Hmm. This is probably a place for professionals, but they advertise a showroom for bathroom fixtures. I walked into the showroom, and the door chimed. No one came to help. I walked around a bit, and immediately saw a lady sitting at a desk doing paperwork, clearly could see me and hear me come in. Zero response. I stayed for 10 min. I literally watched her avoid me. There were people in the back that never came out either. Clearly, they did not need my business. Disappointing as we are doing a total remake of our bathroom and having trouble finding the right parts to put it together. Oh well. On to the next business I guess!

What a Tucson Gem. We looked at all the big box stores for something unique for our bathroom, and for 1 copper. Nothing. In a single visit to Plumbing Suppliers Dennis helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Great service, actual knowledgeable staff, and extremely fair pricing. We will look no further for all our plumbing supplies.

Walked in to find a side-sprayer replacement part. Employee at counter was knowledgable - part not available. I said I was going to just replace entire faucet then, and would go into showroom to select one. No one in showroom to assist me. Asked lady in office, who said it was the folks in parts area - to go and let them know I had a selection or questions and they would help. Nope. 1 guy having a leisurely chat on phone. Another just clocked in, looked at me standing there (twice), and just disappeared. Waited there for a while. No one assisted me. Went to another business.
