Daniel Brown was my sales associate. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and personable. I appreciated his honesty. Since this was a very expensive sale, I was made to feel comfortable with the quality and the price. My back (after 50 years of bad beds) deserves the best. I have yet to receive my bed (due Sept. 5) but I know I will be happy with it.

I spoke with DeShawn and he was fantastic to help me purchase a new bed and accessories for my Aunt who lives in AZ and I’m in VA. He was professional, polite and went over and beyond to help me out!

Going to return my product as I feel misled. I thought I was purchasing a 12” and when in picked it up it was an 8”. I was told it takes 2 hours for the mattress to elevate to its position, but it never did.The mattress on display is nice and full, but when you go to pick up the purchased mattress it is small. I should have refused the 8”, but I was under the impression it would look like the one they showed me in the store.

Sarah was a great helper! She helped us get all set up with the mattress I wanted. I’m moving across the US and so we had to find a warehouse that had my mattress that could be delivered from and she did it! We were able to make adjustments so that everything could work out. Greatly satisfied with the service here :) Definitely recommended coming here. They have a whole test on mattress types if you’re indecisive about what kind of mattress you need or want. Also, she helped us save so much money! We bought pillows, a mattress, and a mattress protector, yet the price all came out to the price of just the mattress. So many savings! Sarah did a wonderful job.

Ive slept with my mattress on the floor for 3 months. They continue to tell me the base is backed up and they will have it soon which has been a lie. They sell you a one thousand dollar mattress and never deliver the base. Do not go here. AVOID PAUL!

Definitely check this place out. I cannot recommend it highly enough. I came in just to try a mattress before making a purchase online. To my surprise, I ended up buying here instead. It was a better deal, they offered excellent financing options, and an overall fantastic experience. Paul is excellent to work with and extremely knowledgeable. With his help, I got an incredible mattress. Throughout the process, he answered questions about mattresses I didn’t know I had. Additionally, the store was very sanitary and they used a cover for every mattress I tried, dispelling any concerns I had about visiting a mattress store during Covid. Sarah Bell is a fantastic manager of this store. She patiently helped my daughter select the right size bed and level of firmness along with an appropriate support set up. Sarah gave me exact directions to the company’s warehouse that were spot-on too. She took the time with us to go back and get a sheet set for Sophie’s new bed even though we had already completed the sale of the bed. Sarah was friendly and helpful throughout the entire process and helped me get the best deal I could for the whole bed set. I had to exchange the mattress I bought for a box spring. The representative, Kat, was extremely helpful and made the transaction so easy. She even scheduled the exchange for the next day. Mattress Firm definitely stands by their “satisfaction guaranteed” policy.

My husband and I were mattress shopping and this was our first store of choice and we were immediately impressed by their customer service. We were worried because of covid that we wouldn’t be able to get an accurate representation of the feel of the mattresses but we were actually able to safely test them out and Paul explained the benefits of each mattress. He was very patient as we laid in each one (again, safely) and we actually decided on our Beauty Rest with an adjustable base and we are super excited about our purchase (who would’ve thought mattress shopping could be so fun) but both Paul and Sarah were such a joy that it made our shopping experience that much more enjoyable and pleasant. 10/10 recommend this location for your mattress/pillows/sheet set needs!

Shopping here was not at all what I expected.... I went in here expecting a “used car” sales experience and walked out presently surprised with how knowledgeable, helpful and low pressure the sales team was. They were patient, they knew their product well and made the entire experience easy. I visited the store three times total to check and recheck that the mattress I picked was as comfortable as I remembered it. Every time they answered additional questions and made good recommendations to me. I feel very confident in my purchase and I can’t wait for a great night’s sleep. In and out fast. Following the guidelines and sanitized. Only complaint is I told the man that I didn’t want anyone in my home when they delivered my new mattress and to pick up the old one and he was fine with it until after I paid and said I couldn’t take the old one out myself. Was not happy. So I’ll be leaving it in my kitchen where it’s easy to sanitize.

Purchased a mattress in Sep 2020 and slept on it for a couple months. Wasn’t quite working out for me (due to my own bad decision to purchase an extra firm mattress). Decided to go pick out another mattress and the store manager Robert was very patient, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Helped me decide on a mattress more suited to my comfort level. Made the exchange process very easy. Currently waiting on my new mattress delivery. Have high hopes for this one! Will update after I get a chance to check out the mattress.

Needed a mattress due to a issue at home and bought a “in the box “ sleepy brand. Picked it up without a problem. It was 50% off so that was a welcome deal. I had planned on buying myself a new mattress in the new year but the 50% off deal was very nice so I returned 3 days later and bought a 2nd Sleepy brand. Thank you Sarah Bell for all your help.
