Had poor experience with recommended other body shop. (Master Collision) that Refused to comply with city wide mask mandate when hospitals were overwhelmed and quote was several hundred dollars more than Carstar.Car star was professional, kind and did a great job !

I recently had my car repaired by Accurate Autobody & Glass. Kyle was quick to provide a repair estimate. It was reasonable compared to the other 3 companies I went to. They told me it would take 3 days and it took 3 days. They came and picked me up. Car looks great! Kyle was very professional from beginning to end. Hopefully I wont have to use their service again, but if I do, I will come back to Accurate Autobody & Glass.

I was visiting Tulsa and had my car burglarized at my hotel. I needed a window asap and called Accurate after other places said it would be several days to order the glass. I spoke with Kyle who obtained a new window within an hour, went to their shop and they installed it very fast. Great service, professional and courteous. Kudos!

Took my car in for both front and back bumpers to be fixed. Erin was in charge of my account. When I picked up my car it looked great. She made sure that everything was perfect, doing a walk around of my car with me before I left. She took the time to answer any questions and address any concerns I had. She provided great customer service while they had my car and she kept me updated on the progress of the work. I would definitely refer anyone to Accurate Autobody.

I had an experience where our back window was broken out last night. When I went into the facility this morning, it was clean and orderly, in fact some leaves had blown in from the wind, and it was refreshing to see the owner bending over picking them up, showing how he cared about the environment. Within an hour and a half they had a new window in, and even connected the automatic bar for my rear opening feature of the back door without charging me anything extra. Great environment, friendly atmosphere, I will definitely be telling others to use this place.

Crazybrush Collision Center fixed my Lexus for the first time in 2010. They did a great job on it! I was more than happy with how the guys fixed it. When I brought in my 2001 miata, it had large scrapes in the front hood. In some places the paint had come completely off and there were a couple dents. Accurate Autobody made the it look new again. I cannot tell a difference between the color of the hood and the rest of the vehicle. Thank you for the excellent work and the fair price!

Ive purposely let a few months go by, to make sure my review is based on experience and not emotion..... I took my 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 to Accurate for repair from vandalism plus I elected to pay for additional work for rust beyond the insurance claim. The final claim sent to my insurance company was higher than the preliminary estimate and I never received an explanation after my multiple requests. When I picked up my truck, I noticed the Ram 1500 door badge was in the wrong place plus my truck was very dirty (part of their Select Service Agreement with my insurance company is that they will wash and vacuum the vehicle prior to picking it up - but it should be a service to the customer regardless). Within a couple of weeks, I had to take my truck back because the rust spots I paid out of pocket to have fixed were reappearing. They proceeded to tell me that was NOT covered under warranty, but couldnt provide that for me in writing. So, they fixed the work and was supposed to fix the badge at the same time. Needless to say, the bed was fixed but the badge was not. They gave me an IOU for the badge, but I never heard back from them to get it fixed. When you look over my truck, there are numerous paint runs as well. Multiple phone calls were not returned and the only time the estimator spoke to me afterwards was when she wanted me to sign a release after the 2nd trip stating they would not warranty any of their work on the bed from the rust. The nature of my work could create a lot of referrals for them, had they done business right. Now, I tell each and every one of my customers to beware and not use them.

I had a hole in the hood of my Transverse and a smashed front end. ACCURATE fixed my car and made it like brand new. I am soooo pleased by how the car looks.They were quick and very transparent on the costs. Even when there was a miscommunication with the insurance company they handled the problem and provided me with great customer service!!! I have used Accurate THREE times and each time I walked away a happy customer. Once they saved me so much money that i didnt have to file an insurance claim taking an $800 job quoted at one shop down to $150. I hope not to have to have body work in the future, but if I do Accurate is the only body shop I would trust my car with.

Wife got hit on same fit passenger wheel they fixed everything in 1week and gave her a rental car they had. Great company and they gave us detail parts list. Will use again if anything does happen again. Hopefully not lol.

I am so disgusted with Accurate! My daughter took her genesis in to get it repaired after she had a wreck. They (accurate) call and tell her yes it is fixed. Not to long after she pulls out of the Accurate Auto parking lot the car starts over heating! My daughter checks and sees that she is loosing radiator fluid. Why is she loosing antifreeze because they did such a bad job they did not even secure the hose clamps! Then they are trying to deny that they even changed out the radiator when 3 Hyundai dealerships say that the Radiator is new and the reason my daughter has a blown head-gasket is because of the work they did or I should say the poor job they did! I highly recommend that you do not use this dealership they seem so far to do nothing but lie and cast blame instead of taking responsibility for their poor workmanship and terrible customer service!!

I brought my car here a few months ago, when I was rearended and side swiped by a hit & run driver. They repaired it in a little under 12 days, and when I got my car back, it looked all nice and shiny. Until I actually had a chance to look at it. On the side of the car that wasnt hit, there was a large white scratch from where someone opened their door on my car. I have tinted windows, and on my rear passenger window there were several scratches. They did not replace the lamp in my trunk. When they put the front bumper back on, they forgot to reset the airbag switch, so when I would turn my car on, Id get a factory warning that my airbag connection is broken.I called the guy who initially took pictures, and handled the repair, about these problems. He said that the scratch from the door was there before I brought it in (lie), he said the scratches on the tint would be strictly vertical in a straight line if it was caused by their machine, and that the damage must have been there before hand (lie), then he had the audacity to say that there was no way the airbag sensor was a result of this wreck, since it was in the front bumper of the car. The front bumper they removed in order to replace the front panel. I called my insurance company, and was told to take my car to another repair shop and get an estimate, and guess what!! ALL of those things were taken care of and attributed to the shoddy craftmanship of Accurate Autobody & Glass.Another problem I had with Accurate, is when I went to pay for the services, the lady at the counter did not take the money I handed her. There were several mechanics in and out of the area she was in, and she was talking to them, not paying any attention to me whatsover. I had set the money on the counter for her, and she never took it. My kids, not wanting it to get misplaced, put it in my purse. I get a call the next day, and they basically accused me of stealing the money. I checked my wallet, and it wasnt there. When I got home I asked my kids if they saw what she did with the money, and they said she never took it so we put it in your purse. Needless to say I immediately took the money to them, because I am not a thief.My insurance company referred me to them, and I let my insurance company know how bad the service and repairs were, and I will NEVER refer these people to anyone.

They fixed my 2008 Dodge pickup. It is a 4 door pickup. After being hit by a vehicle on both sides I was AMAZED it looked totally brand new again. Never expected the paint to match so perfectly. Not only that, they were very nice. I would highly recommend them.

I went to these guys about a month ago after having my bumper and front drivers side smashed in. The first strike for them is the amount of time they took to fix it. It sat in the shop in disassembly for 4 days, something that should take at most 1 day. Second strike is, they replaced the head light with a used one, and of course collected the full amount from my insurance, and the only reason why I know its used, is because it is obvious when compared to the other one. Third strike is they put scratches on the truck and instead of owning up to it they seemed annoyed that I pointed it out. Forth strike, they left a paint drip line to dry on the bumper, something that even the most amateur of body work shops wouldnt fail on. Finally the last strike was dont today about a month later when the paint on the bumper flacked off while at the touch less carwash. If you have any sense take your vehicle somewhere else and avoid frustration.
