One of my favorite Harbor freight stores!!! Everything is neat and tidy. People always give harbor freight tools a bad rap for being cheap, but Ive been known for breaking overpriced tools. So if youre on a budget or just getting started in the rabbit hole of DIY get your tools from Harbor freight!

Ok, so its a good bargain, but some things are not. As far as I can tell ya the power tools have a short life span from softer brushes on the motors. Expect to use for a moderate job, and then getting a new one. There are some good tools like the stepping drill bits and I got a IGBT inverter MIG welder that has a clean arc, little splatter. My air compressor didnt want to re-start when kicked on at a higher PSI, kinda bummed about that:-(. Low cost, in and out, 90 day return, recommended by me IF your selective what you get...like the spring compressor set I got was bending while using on a 02 Dodge 2500 which was a bit scarry...and expect to replace it because, well, just because. FYI: Hardened and tempered are key to most!

You can get an 18 pack of AAA batteries for a dollar 99 here $1.99 amazing and they last as long as any of the other ones I promise

Best customer service in this Harbor Freight Store . I used to go 22nd street and felt unhappy the way they talk to their customers. Once I went to this store and was very satisfied with their attitude. All credit goes to the manager of the store to found this team of competent, courteous people, who go extra mile to help people without any attitude.

Made a purchase recently asked about the return process.Was told as long as I returned within a certain time frame! The restocking fee was never mention.Never opened the box. Took the product to the store for a return and was told I would be charged a $72.00 restocking fee. I offered to put the product on the shelf and was still told I would be charged a restocking fee. I am disappointed with the customer service I received today.I have been a customer for many years!

I just bought a Portland Blower,Mulcher,and Vacum yad great price and had to go back and bought a Portland Chain Saw another great product for the price i returned my chain saw and had no issues getting a new one this Harbor Frieght is great and very professional!!!!

Was great to be greeted as you walk in the store. I was assisted by the manager Anthony. I have the harbor freight card and I had forgot to get my 10% off the first purchase. So many tools, so cheap. Most of them are actually good quality, contrary to what some people say. Im pretty sure, much like everything else we buy, theyre all made in the same factory in China then they put different labels on them. Oh well, got a ton of stuff on the cheap. Enjoy!

This store is great. With everything you need to do anything, whether home improvement, car repair, plumbing, welding, its all there. Plenty of associates to help you find something quickly. I highly recommend Harbor Freight.

The staff are great here, and I was able to buy a hammer for under $5 with a lifetime warranty. Carpentry, plumbing, automotive... whatever you need, these guys have it. The store is clean, well stocked, and everything is easy to find. Great place!

Harbor freight has always been one of my favorite stores to go to for all my tool needs. The customer service there is really good. They help you whenever you Need them. The store itself was in the up most organized Store that I have seen in a very long time . It was very clean the floors were clean the bathroom was clean the shells were StockAnd cleanThey 99% of the time have what I am looking for . Couldnt ask for any better customer service than the people at Harbor freight. They greet you with a smile and as youre leaving they take to have a wonderful day with a smile on their face.

Was a bit disappointed that they were out of the item we were there to purchase. But the cashier looked up the closest location where we could find it. Which was Safford. Unfortunately that store was out too.

Cheap tools and shop equipment. If you realize you are not buying Top Quality tools you wont be let down. If you intend to use it more than once and it has a power cord, get the extended warranty so when it does fail you can just go get a new one.

I frequent this location quite often. Now lets just be real they import from overseas and the quality shows but they have a wide range of low priced products. But you get what you pay for.

I came back to return something, and the store associates were really friendly. I was upset the forest time I came because I was asked to remove my backpack, and I felt policed. But I enjoyed my experience the next time, although I didnt bring a backpack that time. After some reflection and conversation with friends and associates, I might change this rating. The people Ive spoken to have stated that this particular location is a high theft store, but I think the best theft-prevention is always just good customer service.

I love going to Oracle store the best. Heather seems to always be in a good mood and is extremely helpful every time I go in. I hate to single out just one employee when everyone is great there but I have to with Heather. Its the over the top service I always get. I use to be loyal to Home Depot for everything. I still buy my lumber there but 75 percent of my business is with Harbor Freight based on the 2 essentials of pricing and customer service and customer service is under rated. It should always be at the top of what a company should strive to provide. Thanks again Heather! This thank you was long overdue.

My last visit to harbor freight was not bad, but the one before that was very disturbing. I was 86ed for returning an expensive employer item that was stolen by someone else and left in my car. I was accused of the theft and had the police called on me. This resulted in a huge embarrassing incident in the middle of the store in front of customers and employees. Not happy at all.
