Ahhhh. The pleasure of a comfy new mattress. I knew I wanted an innerspring mattress, big no to memory foam for us. Al showed me four that fit my spec for a firm mattress at various price points. Several days later, with phone alerts the night before and when the truck was en route, the new mattress was delivered and the old one whisked away. Grateful for a seamless experience, and for getting exactly what I wanted.

I needed a good mattress on a slim budget. Ms. Lisa was very knowledgeable about the art of sleep, and that made her a great Mattress Firm representative. Sales associate was very helpful, and had my best interest at heart. Instead of trying to talk me into buying some expensive mattress that was unrealistic for me. Came in for a new mattress as my current mattress is 18yrs old. Told Eli what I was looking for. He gave me plenty of options and no pressure tactics and I chose my new 8 hours a night companion. Easy Peazy. Mikes insight was also helpful.

Wayne went ABOVE and beyond with helping us to find the perfect mattress. I would give him the best staff award in customer service. If you are looking for a mattress, ask for Wayne. He was very knowledgable of his inventory, helped us find a great mattress in a short amount of time, and was so friendly. (Also mind you, he was the only staff member on the floor but still managed to balance 3 other clients, while maintaining an excellent amount of interaction and social distance). We had to make a quick choice due to moving, so we might change our bed size, but he was very upfront about costs and also found us the best price. He went out of his way to work with us on pricing and took the time to better understand our specific needs with no pressure. Its great too that we have 4 months to test out our forever bed. After purchasing, we had an issue with our sheets and pillows (at no fault of Waynes), and he went above and beyond to fix that. I was again reminded of his kindness and care, along with his above and beyond customer service. Excellent customer service like this even post transaction, and him taking the time out of his busy day (and he is VERY busy), helps me feel assured that we are taken care of. Oh, and the store is clean and covid safe too. :) Id go out of my way to recommend this store!

He walked us through different comforts and price ranges and explained very well what the differences between them all, in terms that I can understand. The item was not in stock at that store but the El Con store had 3. She called ahead to confirm the inventory and the sales rep on the other end offered a second protector at half price. I interpreted the offer differently and Sarah honored my interpretation due to the miscommunication (20% off the first item AND 1/2 price on the second vs. EITHER 20% off OR buy one get one at 1/2 price).
