Ive shopped in the main store in Dumbo Brooklyn years ago. Love the quality of the merchandise. I recently purchased new furniture items and Im extremely pleased! Will be back!

The staff are wonderful and very accommodating although I appreciate always being greeted when I walk through the door on a consistent basis.I love the styles and ordered furniture but it’s taken three to four months to get it, which seems excessive. They said they would only deliver when all six items congregated in Phoenix and then they would deliver to Tucson. We were billed every time a piece arrived in Phoenix but still are waiting for the product.It was a lot of money for very delayed receiving of merchandise.

TERRIBLE! I wish I would have known! Wet Elm does not even know the meaning of customer service. I am besides myself with how they are treating me and what they refuse to do, even though when my cancellation process began, it was within their 24 hour time frame. Now they wont cancel the order because it has been 3 days. All of these horrible reviews wont change how they run their company. Even the staff at their stores are useless and dont care if you have questions about products!

I love West Elm products. Tried to buy a small drink table today but only the display was on hand. The clerk offered to have it shipped to the store but had to add $20 to the cost. Apparently the store does not stock the items it displays and everything has to be ordered and shipping charges up to $99 are added. Needless to say, we did not buy the table and wont be back. We ended up finding a better product around the corner.

WEST ELM FURNITURE STORE LOCATED AT 2905 E SKYLINE Dr AT LA ENCATADA. WEST ELM HAS LOTS OF WONDERFUL FURNITURE & BEAUTIFUL DECOR. THERES A BEDROOM SECTION WITH BEAUTIFUL MODERN BEDDING.THEY ALSO HAVE MODERN LAMPS & LIGHTING. THEY SPECIALIZE IN LIVINGROOM & DINING FURNITURE. I REALLY ENJOYED LOOKING AT IT ALL. EVERYONE THERE WAS CHEERFUL & POLITE.

I hate this store. They absolutely soak you for shipping prices - they do not allow store pick up for many items - even some that are small. They always seem to have super long wait times for their lighting. Ridiculous.

Attentive and friendly associates every single time I have shoppes here. Thank you for knowing how to treat customers.

I love the pieces that are sold by West Elm, and was so excited for our location to open. That being said, I just waited for 7 minutes at the register, on a day the whole mall is extremely dead, and then walked around to try to find help. I watched multiple employees stand around talking, and couldn’t get a single person to ring me up. Eventually I just left myPurchase on the countertop and walked out.

Store was dirty, dusty, the dresser had a pot with real flower on and the water from watering it made stains on top of surface . Furniture is dusty and flimsy at this store . I understand it’s display but after seeing that wasn’t any wish to make decisions for buying
