Dropped my car off 9/17 for some rock chip damage to my windshield and front end. Was told it would be done 9/24. I picked it up 9/30 I never got updated on my car I always had to call in to get an update. It was just minor damage I never thought it would take this long to fix. When picking up was rushed off the parking lot and told to take it home and look at it. When getting in the car I noticed it was dirty. My door handle was black and the tech left his water bottle in my car, ( understanding they had to drive it no big deal) but figured it would have been cleaned before picking it up. And when arriving home noticed my right head light has massive scratches and the left has paint over spray on it. I tried to fix it my self but no luck of mine. I am by no means a professional detailer but I do always keep my car clean the paint work on the car looks fantastic they match it perfectly with the pearl finish. But I am not happy my head lights are now damaged from this visit and my car was left nasty when picking up.

Body work was GREAT, however my cruise control handle was hit during the repair and broke completely off the first time I used it. I have been busy tending to a very sick mother and I have not had time to call Ceasor back.

Great experienced, and knowledgeable staff. Was a smooth and very convenient process from the time I walked in till, the time I left thier repair facility. They also give you the option to forward you updates on the repair status via text or email which was also very convenient. As far as location. The best way that I found to access the facility was a side entrance located off. E 41st street to the side of the Volvo dealership due to ease of access and less traffic. I highly recommend this repair facility.

Left my car on a Monday morning for repair of rear bumper/trunk lid damage. I was told to expect as much as 10 days but was called the following Friday to say it was done. I picked it up the following Monday and was pleased to see that the interior was detailed and a check engine light had been cleared, The rear end looks like new and I am very pleased.

This has got to be one of the worst experiences I have had with having a car repaired. I went through Geico express and the car took way longer than expected initially. No one communicated and I had to keep calling for updates. When I went to pick it up, they had damaged the paint surrounding my doors which was not previously damaged. It took an additional week and a half to finally get repaired properly. They did not communicate well until they were at fault and even then I had to keep calling for updates. Fortunately when I finally got the car back for good it looked ok but I do not recommend

Brought my SUV here after it was backed into. Appointment was set up through geico so all i had to do was drop it off and after a week i showed to an great looking repair. They even returned the rental for me and kept me appraised during the whole process, could not have been easier. Very friendly, I would highly recommend.

The people who worked at the service center here were awesome. Everyone was friendly and professional, they always kept me up to date on the progress of my repairs, and they got my car back to me a day earlier than predicted. After my car was ready to be picked up, they even took care of returning my rental car for me. I really felt taken care of which took a huge weight off of my shoulders as I had no idea how the whole process was going to go. My car looks good as new and I am definitely returning if my car ever gets run into again.

We enjoyed a nice conversation over the complimentary coffee while we waited on my rental to arrive. Mr. Kory Brown made sure that my vehicle was ready, even earlier than originally planned. Mr. Kory Brown is knowledgeable, extremely respectful and is an asset to the business. Communication is horrible! Bill Knight Volvo sends nearly daily “canned” texts like following:“FROM: Bill Knight Collision Repair 41stWorking sublet”I inquired what was being done and have yet to receive a response after 48 hours.Repairs were estimated to be completed by May 23. Apparently repairs are not completed as of June 2nd.

I cant say enough about my contact person Mitchell. This guy is exactly the kind of person you want to do business with. He kept me informed every step of the way and to any changes that came up.Were still waiting on a body plug from mazda and hes contacted me three times so far to let me know hes working on it and I havent been forgotten.As far as the work goes Im absolutely satisfied. The body lines are perfect and the panel gaps are even. The paint doesnt have any trash in it or any orange peel that Ive found.I hope Im never back, but if I do get in another acciill definitely be back.

My truck is less than a year old and didnt have a mark on it. So when it got pummeled in a hail storm, I was doubtful any repair would bring it back good as new. But the folks at Bill Knights Collision Center at 41st and Memorial did a stellar job. Ive been over every inch of the truck and its flawless. Plus, they got the job done two days earlier than promised. Very happy with the work and the way the staff kept me in the loop through every step.

