I have been a customer since early 2011. The staff and owner are always friendly. The mechanical work is always done accurately, and I have never had any complaints about their services.

For approximately 15 years, this is the ONLY place where Ive had service done on my Mercedes -- and done at a very fair price. When the only MB dealership in Tulsa botched a costly job, I was referred to M&B and have never regretted it and never looked back. I drive across town to patronize this business. Mike and his staff take care of all auto services, and he alerts me to things that may need to be done before something breaks down. In my estimation, M&B is the best in town for service and repairs.

Very good customer service for oil change but asked me to call and give more information about tune up while I was there already.

Man, I really wanted to like this place! Its close to my home, and the service was polite, but I just cannot recommend it. The lobby did not seem climate controlled, so the warm, sticky weather outside followed me into the waiting room. The smell from the bathroom was faintly nauseating, and the smoke coming in the open window from the clerks cigarette break did nothing to improve that. The TV was too loud for the small space.The technician said he could not change my oil filter, that it was screwed on too tight from the last oil change. I went back to the last shop where I got an oil change, and they said he probably just didnt know how to replace a canister oil filter like mine. Regardless, they changed my oil, but no one went over the invoice with me before I was charged or explained the services that had been provided. I wish they had, because the oil they put in my car does not meet the manufacturers recommendations (5W30 instead of 0W-20), and the return mileage was inaccurately stated to be in 3000 miles, instead of 5000 miles (Standard for Toyota Corollas). overall, I was not comfortable that this shop knew what my vehicle needed, and I would not feel comfortable taking it back.
