My wife Sandy and I built our dream home here in Tucson. Thomasville & More has exceeded our expectations when it comes to selection, having access to something like 40 or more quality furniture brands, a great staff that will help every step of the way, we are very happy with the knowledge and creativity shown to us by our designer. We would not have been able to navigate the many options available without his trusted guidance. Sandy and I are both very excited to receive all of our furniture when our new home is ready for it. We did not expect to have all of our furniture ready, as most of it is custom, but to our surprise our designer notified us that it is all in the warehouse waiting for us with the exception of one item. 5 stars Thomasville.Mike and Sandy

Beautiful customizable furniture! Not so great customer service.

Had extremely nice furniture! Too nice for my liking. The kind of furniture you see displayed in stylish magazines. The kind of furniture you tend to look at more than sit on. And God forbid that the dog jumps up on it! Perhaps Fifi, that sits nicely on a lap, that gets professionally groomed could be on it. But not my dogs! Too big. Very high end expensive leather and pretty fabric that I would cringe sitting on, afraid to get it dirty. My lifestyle is more rustic. I can think of better things to spend $1800 on, rather than a leather barrel chair. Or $4300 for a sofa bed!If youre looking for that type of furniture, this is the place. They had a nice selection at prices thatll curl you hair! Im interested in a loveseat, but wont be buying it here. I stopped in for a quick peek. So quick, that the sales gal had to chase me around the store.

This store is really nice! I just purchased a Century sectional that I am so excited about! I worked with a really nice designer by the name of Chase. He was able to help me find exactly what I wanted and he was very patient working with me for a few weeks showing me all my options, answering all my questions, just making sure my experience is always a positive one. If you need medium to high end, good quality furniture in Tucson then this is the place you should go. I did not know Thomasville carried over 30 different brands. When I walked in the store I was greeted by a very kind and smart young man named Chase. He was not pushy at all and was very experienced with making me feel at ease as he assisted me through the entire store giving me a tour as he filled me with information on everything they carry because I did not know exactly what I was looking for. I ended up making a decision I am happy with due to the service I received and the expertise of chase. I am excited to return for future decorating needs. I will recommend Thomasville to my friends and family and anyone who reads this.

When we were building our new house in Green Valley we began looking at furniture stores in the Tucson area. The ONLY one we found what we wanted was Thomasville Home Furnishings of Tucson. Our designer at Thomasville was Laura Knecht. She was fantastic. Laura had patience with us as we chose fabric, etc. We recommend Thomasville and Laura very highly. Thank you Thomasville family !!

Thank you to our designer Chase! we ordered our furniture from him he answered all of our questions and got back to us in an orderly manner. Since we ordered during the initial COVID outbreak, it made the process even harder, so we appreciate the extra hard work. We love our Woodbridge furniture that we designed together and We absolutely love our Natuzzi chairs, they are so comfortable. This store has alot of very nice furniture in many different styles and brands. After moving to Tucson and adjusting to a new home that is about 1000 sq ft smaller a few challenges occurred to us. What were we going keep and what would we decide to let go of. This was a daunting task at first and would have been much harder if it wasnt for the help of the talented designer who helped us as soon as we walked in to Thomasville. He made the entire process much easier by showing and explaining the different styles and brands, he even came to our home and helped us by presenting a couple different lay out choices.We are very happy with the end result. We purchased some great new furniture and also were able to keep some of what we already had. Would not been able to do this remodel without the help from Thomasville. If you need anything to do with home furniture I most certainly recommend stopping in. 5 stars

I didnt know much about furniture, but after my visit here at Thomasville an being helped by the salesman Chase, whom was more then helpful,answered all of my millions of questions that I had. He really made me feel better about the situation I was in with just moving into my new place I didnt know what would fitAnd what would, So I definitely needed his help so I set a house call up so he could look at my floor plan and better help me with my selection.Chases help really made my place look excellent! This store has beautiful furniture and a huge selection to pick from.I loved the experience it made me feel so confident now that I know whats what in furniture i will definitely reference this spot to all my family and friends! Walked in the door having just purchased a new home in Tucson, and was fortunate to have Irene approach me. She immediately understood the decorating style I wanted...British Colonial....that no other decorator could grasp. She zeroed on very quickly to my tastes and put together 4 beautiful rooms for me. Everyone who visits comments on how well everything flows, and how she was able to incorporate my travel purchases with the new decor. Shes also a super nice person! Cant say enough nice things about Thomasville and especially, greatly talented Irene!

Recently I had the most wonderful experience at this store. My wife and I purchased a significant amount of furniture for our remodel. This was a bit daunting as we were still working on the finishes in the house and didn’t know exactly what we wanted. Designer, Irene Istabin, was incredibly helpful and guided us to finding what reflected us and our home just beautifully. We could not be more pleased with the product and the service!

Staff were friendly, attentive, but gave you plenty of space to enjoy the walk around their collection. Great selection as well.

I have owned Thomasville furniture for over a decade now, and used to think it was worth paying extra for the style/quality they provide. However, this store has abysmal customer service. We bought a piece from them before moving into our place, and although we were assured they stand behind their product, they refused to do anything for us when we had trouble with it, once we were moved in.Never again will I buy from a Thomasville store. Itd be easier to get friendly customer service from any generic department store... and here I thought I was buying quality and the highest level of customer support. Theyll never fool me again!

Disappointing in furniture selections. Very similar styles and high prices. Staff intrusive but redirects easily. Not worth the trip for me & a friend. ☹

Purchased 2 Natuzzi leather loveseats.1 motorized. Had problems from the beginning on one side. Never was fixed properly. Had someone come out that was NOT a Natuzzi rep. Thomasville has no record of the man that was in my home! I contacted them when the problem was still ongoing and was told by Thomasville “ we get a lot of turnover at the call center and he probably wasn’t a rep”The last person to come out said “ the mechanism is the complete opposite of what the correct side is, this does happen”When I mentioned it to Thomasville ... “ you can purchase a mechanism”I left messages with Thomasville and no returns. I was sold a 5 year extended warranty that covers this that I told them about.I was also told Natuzzi has a 1 year warranty.It’s actually a 2 year warranty.I was told to “ take it up with Gaurdsman”Irene had sold us the added warranty.So we need to do the leg work while Thomasville Headquarters drug their feet all along.How can they not have a record of the man they sent out to my home?Would not purchase from them.I was told to send photos that Thomasville took. When I contacted Thomasville, I was told they may not be able to release them.They don’t stand by what they sell.

So I am paying $179 for delivery. I was notified on 5 May that my furniture had arrived at the Phoenix warehouse but they dont deliver to my area but once per month. Must wait until June 6th for furniture. Was not informed of that by sales person and dont know if Ill buy again from Thomasville.