I wrote a review a while back explaining about the issues (lack of communication) we had with Bill Knight Collision.Bill Knight, himself, wrote a quick response back to me and the body shop director, Dustin, called us that same day. The problem was resolved very quickly.After 5+ weeks of them having our jeep, fixing it due to us hitting a deer, we finally had answers.We received our jeep back a few days later, everything was fixed including detailing our car, smells nice & clean. Plus,it drives great-no pulling to either side!I did call the company back due to a very slight problem (asking about our lights), again very slight problem...nothing major.When we picked up our jeep, the receptionist was very professional with her job as well. She made sure we had everything we needed, went over the receipt, & asked if there was any questions or concerns. We really love a company who has great customer service!Thank you to Bill Knight & Dustin for taking care of us.I could tell they want to make sure their customers are 100% taken care of.We really do appreciate their time & effort for taking care of us.

I have had two great services done here. The first time I was so impressed with the kind people inside and the diligent and professional work, that when a second accident happened and I needed to pick a collision repair shop I immediately knew I wanted to go back to Tulsa collision repair. The second time I got my car serviced there I also got a detail job and my car looked absolutely amazing it looked brand new again. The front desk worker, Enass, always had a warming smile, and Wendy was a joy to work with and kept me informed along the way what was going on with my car. I love that enterprise is located right inside asIt made the car repair a one stop shop!

I had a minor accident that resulted in both passenger doors being scratched fairly deeply. My appointment for the estimate was handled quickly and a few days later I left the car for repairs. They called for the rental car and kept me informed of the progress everyday via text and a follow-up phone call. The repair was quick and guaranteed. It looks great. I feel they did the repairs in the most economical way without compromising the final result. It looks like nothing happened. Thanks. Great job!

My car was t-boned (hit on the rear drivers tire), and I went to Bill Knight because Geico recommended them. Instead of replacing the damaged fender, they popped it out and painted it, but one can see where it was repaired. They didnt replace the significantly scratched cap over the lug nuts, instead opting to use the one I came in with (that was hit directly/scratched). Gave them one star because they did match the tire to my other three (although I did have to pay above my deductible for this so I would hope it would match).

Finally got my truck back, not happy with the repairs but Im not going to deal with them any more. My Ins. company practically pushed me in their door to have the repairs done so Ill let them deal with it.

They took my car apart before checking to see if the parts were available. They told me they would probably break the moldings when taking it apart. My 2020 Nissan has black tape over the holes and I haven’t heard from them in 2 weeks.

It appears at this current time the workmanship was well done.However communication with CS was suspect.The issues were resolved after I contacted the Dealership General Manager, who was very professional and resolved the issues.Customer issues should be resolved at the level where they were created, not forcing the customer to go to a higher management level. Obviously this is an inconvenience for both the customer and management, Larry Reeder .

I have GEICO insurance and they have a GEICO person on staff, so it was super easy. Dropped it off, had the estimate done all in one. A rep from GEICO and TCR went around my car with me and circled damage from accident and every other imperfection with a marker— they were very helpful and informative. The part I liked the best was I got the option of have phone calls or texts about the progress of my car, and the whole customer facing online system they have to let you check the progress whenever you want to. Kept me informed, and it was accurate. They also got my car done almost two days early! When I picked it up I received a folder with all repair related info regarding the claim— good for those who keep meticulous records! 10/10 would take my car here again. Probably wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Never take a vehicle here. Absolutely unprofessional and very disappointed in how everything was handled. After having my truck for over 3 weeks and not ordering a single part to repair they called and said they are refusing to do the work. Always said they were getting into paint or suspension or another shop and never followed up. I would give it less than 1 star if I could.

Brought my Yellow Corvette in for repair after someone rear ended me and when I got my car back the paint they used on the new panel did not match the rest of the car. After telling them I was unhappy with the job now they are making me wait until they can get more money from the insurance company instead of standing behind their work.
