They’ve had my car 3 1/2 months and still counting. For a busted window, a paint job on the door, and some trim work. I’m getting the excuses insurance isn’t working with them, they lost a painter, so they were backed up. It’s excuse, after excuse. The week they said it would be done, we called, they told us they ordered the wrong parts (three months in) and were waiting on Jackie Cooper for an invoice. They were supposed to call us Monday haven’t heard a word ( they never call when they say they will, excuse me they never call ) so I called them this morning and they’re hoping to be done by Friday afternoon. With Jackie Cooper recommending this company you would think they’d be top notch, never again. I am so upset right now, we’re talking 4 months, by the time it finally gets done, hopefully it gets done. I can understand a month, month and a half but four months is really ridiculous. they have lost our business. we just shipped one of our Porsches, to Dallas to be repaired it’s ridiculous when we have to do that.

CAN NOT ACCEPT a big company came out with a WRONG NUMBER from simple math ( total service cost - insurance coverage = customer pay) that also showed their terrible jobs on fixing your car. I wish i read all reviews before dropped off my car instead of trusting my dealership’s recommendation. Their main job is trying to get more money of your pocket ( final cost was way different from the estimate without notice),2nd job is blaming on your insurance. All their jobs is trying to blame on 3rd party, all not their fault. I kept following up with them every single week, only 1 sentence “we’ll call you back” and then never call back. Every time i could talk to them, i got a different number for my out of the pocket. I accept that for my BIG LESSON FEE “NEVER COME BACK”

My boyfriend had his bumper fixed at HourGlass collision, and when we picked up the car stuff that we had in the car before was missing. A dash cam, power inverter, and few other things were stolen out of our car. When we called they blamed us and told us they aren’t responsible… so you’re not responsible for your employees stealing stuff out of customers cars? Ha. What a joke. We will never do business with this trash can of a business ever again. Rude, unprofessional, THEIVES! We tell everyone we know not to trust or do business here. If your smart, AVOID THIS HOURHLASS COLLISION!!! BEWARE!

I recently purchased a new vehicle that had some cosmetic defects caused by the company that shipped the vehicle to Tulsa. I hired Hourglass to make the needed repairs. Although there was a slight hiccup at the end, Hourglass made good and did everything they could to make things right. I am very pleased with the final product.

Beautiful facility and friendly people. While they’re not great at estimating completion times it is nice to know they didn’t rush their work. After paint and body work they gave my Nissan Maxima a full detail inside and out. It looked better than the day the dealership delivered it.

I brought my truck into their shop on January 20th and here it is almost 2 months later, March 9th. When I tried to get a hold of someone to try and figure out when my truck would be done no one seemed to have an idea. I’ve been told a couple times that my truck would be done, then I’d call the day before and they would tell me that it’s not even close and would be a few more weeks. It’s been so long that I have reached my max for a rental through my insurance. So not only are they taking forever to fix my truck they are also costing me money out of my pocket. They’ve cost me $200 so far and it will still be a week or two before my truck is done. They refuse to work with me on the remaining days left on my rental and give me any kind of compensation even though they are at fault.

This organization is a scam. They had my car over 3 months. Estimate started at $4k and ended over $9k. This is the worst experience Ive ever had. This is the worst body shop ever.

Be careful with this place. They will take months to get your car done and there not professionals. They didn’t fix it right. Both shops are terrible 61st location and harvard location. Worst experience i ever had with a shop.

First time i have been in an accident and first time had to get my car repaired. Hourglass and Stephen there was a true blessing walking me through the process and helping me with push back from insurance company on car rental expense. I highly recommend Hourglass for any car repairs or just taking your car to get it washed there.

