So good to have a hardware store nearby. Prices are higher than big ones. Staff is friendly. Hours are not very good for people that work during the day

Looking for lightbulbs for garage door opener and outside lights and the service manager helped me find the correct bulbs I needed.

The employees are very helpful and nice! I had 4 new screens made for my house. They were finished early, fit perfect and look like the original. Very affordable too. Thank you Ace!

I went into ACE hardware today and once again I was very happy I did. I needed help & it wasnt like the big box store HD or Lowes. I asked for help & wasnt pointed where to go. I was met in plumbing & Art once again was Fantastic about helping and getting me what I needed. Today was just one of the reason I go to ACE first. Thanks once again for the Fantastic customer service & expertise.

Terrible hours. Just about the time people get home from work to start a project they close. And when they say they close at 6 they mean it, not a minute later. Parts and service ok but not the best prices.

Very friendly and helpful employees much more so than Home Depot or Lowes. Havent seen all the prices on everything but what I have noticed, they are a little pricey. But all and all so far so good!

I really like the ace hardware stores in Tucson. I use this one the most because its closest to the house & I really like the staff.I can usually find what Im looking for for a reasonable price. The staff are always helpful & courteous too.

Went to get a key made & the gentleman was unable to make that type of key but he took the time to draw me a map to explain where I needed to go so they could make it for me. You just dont find that kind of person around anymore these days ! Thanks for going above and beyond

Very well stocked store, the isles are very tight.. I assume to get so much stuff in a pretty small store. But still a great little store with fantastic customer service!!

Customer service was great however store was not very inviting as everything is locked up tight in cages so did not look at everything I might have bought. Did just get what I needed. Must be a real theft problem.

This Ace hardware is exactly what you can expect from your neighborhood hardware store; friendly, knowledgeable, genuine people ready to help out in any way they possibly can. I will admit that unfortunately i do tend to go to the bigger box store more often than here simply due to pricing being better for the same item. But when it is more convenient to just stop here and make my purchase i definitely dont hesistate to pay the extra money.

Ace is the place where the DIY person is helped out. And your allowed to search the store by yourself. Very helpful employees would rather take the fun out of exploration and discovery by grabbing the stuff for you. This is great for most people, but Id rather wander around and look at stuff as I search the incorrect Isles for my thingamabob. This facilitates familiarity with their inventory.They will let you wander around if youd like by simply telling them, back off Jack. :) juz kidding . They are 👍🏼 very helpful 👍🏼

Walked in and the older, caucasian male employee at the paint counter was wearing his mask completely under his nose, not following the CDC guidelines which recommends wearing the face mask fully COVERING the nose. The male employee was also not maintaining social distancing guidelines. He had a large bandaid on his nose. We did not feel safe being assisted by this employee who was not correctly wearing his mask and will be going to another ACE Hardware to get our paint mixed. It is a shame that our local ACE Hardware store that we have been going to for years is not taking their customers safety in this pandemic seriously.

I have been going to this location for years to get supplies for House projects most recently painting. My twin sister and I went to the painting department the other day and received paint that should have been a match in color to paint we had originally purchased a sample at from Lowe’s. The color was completely off when we took it home. When I went to return the can of paint I had to speak to 3 different individuals before I finally spoke to the manager. Even with the pictures I had brought in on my phone of the difference in color I was refused the return and the manager was downright rude to me. My twin sister and I as well as our family will no longer be using this location for any of our future projects and would recommend that anyone who values customer service go somewhere else.

Would be nice if they could at least give the right hours of business i drove 30min to find out there closed today im really disappointed with this ace 😔

We were very happy with the service we received at Ace Hardware. We arrived just as they were closing but they opened the door for us and helped us find the hardware parts we needed. We were in and out of there quick. They were friendly and helpful even though it was past time to close.

Great ace hardware!!! Amazing customer service and the employees are always helpful and polite. Good selections of bath and tile and automotive appliances as well as backyard/grill sections. Small store so not a lot of options in the do it yourself or fixing up things around the house but the friendly employees and helpful manner definitely earn this place 5 stars even though they are small and selections are limited

They did not have what we needed but the gentleman working was able to point us to a store that did.

Super disappointed. Older male employee using a face shield instead of a mask. It’s sticking out away from his face, closer to horizontal rather than vertical and hovering by the screw aisle and coughing up a storm. I realize they need to monitor stuff so it’s not stolen but I don’t think the shield is to be used in lieu of a mask.

Employees are always helpful and polite. The re-screening service has been really helpful as I am helping a friend fix-up her house. The prices to re-screen a window screen are unbeatable (I cannot buy the materials myself, and have excess of unusable sizes, for the great deal).

Most of the employees wear face shields without masks. They were friendly though. But I did feel unsafe in a pandemic with naked faces staring back at ME... So Ill be driving out of my way to Marks Ace instead.

I started a project late and needed caulk to finish it. I ran in got what I needed and completed my task. It was great as well as the cashier. The clerk was assisting someone else, but when he finished he made sure i found what i was looking for. Cant beat that

Let me say, if you need help for projects, this is your go to store. There is a middle aged Hispanic male at this location who is absolutely a project genius. Knowledgable, very helpful, does not rush you, and has a great sense of humor. A very rare experience in this day. I believe his name is Victor, but not sure. The second time he waited on me today, he was almost out the door on his way home, he saw me come in, asked if I needed help then turned around and waited on me. Priceless. I have no idea how much he gets paid, but this man needs a raise. He makes this store exceptional.

Ace Hardware stores are great in general. They have all the supplies the big box hardware stores (L & HD) carry, but they actually have people who will help you find something or figure out how to fix something. Also, no 40-acre parking lot to trek across just to get to the front door!

The lady at the front desk was rude. No patience. I asked her a question and you could tell it bothered her cause she didnt know what I meant. She sign up my brother for his purchase and paid. Than I purchased my items and told her I have my own ace,s card. Oh, I rang it in his card, she said, with frustration. I said well, ok. Didnt like her attitude. This was Friday around maybe 1:00 or so.

Not a single employee greeted me or even made eye contact. Poor selection. I used to work at a different Ace Hardware and fully understand increased pricing but the prices here are outrageous. Employees were not knowledgeable and seemed to be confused at basic questions. Overall the worst Ace Hardware I’ve ever visited.

First and foremost, Customer service is impeccable at every visit. Secondly, always have what I am looking for. Those two things are the reasons I keep coming back.

Unlike Home Depot and Lowes, Ace Hardware employees know exactly what you describe. Unlike Walmart, Ace employees know exactly where what you want is in the store. I went in for a breaker, asked the employee, she took me right to it, went straight to checkout. The whole thing took me maybe 5 minutes. The reason for 4 stars is that the pricing is a little high. Youre looking at double cost for most things but you still get way better service than most other places.

The help is friendly and good. Good poducts that is hard to find elsewhere.
