the tires and still had me in and out in less than an Hour. Very competitive pricing as well on both the oil change and tires! My grandfather always done his tire related business with Robertsons Tire and if they keep up the same customer service they showed me today I will bring them both my vehicles and have them service them. Great job to the Technician, Sales associate, and of course the management! Definitely worth the 5 star rating!

Super friendly and very knowledgeable... Im a mechanic and cant find a tire shop that dont treat me like I know nothing... these guys inspected my front end and found damaged parts for me to replace without trying to just sell me 1000 dollars in parts and labor... I will be back anytime I need an alignment or balance tire because they have state of the art equipment...

I did not like this place at all. I walked in and the guy at the desk with the beard just starred at me until I walked up to him. He didn’t greet me or anything I was the one who had to say hello. I explained my situation with my car, when I got called to come pick up my car I was told that they couldn’t fix my car problem because the tires were messed up and I needed to get the tires fixed and come back. Instead of them asking if they could fix the issues I mean they are a tire shop. I feel like I was treated this way because I’m a woman and the men always get what they need because they “know more about cars”. Waste of my time will never come back.

These guys are amazing! I brought my vehicle for an oil change and was so pleased with service and convenience that my son and husband are now Bri Hong their cars for service, we drive older cars so things so wrong and they have been able to assist us with them all. Although the service is amazing, the thing I remember must is whenever I walk in Tyler call me by name. Thus let’s me know that they not only care about your car but also care about you as a person. Tyler and his tire tech were both fantastic. I am from out of town and Tyler was super personable and his tech worked quickly to repair my tire and get me back on the road.I would most certainly recommend this shop.

Tyler is a great Manager and has a Excellent crew who far surpass the rest. These guys work so well together and Tyler has a way with everyone who comes through his door. Made me feel at ease from the first time i spoke to him and his guys really know what they are doing. You will not be disappointed. I took my car here for a low tire. They fixed my tire and they also checked all of my tires and made sure I had the right amount of air pressure in them. The gentleman at the front desk was courteous, and knowledgeable. The customer service person who I emailed with about car questions before even bringing in my car was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. This whole time not one person tried to pressure me to buy anything, or get anything I didnt need. Never once treated me like I was stupid, just because I am a woman, like everywhere else I used to go. A must at least try once place!

First time visit since Gateway buy out. I dealt with Hesselbein/ Gateway tires for about 15 years. I was treated like I had been a Robertson customer that long. Definitely will continue doing business with them.

A huge thanks goes out to the staff! My 16 year old son was taking his driving license test and the assessor saw that I had a turn signal out... which was working the night before. Anyway, the assessor said that if we could get the light fixed in 15 minutes, my son could complete his test. We drive to Robertson which was across the street and asked for help... the staff jumped into action and fixed the bulb within minutes and we were on our way to take the driving test... my son passed:-) I have much respect and appreciation for the manner and professionalism of the staff at this facility! First time here, had an awesome experience! The waiting area is cosy and clean and the staff went beyond my expectations. I will definitely doing more business here.

Usual tire place, but they have always got me in and out within the hour, the staff always friendly usually find me a discount or two to help with the cost. I cant complain, I use them for none powertrain and computer issues, mostly tire, fluids and brakes. the 21st street location 5 stars

I would give them zero stars if I could. Stopped in to have my truck aligned since I had recently purchased new tires. Instead of a $70 alignment, Im told that I need $1200-$1500 in repairs before they can align the truck. When I begin to question them about it, the truck is suddenly not unsafe to drive. I leave Robertson Tire and drive directly to my mechanic, who checks the front end on my truck and it is fine. After talking to another female friend, I found out that this store tried a similair scam when she brought her vehicle in. If you do not know anything about car repair or happen to be female, stay as far away from this store as possible.

Woke up this morning to my tire being low. Brought it end during my lunch break and let them know I only had 30 minutes for lunch. They offered to drive me back to work if I needed but it was unnecessary as they were done patching it in like 10 minutes. Will definitely be back for any issues I have in the future

Brought my car in for one issue. They said something else is wrong. 24 hours later back for same issues i brought it in for in the 1st place and a new issue that wasnt a problem until after they had my car. I need a 2nd job to pay for the repairs.Edit: they are going to fix my car and price quoted is price of repair even tho the repair was more than quote...may not need the 2nd job after all...

I just discovered that when I bought new tires a month ago, they put someone elses lug nut on a back wheel. It was a different socket size, and thread size, and would have required a great amount of force to tighten it. Because it was a different thread, it ruined the stud. This is not the work of a professional, but an incompetent orangutan. Now I have to get that fixed. I have been a long time customer of Robertson, but not anymore!

I have been going to this place for the past couple of years and have always had an awesome experience however over the past month ive seen all new people and custimer care appears to no longer be a priorityor matter at all.For the past year i have been driving 30 miles when i needed anything but i will never be back and i reccomend you go somewhere else as well at this point