Communication is severely lacking. I rarely received calls and had to constantly call for updates. Chris was rude and tried to talk over me and hung up on me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Theyve had my mercedes over 6 weeks. Ive been promised 3 times, 3 different days Id get my car back. Reasons given to me are not apparently thier fault (like bumper still hasnt arrived, etc). One week I was told it was in and my car was in paint. Was told that on Thursday. Promised Tuesday (day after Columbus day). Still no car. Now Ive been promised late next week (10/22 or 10/23). Im frustrated with the amount of time it has taken. Just please stop promising me dates I will get car and dont. Will I use hourglass again? The body work better be absolutely impeccable! Show-room new! To be continued.....

This place is an absolute joke. They give you a time frame for repair and many weeks later the car still isn’t done. They forget to order parts and the customer suffers. Please do yourself a favor and research other collision centers and take your car somewhere else.

Brought my car here due to a rear ended accident. They took wonderful care of me and Julie was very communicative with me and called me every now and again to update me on the process of repairs, what they’ll be doing, etc. A month later, I finally got my car back yesterday and it looks BRAND NEW! They even detailed it very thoroughly, it looks like it did when I first bought it six years ago. If you are needing any collision repairs, I HIGHLY recommend coming here. And if you’re looking for a good auto spa, check out their 91st and memorial location.

Not only did it take 3 months for them to fix my car. One light fell out 2 weeks after we got it back now the sensors haven falout of the bumper. The light had no screws holding it in. The sensors have no keepers on the back of them. This after 15k of work was done to my bmw x4. We deal with shops across the country due to us owning a transportation company. This has to be the worst experience i have ever had with a body shop.

Had a large truck back into my black Grand Cherokee. I’ve always heard that repairing black metallic paint is one of the hardest paints to repair and match. Well, the Hourglass team are experts because these repairs are fantastic! SUPER happy!

I just have to say the staff at Hourglass Collision was amazing! I had nothing but problems with the insurance company from the beginning and they were they able to help me work through all the issues. I knew exactly where my truck was in the repair process the entire time they had it. The best part was getting my truck back looking like the day it rolled out from the factory! The amazing customer service and excellent repairs had earned them a customer for life!A huge thank you to everyone at Hourglass collision on 61st!

My Jeep was recently rear ended in Tulsa. Hourglass came recommended by a friend who used them in the past. I dont normally write reviews but I wanted to take a moment to share a great experience. This is by far the worse experience I have ever had repairing a car. There were delays upon delays, I was repeatedly lied to about the status of the car, phone calls were not returned, and the owner seemed to only care about getting paid, never apologized for his employees behavior. It would have been quicker to ship my car back to to Germany to get fixed than the time it took at Hourglass. If I had an option I wouldn’t even give this place one star. Run from this business!

I have a 1969 Camaro that has been restored but needed some paint correction. I had Hourglass paint the drivers side rocker panel, touch up all of the chips, PDR some door dings, and ceramic coat my car. I was very concerned about who would be touching my car. I am very picky with my Camaro. Hourglass did an exceptional job on every aspect of my needs. I highly recommend them.

Beyond horrific. Took 2 months to get the car back. Made multiple calls, received zero calls back, missed 3 different commitment dates for completion (one was from the manager). Was finally told insurance was granting final payment and car is ready. Wife went to pick up car, but they wouldnt let her have it until we gave them an additional $1200 that nobody mentioned. Wife and kids sat in waiting room for nearly 3 hours while manager explained the insurance wouldnt pay their hourly rates. Ive never had service this poor ever, anywhere in my life. Wife and kids hungry, Im stuck at work, no choice but to give them the money. . .if you choose to go here, dont say you didnt know the risk.

Poor customer service, poor quality work. Took 2 month to fix a car. When I asked for the car back after the first month past they wanted to charge me for the parts that they haven’t put on it. Had to take the car back to fix the seatbelt they forgot to attach it back they sent the insurance company a 350$ bill for a new seatbelt unit even though it was their tech that forgot to put it back. Door was blowing air and making noise on the highway. Paint and color were perfect and can’t tell any difference between the old and new paint. They told me 15 days and it will be fixed took them 2 months.
