I used this facility to repair my truck after being rear ended. Mickey R. helped me every step of the way. He kept me informed of the updates on my vehicle via text and email. It was finished in the timeframe I was given. Becca, the receptionist was very friendly every time I visited the location or called and notified Enterprise when I dropped my vehicle off. I was very pleased with level of customer service I received! And when I got my vehicle back it was cleaned inside as well.

Good communication. Great “bedside manner”. This team stood out to me in a positive way. If I need body work again, I would try this shop first.

Worst experience, 1 star is generous. They said my car was repaired twice. Took it to another business to get repaired. Had to put my life on hold. Living out if state, it felt like they were trying to pull a fast one on me. Only saving grace was the contract guaranteed their work. Could not contact the comptroller, tried for weeks. Inferior parts and workmanship. CHOOSE ANOTHER PLACE

Did a great job repairing my vehicle. Repairs didnt take long to be completed, they helped me get my rental car picked up, communicated well with my insurance company, and they even washed my car before I picked it up! My only complaint is that the communication sucked. I never got one update about the status of my car, and it wasn’t ready the day they told me it would be ready- which wasn’t a big deal except no one bothered to contact me and let me Know the new pickup date. Overall a good experience

Friendly and professional staff. It did take my car about 2 months to be repaired, it kept getting delayed for some reason but in their defense it was a big project! However, when I got my car back it was so worth it because my car looked brand new. Better than it did before. They even cleaned the inside for me! I would definitely use them again. Very trustworthy!

I went to this place and scheduled to get a estimate. I scheduled an appointment at 3. When I got there the said it was going to be a 30 minute wait. This is not cool! I run a mortgage company and on a limited time scheduled. I cant change my whole day because they do not do their business right. This is not a preferred insurance place for me to take my truck to but it was close to my house. So if they happen to schedule you for something do get you hopes up to be in and out. This would have been easy money for this company if they did what they said they were going to do.

My daughter took her Lincoln in to replace the sun roof. This was a full two months ago. The owner himself assured her, after a month, that he would personally take over the case. That was two weeks ago. Come on, collision works!! Two months! Beware of this company, they are slower than molasses! Please learn from my daughter’s unfortunate choice, and bypass these snails. I can’t attest to the quality as she hasn’t seen the vehicle in two months. Run by this company, do not walk!!! Be sure you have family that can give you rides to and from work, the store, etc because you are going to need it, if you choose this mess of a plAce.

I called last minute to see if they could squeeze me in and they were happy to! Took about 5 minutes to fix what was broken and was on my way! They were all very kind and explained exactly what they were able to do and gave me a few tips to keep it from happened again. 10/10 recommend!

I have USAA insurance and they directed me to Collision Works. They took in my vehicle on my time table and repaired it very quickly. Lovely job....looks like it has never been damaged. They washed and vacuumed it too! Very profession all around

Although the circumstances for why I had to come here was depressing, the customer service was amazing. They were recommended by my insurance company and now I know why. The atmosphere was calming and welcoming. My claim was promptly reviewed. My car we examined. The work needed was explained in detail in a manner that I could understand. The price and labor cost are reasonable. I look forward to getting my car repaired here.

Amazing job and great people! I have used other collision works locations before and was not happy with my results. However, joe and his team at the S Memorial store changed my opinion completely! They did a great job and kept me informed each step of the way as well as getting the repairs finished earlier than expected. I can’t say enough great things about them!

When I need body work done on my Saturn (or any other car I own), this is the only shop I will use. David, the service advisor, assigned to me went above and beyond to see that my suv was repaired with quality parts at the lowest price possible. He helped me work with the insurance companies involved to ensure that I got the outcome I wanted.When I picked up my car, it was clean inside and out. It looks beautiful, and I couldnt have had a better experience with David and the people in the shop who did the repairs.

Accidents aren’t fun, neither is having your vehicle in the shop, but Collision Works made this repair a dream. Not only did they allow me to walk around my vehicle and point out damage to them upon dropping it off, while listening to my every concern, they updated me frequently on my repairs, returned my Jeep back to me almost 2 weeks earlier than estimated and most importantly they treated my Jeep like it was their own. Every last detail was covered, I can almost say it might look better than it did before the accident. Thank you Collision Works for treating my Jeep like it was your own. I will definitely speak highly about them always in the future and return for any future needs.

Would recommend this company without any reservations. They not only maintained weekly communications via text and phone, but were readily forthcoming with answers to my questions & concerns. The car actually looks better than when we first purchased it from the dealer! They made the very unfortunate event of my sons car wreck an easy and actually surprisingly pleasant experience. Should my family be in this situation again, we will, no doubt, use them again.

Stopped by to replace one of my wheel trim bumpers. The front desk girl was so sweet and offered me a drink while I waited. Within less than 5 minutes of pulling in one of their friendly inspectors was taking a look at my car. David was able to fix everything for me and didn’t charge me a penny! Would recommend them for any body work - big or small. Will always keep my business with them.

I highly recommend this place. My new car’s windshield was hit by a stone and cracked badly. They came to my place to replace the windshield the day after I went to the shop. Joe also told me how to avoid having big crack when this happened next time. Speed and great service!

Worst customer service ever. I walked into the South Memorial store hoping to get an estimate Im doing some minor repairs to my vehicle as a cash customer. Waited for 5 minutes and never was acknowledged. Walked out. Went to the 71st Street Tulsa Hills shop. The girl there was very rude and I had to make an appointment for 4 days later. I would not take any of my vehicles are based on the customer service walking in the door.

I had a fender bender from jack-knifing my trailer... most other body shops were $1200-$1500 for the repair...There was no point in turning into insurance; and since I was going to be paying it out of pocket I wanted to save as much money as I could without compromising the quality…Collision Works helped me to meet those 2 goals! (And I saved $300-$400)Joe was a nice and professional manager.

One of the worse experiences with any auto repair Ive ever had.8k in repairs and I get my 2016 Jeep back with poor quality repair. The paint job is horrible and there are white bumps through every part of the driver side they had to repair and repaint. The passenger door the replaced is slanted and has a gap at the top where water leaks in. There are pieces that arent even fully attached to the vehicle. When I took it back, they told me it would be a week to a week and a half for them to get it back in to fix. Then they inform me the there is an engine issue that needs to be addressed. There wasnt and engine issue before I brought it to this body shop. I am 100% dissatisfied and disappointed by Collision Works and will never take my car back nor recommend them to anyone.
