I have no problem with the products from this store. Actually they are great NOW, the customer service from the employees was ok. Customer service from the manager was the complete worst I have ever experienced from any establishment.We purchased an entire house of new window and payed to have them delivered. We were told they would contact us to set up the delivery date and time. No contact what so ever. Finally I contacted them and was told they only deliver certain days and will call back as to a time because of our jobs finally they call and said they are on the way. Wait, what, on the way. We never had a time scheduled. Finally we get the window and two are missing screams. Was told there is a nation wide shortage and will get them later. After many many calls and four months later and never a call back from the manager, I was finally able to talk to him. Manager said we were impatient, and basically rude for wanting our screans. I tried many solutions for the problem but the manager just kept getting aggressive and finally said he has two my size that are for someone else thats been wait since January. Wow. So I went and got them. There is no shortage cause ace hardware wase going to make them for me instead . This manger was ridiculously mad and. We will never spend another dime there because of him. Good job buddy.

The manager or the owner was very rude I ordered the door from them and they never delivered when I asked about it they had a real snotty attitude and then the employee that I talked to told me a One price and then the other one the manager or the owner whoever it was dont recall his name gave me another price and they were very rude very unpleasant I will never give them any more business ever

Went in today about our double wide window screens. Young man knowledgeable, helpful and courteous....we will be back to buy the screens and probably a new hot water heater. Easy in and out but extremely limited parking unless we missed it.

Staff was knowledgeable and patient. I ended up, after measuring incorrectly once, getting a complete unit - front door, frame, storm door. Not in stock but less than a week wait. Mobile homes dont seem to be standardized, especially older ones, and this place will accommodate your needs.

Staff not very knowledgeable when it comes to parts. Very limited selection of things other than doors and windows. If you go, you better know what you need. (Update) When my wife returned today to get more things, the Mgr Matt apologized about the previous day because he recognized her when she was with me and he had seen this review. He said he was busy loading an order and his new new employee was unfortunately stuck on his own to watch the store. He also gave her a 10% discount for our experience. So I will bump my review up a star just for being a nice guy.

I love Mobile Home Depot! The staff is extremely great and helpful. They will even show you how to get the job done! If you have a mobile home this is the place to shop for your home.

Bought a new front door from them nice guy local I have done lots of business with them and like them.. I however have to question who they get their doors from? What kind of moronic, brain dead company, designs a storm door with a screen on the bottom? think about it it is a nice day and you are home alone with the door open and some nasty person can break in buy crawling though the door because the screen is on the bottom.. a small child can push the screen out and run into traffic, and pets dont see the screen and walk through it.. Have we become this stupid as designers? REALLY? Looked myself and there is no way to flip it either..Gezz if i didnt want to use the screen I would NOT have bought a door with a storm and screen..better call up this manufacturer but quick this is a law suit waiting happen. and really i do think someone should come up with a fix for this on a local level too.
